Abstract

The development of technology is so fast that it becomes very necessary in everyday life in order to simplify and optimize human performance in order to get information quickly, effectively and accurately. The use of information technology is a strong factor that greatly influences the development of a company. Currently, its development has begun to move towards mobile phones (mobile / smartphone). Currently, companies can take advantage of the development of information technology in almost all areas of the company's operations. PT. Gemilang Anugrah Permata is a company engaged in IT solutions and security systems, has dozens of employees assigned to go directly to the field to install CCTV and solve problems. Often in practice employees do permission to come directly to the client's location, resulting in the admin needing to re-enter the employee's presence. In that case the accuracy of attendance becomes irrelevant because sometimes employees do not come according to the specified working hours when they come to the client. So it is necessary to develop a web and android-based information system with the geofencing method so that employees can take attendance while at the client according to a predetermined point and the attendance data becomes accurate.

Abstract

Abstract - The development of transportation applications is now getting bigger so that many vendors compete for business in creating transportation mode applications, starting from the quality and quantity so that it is often questioned. With this, the researcher held a transportation application called Trafi to get opinions or comments on applications from people who had used the application and poured it into online media. Of the many comments reviewed to obtain a set of positive and negative forms of data from the text that the researcher will process. For classification data using Naïve Bayes (NB), NB is one of the most popular algorithms for pattern recognition. Apart from simplicity, the Naive Bayes classifier is a popular machine learning technique for text classification, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) which combines with the Naive Bayes classification to improve performance. Before use, optimization with PSO in the data set accuracy obtained was 69.50% and after the combination of Naive Bayes and PSO accuracy was 72.34%. Abstract

Komputer salah satunya laptop telah melewati berbagai proses lebih cepat saat ini. Baik itu dari desain maupun hardware, dan software. Dengan adanya perkembangan zaman, kemampuan laptop akan mempengaruhi harga laptop. Semakin tinggi spesifikasi, semakin tinggi pula harganya dan tentunya sudah memiliki kegunaan yang terbilang diatas. Oleh karena itu, banyak mahasiswa atau mahasiswi dan orang-orang bingung untuk menentukan pilihan merk laptop terbaiknya. Sistem penunjang keputusan adalah salah satu cara atau solusi dari suatu perbuatan untuk memecahkan suatu masalah. Pada akhirnya, dari pemecahan masalah ini dapat diselesaikan dengan baik, efisien dan efektif menggunakan metode AHP. Dari hasil perhitungan, laptop yang sangat popular dan diminati merupakan laptop acer dengan prosentase 40%. Kemudian populer kedua merupakan Laptop HP dengan prosentase 35%. Populer ketiga, Laptop Dell prosentase 14%. Posisi terakhir adalah dari segi Ukuran Layar, mendaptkan prosentase 11%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian serta prosentase yang didapat, bisa disimpulkan bahwa laptop acer paling diminati dari berbagai merk laptop.

At this time PT Almana Kartika Utama Jakarta does not have a good shipping data recording and processing system and does not yet have an information system to customers, so customers have to ask manually to find out the status of his belongings, this is considered to be very inefficient and ineffective so it makes information to customers very slow. Therefore, researchers need to build a program design for a web-based cargo information system, to get the best solution in solving the problem, so that effective and efficient shipping of goods is achieved at PT. Almana Kartika Utama.

Abstract

Entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 technology is developing very rapidly, information system technology in the health sector is e-health as information and communication technology that is effective and safe in support matters related to the health sector such as health services, health supervision, references on matters relating to health. health matters. Consumers who write reviews, opinions, and experiences in medical teleconsultation continue to increase. Halodoc dataset must be processed using the right algorithm. So the results of this study are to find out which algorithm is better used to get the best algorithm model. Researchers compared several Mining Text classifications, including the C4.5 Algorithm, K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The stages of the research carried out were starting from data collection, initial data processing (C4.5, K-NN, and SVM methods), the testing method used was 10-fold cross-validation, evaluation results, and testing using t-test, the proposed method. From the process that has been carried out, the accuracy results obtained using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm are 88.50% with an AUC value: of 0.960. Meanwhile, the best model results use the t-test test, namely the algorithm: Support Vector Machine algorithm and the K-NN algorithm in testing the Halodoc dataset.

Abstract

The Inter-Village Cooperation Agency or BKAD which is a business forum formed based on an agreement between villages. After doing research at the BKAD, Somagede District, Savings and Loans Management Unit, the problem that occurs is that the use of technology has not been maximized and the system used in the recording process is still using books. In terms of data storage and retrieval will be difficult. Efforts to manage human resources and natural resources around so as to increase village income. From these problems, the website-based BKAD UPK Savings and Loan Information System was created. This study uses the method of observation, interviews and literature study, while the system development uses agile software development method with the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. This information system is made using the Notepad++ software application as a text editor and XAMPP Version 3.3.0 as a local server which will later be given a domain and hosting. While the programming language uses PHP and HTML. With a computerized system, data collection is well structured, reducing problems that arise due to a manual system and can facilitate the work of BKAD employees in data so that it is more effective and efficient in its use.

Abstract

Employees are the most essential part of the company. To obtain qualified and qualified employees, companies usually hold a selection process. The selection process is carried out before the employee is declared accepted. In the process of recruiting prospective employees, PT. Crestec Indonesia is still using the manual method. A large number of applicants makes it very difficult for HRD to choose the right employee candidates who meet the criteria to be accepted to work in the company. The absence of a computerized system and the right method is one of the inhibiting factors in making decisions to accept new employees in the company. The purpose of the selection of recruitment is to obtain the right and qualified employees so that employees can work optimally in the company. To improve the new employee recruitment system that is faster and more precise, a web-based computerized system is needed by applying the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method which can facilitate HRD in the decision-making process of hiring new employees. The results of the Decision Support System by applying the SAW method are getting a ranking process so that it becomes the best recommendation in accepting new employees.

Abstract

- The system of selling goods at the cashier still uses a method that is not yet computerized. This is very unfortunate because it does not take advantage of the technological system that is currently growing. Information technology that uses a computerized system in recording sales can be very useful, and in accordance with actual sales data, so there is little possibility of price manipulation and stock availability. This can also be used so that employees are better at processing sales transactions, which are currently only recorded in the register book or a sales ledger, and the stock of goods is recorded manually in the stock book. In addition, there is no proper recording of customer data, so that if the store wants to hold a sales promotion, it is difficult to contact customers. The design of the sales administration application program at Nad House Bakery can help staff who serve as cashiers in recording customer data, data on goods sold to sales transactions. So that sales reports do not need to be made or calculated manually. So besides including time efficiency, it can also be efficient for storage. Sales reports can also produce more precise data because they are stored in the database during the sales process

Abstract

Stock opname merupakan kegiatan penghitungan fisik persediaan yang ada di gudang untuk kemudian dijual dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah rill atau nyata yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan, dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan stock opname secara menyeluruh maka akan diperoleh laporan riil stok barang yang akan dijadikan bahan pertimbangan pengembangan selanjutnya. PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak sebagai distributor kartu perdana XL dan Axis. Sistem stock opname penjualan sales yang ada di PT. XYZ masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu sales akan menyerahkan surat jalan dan sisa barang yang tidak terjual beserta uang setoran penjualannya kepada admin pada sore harinya, selanjutnya admin akan mengecek surat jalan dan melakukan stock opname barang penjualan sales, kemudian hasil dari stock opname tersebut dicatat secara manual ke dalam surat jalan sesuai dengan data barang yang sudah dicek dan dihitung, jika proses stock opname sudah dilakukan maka admin baru akan mengeluarkan bukti setor fisik kepada Sales. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi dalam melakukan kegiatan stock opname yang sudah terkomputerisasi, untuk mengatasi masalah yang terjadi. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara secara langsung kepada karyawan PT. XYZ. Sedangkan untuk metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall serta bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan dalam pembuatan websitenya sendiri adalah PHP, HTML, CSS, dan JQuery, serta untuk databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Hasil yang diharapkan dalam perancangan program stock opname berbasis web pada PT. XYZ, diharapkan dapat menciptakan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam sistem perhitungan dan pencatatan stok barang penjualan sales.

Abstract

PPQ (Pesantren Penghafal Qur’an) Nahwa Nur merupakan sekolah berasrama gratis untuk yatim dan dhu’afa yang merupakan sebuah lembaga dibawah naungan Yayasan Nahwa Nur. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah membutuhkan pengetahuan ilmu dibidang desain grafis agar para santri memiliki kreatifitas dibidang desain grafis dan membutuhkan tutor yang dapat mengajari tentang desain grafis. Desain grafis itu sendiri merupakan salah satu media komunikasi yang berbasis visual. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam desain grafis adalah photoshop. Pemilihan aplikasi ini karena tools yang terdapat pada photoshop sudah lengkap dan mudah dalam penggunaannya terutama bagi pemula yang akan melakukan belajar desain grafis. Sebagai Dosen Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Nusa Mandiri kami mengabdikan diri untuk dapat memberikan ilmu mengenai desain grafis berupa pelatihan aplikasi photoshop guna mendukung kreatifitas belajar desain grafis. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu pelatihan dan diskusi, metode ini dilakukan agar peserta mampu mengimplementasikan secara langsung ilmu yang didapatkannya serta akan lebih mudah dalam memahaminya serta ditargetkan 90% dapat memberikan peningkatan kreatifitas peserta dalam hal mengedit foto, membuat spanduk, membuat flyer kegiatan, membuat cover proposal kegiatan sampai dengan membuat desain untuk konten media sosial.
