Abstract

Kegiatan Pelatihan legalitas usaha dan pendampingan proses produk halal ini bertujuan untuk membantu permasalahan mitra terkait legalitas usaha dan produk makanan olahan halal. Permasalahan dari mitra adalah minimnya pengetahuan tentang legalitas usaha dan sertifikat produk halal. Hal ini mengakibatkan usaha yang dijalankan kurang berkembang dan terbatasnya pangsa pasar sehingga perlu diadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi produk halal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah metode pemecahan masalah mitra berupa Identifikasi pemahaman dan pengetahuan mitra terhadap legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi produk halal, FGD, pelatihan pendaftaran legalitas usaha, mendampingi pengajuan proses sertifikasi produk halal. Solusi konkrit untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan Mitra adalah; (1) Pelatihan Peningkatan pemahaman legalitas Usaha dan proses produk halal, (2) pendampingan proses pendaftaran legalitas usaha (NIB) dan pengajuan proses Produk Halal. Dengan dimilikinya legalitas usaha dan sertifikat produk halal adalah bukti kepatuhan hukum, mendapatkan perlindungan hukum, sebagai sarana promosi, memberikan perlindungan bagi konsumen dan pelaku usaha mempunyai kepercayaan untuk mengembangkan usaha, mempermudah menembus parsaingan pasar dan jangkauan pemasaran lebih luas.

Abstract

Tanaman Kyuri (Cucumis sativus L.) adalah sayuran populer kaya gizi dan memiliki beragam manfaat kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi respon pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman Kyuri (Cucumis sativus L.) terhadap penggunaan agens hayati sebagai biomatriconditioning benih, yang diintegrasikan dengan media tanam berbeda. Agens hayati yang digunakan, seperti Mikoriza sp., Trichoderma sp. dan Beauveria sp. berperan sebagai pemacu pertumbuhan dengan meningkatkan penyerapan nutrisi serta meningkatkan resistensi tanaman terhadap patogen. Media tanam yang diuji meliputi campuran blotong, abu ketel, arang sekam, tanah, cocopeat dan pupuk kandang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) secara faktorial, di mana faktor pertama adalah perlakuan biomatriconditioning, sedangkan faktor kedua adalah jenis media tanam. Dari kedua faktor ini diperoleh 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik adalah kombinasi B2M2, yaitu penggunaan agens hayati Trichoderma sp. yang dikombinasikan dengan arang sekam sebagai biomatriconditioning, dan diintegrasikan dengan media tanam blotong + arang sekam. Berdasarkan hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa integrasi antara agens hayati biomatriconditioning dan media tanam yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap semua parameter pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman Kyuri (Cucumis sativus L.), sehingga dapat direkomendasikan sebagai metode optimal dalam budidaya tanaman Kyuri.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors contained in the internal and external environment of marketing and determine the right marketing strategy for ornamental plant companies during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Mbak Mei Flower Shop. The sampling method is a purposive sampling method and a SWOT matrix. Data collection using questionnaires and samples. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix. The results showed that the strength of this business is the quality of good customer service, having a large store, varied plants, affordable product prices, good crop quality. The downside is the lack of product promotion, the stock of plants brings in from other traders. The opportunity in this business is an increase in sales because the demand is increasing, according to current trends, receiving delivery services. The right marketing uses the S.O strategy by always maintaining the quality of service and plants, providing ornamental plants that are more popular with consumers and improving delivery services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the flow of supply chain management for Shelled corn, to determine the value of marketing efficiency of corn supply chain in PT. Jatinom Indah Agri and to find out the profit ratio on the parties involved in the shelled corn supply chain. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the research from the supply chain analysis are the results of a margin share of Rp. 700/kg for collectors and Rp. 150/kg for PT. Jatinom Indah Agri, then the total amount of margin obtained is Rp. 850/kg. The marketing cost incurred by the collector or supplier is Rp. 550/kg for the cost of expedition vehicles (fuso or containers) for delivery to the warehouse of PT. Jatinom Indah Agri Blitar and Rp. 80/kg for the cost of weighing and loading shelled corn to the top of the expedition vehicle. C osts incurred by PT. Jatinom Indah Agri is a fee or fee of Rp. 50/Kg for workers or people who help find pipil corn and help negotiate prices from collectors to be sent to PT. Jatinom Indah Agri. The profit obtained is Rp. 100/kg, the total profit obtained is Rp. 170 per kg, the total margin of the shelled corn supply chain is Rp. 850 per kg. The efficiency of the supply chain obtained is 11.8%, which is said to be efficient if the percentage is 0-33%. So the results obtained in the pipil corn supply chain are efficiently carried out and the measurement of the R/C ratio in the shelled corn supply chain has a total result of 2.11, which is said to be relatively favorable if the R/C value is more than (<) 1. So the results of measuring the supply chain of shelled corn with the R/C ratio get relatively favorable results.

Abstract

This research was conducted from February to March 2023 which coincided with PT Kampung Chocolate, Plosorejo Village, Kademangan District, Blitar Regency, East Java. This study aims to describe the organizational structure and number of employees in the chocolate production division in PT Kampung Chocolate. Conducting workload analysis on the number of employees in the production department using full time equivalent analysis. In this study, a quantitative descriptive research method is used, which conducts a research approach by utilizing numbers that are then analyzed. Full time equivalent analysis is a method that calculates workload based on working time. This labor relationship analysis research obtained two conclusions this study was conducted on the definition of production which has a production staff of 17 employees and is divided into 6 divisions. in each division is already in the normal FTE Index and the manpower needs are in accordance with the normal FTE results

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisa perbedaan pendapatan usahatani cabai keriting yang memanfaatkan kombinasi pupuk organik serta anorganik dengan yang hanya memanfaatkan pupuk anorganik di Desa Sidorejo, Kecamatan Ponggok, Kabupaten Blitar. Sampel riset diambil dengan simple random sampling dan menggunakan 4 analisis yaitu Analisa Deskriptif, Analisa Pendapatan, Analisa R/C Ratio serta Uji T. Temuan riset memperlihatkan pendapatan usahatani cabai keriting dengan pupuk campuran yaitu Rp 61.104.259,00, sedangkan dengan pupuk anorganik yaitu Rp 24.247.550,00, memperlihatkan peningkatan pendapatan sejumlah Rp 36.856.709,00 per ha per musim tanam. R/C ratio usahatani cabai keriting dengan pupuk campuran yaitu 2,66, sedangkan dengan pupuk anorganik yaitu 1,51, memperlihatkan kedua usahatani tersebut menguntungkan karena skor R/C ratio lebih besar dari 1. Temuan dari uji paired samples t-test memperlihatkan perbedaan yang sangat signifikan pendapatan petani dengan pupuk campuran juga anorganik, dengan rata-rata perbedaan sejumlah Rp 8.611.875.200, di mana pendapatan dengan pupuk campuran lebih tinggi secara signifikan.

Abstract

The research aims to determine of the effect application legin and urea fertilizer to growth and result of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.). The research held in June until August 2016 in the Menjangan Kalung, Slorok village, Garum, Blitar. This research used method was Split Split Plot Randomized Block Design factorial pattern of two factors and three replications. This first factor was dose legin (L) consisted three level namely : dose 3 g kgˉ¹ (L1), dose 5 g kgˉ¹ (L2), and 7 g kgˉ¹(L3). The second factor was dose urea fertilizer (U) consisted four level namely : Without urea fertilizer (U0), 10 kg haˉ¹(U1), 20 kg haˉ¹(U2), and 30 kg haˉ¹(U3). Observation parameters is plant height, number of leaves, the number of nodules, number of pods, number of empaty pods, number of pods, and dry weight of 100 seed. Data were analyzed with used analysis of variance , if take effect fellowed with LSD. Research result to show that: 1)The best interaction is teratment combination L2U2 that don ’t real different with treatment L2U3, L2U1 and L2U0. 2) Application doselegin 5 g kgˉ¹ in alone is the best treatment that result highest averagely with percentage 25.48% appealed with application dose legin 3 g kgˉ¹ and 7 g kgˉ¹. 3) Application doselegin 5 g kgˉ¹ in alone is the best treatment that result highest averagely with percentage 6.58% appealed with application dose fertilizer urea 0 kg haˉ¹, 10 kg haˉ¹ and 30 kg haˉ¹.

Abstract

Research about influence of goat manure and NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of green eggplant (Solanum mengolena L.) has been conducted in field village farmer-owned Semen Gandusari District of Blitar which took place in March-April 2016. The aim of this study was to know the interaction for among goat manure and NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of green eggplant as well as the effect of each factor. This study uses Randomaized Complete Block Design (RCBD) factorial consisting of 16 treatment and each 3 replicates ie: P0M0, P0M1, P0M2, P0M3, P1M0, P1M1, P1M2, P1M3, P2M0, P2M1, P2M2, P2M3, P3M0, P3M1 , P3M2, P3M3. The data taking were plant height, leaf number, fruit length, fruit diameter and weight of fruit per plant. The data were analyzed to F test as followed by a 5% test Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) error level of 5%. The experimental results very significant effect on plant height, leaf number, fruit length and weight of fruits per plant and the effect is not noticeable to the diameter of fruit plants green eggplant. The combined use goat manure 750 g / plant and NPK fertilizer 60 g / plant (P2M3) is proper fertilization to improve the growth and best yield of green eggplant with the highest total weight of the fruit crop that yields 1576.6 grams

Abstract

This study aims to find out the results of cassava tuber crop UJ5 variety at different harvest ages. Research direction is that cassava varieties have been planted throughout Indonesia as the best producer of cassava varieties. High levels of starch and high HCN content makes this variety was selected by the factory - tapioca factory in Indonesia. Research design used randomized block design with 7 treatments of harvesting (UP) were repeated 3 times. UP6 (harvesting 6 MAP), UP7 (harvesting 7 MAP), UP8 (harvesting 8 MAP), UP9 (harvesting 9 MAP), UP10 (harvesting 10 MAP), UP11 (harvesting 11 MAP), UP12 ( harvesting 12 MAP). The research variables are the fresh weight of tuber, tuber starch content (%), the weight of biomass, harvest index, number of tubers per plant. The results showed that the best harvesting time is UP9 the results did not differ with UP10, UP11 and UP12

Abstract

Agriculture product processing especially chilli already growth up in line needs of consumers consumption as sauce. The purpose of this research was to determine the volume and value sales trends and the factors that influence on it by the object of the research at Union Sauce “Bebek & Ayam Spesial Bumbu Ireng-- Desa Plintahan -“ Kecamatan Pandaan. The research methods are used literature study and field research on this object business, with the result that the trend volume and value sales showed a positive trend over the last 3 years and significantly affected by the independence variable (price, price of others product, promotion dan distribution). As evident by F count 303, 276 with linear regeression calculations of all variables that most influence volume and value of sales are distribution (12,063 and 9,355), Price of product (10,238 and 7,554) and Other Product Price (-10,510 and -7,817)
