Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas kepemimpinan kolektif dalam Organisasi Serikat Tolong Menolong (STM) IKHLAS, dengan fokus pada peran ketua, Nasrullah, dalam membangun solidaritas di antara anggota. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pola kepemimpinan yang diterapkan, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta strategi yang digunakan untuk memperkuat kerja sama antar anggota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kepemimpinan kolektif berbasis nilai gotong royong berperan signifikan dalam menjaga solidaritas anggota. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pola kepemimpinan kolektif yang mengutamakan partisipasi dan kebersamaan mampu meningkatkan kohesi kelompok dan memperkuat keberlanjutan organisasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengelolaan organisasi serupa yang bertumpu pada prinsip-prinsip gotong royong.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Quizizz sebagai media evaluasi berbasis gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah Evaluasi Hasil Belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan instrumen berupa hasil tes dan survei mahasiswa. Penelitian melibatkan 38 responden yang terdiri dari 28 perempuan (73,68%) dan 10 laki-laki (26,32%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa (65,8%) memperoleh nilai pada rentang 81–100, dengan rata-rata akurasi jawaban mencapai 85%–90%. Tidak terdapat mahasiswa yang memperoleh nilai di bawah 60%. Rata-rata waktu pengerjaan soal berkisar antara 10 hingga 13 detik, yang mengindikasikan efisiensi dalam pemahaman dan kecepatan respons. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa 86,9% mahasiswa setuju atau sangat setuju bahwa Quizizz efektif digunakan sebagai media evaluasi. Fitur gamifikasi seperti skor real-time, leaderboard, dan umpan balik instan dinilai mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan, interaktivitas, dan motivasi belajar. Oleh karena itu, Quizizz dianggap sebagai alat evaluasi yang efektif dan relevan untuk mendukung pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi.Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Quizizz, Gamifikasi, Pembelajaran

Abstract

UMKM sektor kuliner memegang peranan vital dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di tingkat daerah. Kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam memahami aspek keuangan serta memanfaatkan layanan FinTech menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan bisnis. Studi ini menginvestigasi sejauh mana literasi keuangan dan pemanfaatan teknologi finansial memengaruhi profitabilitas UMKM di Kota Pematang Siantar. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 100 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kedua variabel terhadap profitabilitas, ditunjukkan dengan nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,358. Konstanta dalam model diperlakukan sebagai representasi matematis dan tidak dimaknai secara praktis. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kapasitas literasi keuangan serta perluasan pemanfaatan layanan teknologi finansial untuk memperkuat daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan program edukasi keuangan berbasis digital, penyediaan infrastruktur teknologi yang lebih luas, serta dukungan kebijakan yang memperkuat ekosistem digitalisasi UMKM di tingkat daerah.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of social media as a dominant force in marketing strategies, particularly in the culinary industry in Indonesia, with a focus on the city of Medan. In recent years, the rapid growth of social media users has created significant opportunities for businesses to leverage these platforms in reaching a broader consumer base. This research refers to previous studies that show social media not only functions as a promotional tool but also as a means to build more interactive relationships between businesses and consumers. By understanding this dynamic, businesses in the culinary sector can formulate more effective marketing strategies that are responsive to consumer needs, thus enhancing their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. This study is expected to provide valuable insights for entrepreneurs on how to optimally utilize social media to achieve their marketing objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of innovation and creativity in enhancing the competitive advantage of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bantan Village, Medan Tembung District. The research focuses on Toko Besi Sadar Jaya, which faces competition from large stores and online marketplaces. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, this study identifies the innovation and creativity strategies implemented, such as product diversification, improving customer service, and utilizing social media for promotion. The findings indicate that product and service innovation, combined with creative marketing, have a significant impact on increasing sales and competitiveness. However, challenges such as limited resources and price competition remain obstacles. This research provides practical contributions for MSME practitioners in adopting innovation and creativity strategies and offers recommendations for future researchers to expand the study to other sectors. Therefore, this study contributes to the development of literature related to innovation and competitiveness in MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study discusses issues related to low levels of job satisfaction, work discipline, and the quality of the work environment, which impact suboptimal work results and frequent delays in task completion. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of job satisfaction, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at the Communication and Information Office (KOMINFO) of Medan City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a Likert scale to measure the variables being examined. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all permanent employees of the Medan City KOMINFO Office, totaling 56 individuals. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the accuracy of the data. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that: (1) job satisfaction partially affects employee performance at the Medan City KOMINFO Office; (2) work discipline partially affects employee performance; (3) the work environment partially influences employee performance; and (4) simultaneously, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Medan City KOMINFO Office.

Abstract

The trend of a healthy lifestyle is increasing among urban communities, including in Medan City, driving the growth of the healthy fast food industry. This study aims to analyze the business model and factors influencing the growth of the healthy fast food industry in Medan City using multiple regression analysis. Data were collected through a quantitative survey of 200 healthy food consumers and in-depth interviews with business owners. he findings indicate that digital marketing strategy has the most significant impact on business growth, followed by product pricing and product innovation. Healthy food businesses that optimize marketing through social media, online ordering applications, and digital promotion strategies have a greater opportunity to expand their market share. Meanwhile, although healthy food is relatively more expensive than conventional fast food, consumers are still willing to purchase if the product provides clear health benefits. Product innovation also contributes to increasing customer loyalty. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of digital marketing strategies and innovation in accelerating the growth of healthy food businesses, as well as the need for government policies to support this industry, such as incentives for healthy food entrepreneurs

Abstract

The availability of healthcare workers in remote areas is a major challenge within the healthcare system in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the motivation factors and retention strategies of healthcare workers in remote regions through a systematic literature review method. A total of 21 relevant scientific articles were analyzed to understand the factors influencing the motivation and retention of healthcare workers. The study results show that healthcare workers' motivation is influenced by financial incentives, career development, as well as social and work environment factors. Policies such as the Nusantara Sehat Program and special capitation have helped improve the distribution of healthcare workers, although there are still challenges in their implementation. Non-financial factors, such as job satisfaction and support, also play a role in the sustainability of healthcare workers in remote areas. Therefore, more comprehensive policies are needed to ensure the sustainability of programs and the equitable distribution of healthcare workers across Indonesia.
