<![CDATA[Abstrak: Adanya mutu pelayanan yang sesuai dengan harapan pasien pasti membuahkan dampakpositif dalam keberlangsungan penyelenggaraan Klinik UINSA. Berdasarkan paparan di atas, makapenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyurvei tingkat kepuasan pasien di Klinik UINSA. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian yang bersifat survei. Sedangkan dari segi waktu, maka penelitian ini bersifatCross Sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien Klinik UINSA periode bulan Mei2017. Sampling dilakukan dengan incidental sampling. Diperoleh sampel sebesar 30 pasien. Teknikpengambilan data dengan kuesioner. Hasil pengumpulan data disajikan dengan tabel distribusifrekuensi berupa grafik atau diagram. Hasil survey didapatkan bahwa karakteristik pasien 87%berusia kurang dari 20 tahun, 70% berjenis kelamin perempuan, 73% puas terhadap pelayananpetugas klinik, 87% puas terhadap pelayanan dokter klinik, 82% puas terhadap lama waktu registrasidi klinik, 73% puas terhadap lama waktu pelayanan apotek klinik, 90% puas terhadap kebersihanklinik. Diharapkan penelitian ini bisa dikembangkan oleh peneliti selanjutnya agar mutu pelayanandi Klinik UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya bisa lebih baik.]]>

<![CDATA[Various factors cause disharmony in the household. One of them is erectile dysfunction. This can be treated by providing aphrodisiacs and some minerals such as zinc to increase libido. One of the plants that contain zinc is pumpkin (Cucurbita morchata D ). This study was conducted to determine the differences in giving pumpkin skin, meat, and seed extracts to testosterone levels. This study uses a laboratory experimental research type. This study, using extract variables from the skin, meat and seeds of pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata D) and levels of the hormone testosterone. The sample used was male mice (Mus musculus) divided into control groups and three treatment groups. Data were analyzed using the One-way ANOVA statistical test.There were differences in testosterone levels in mice between the control group and the group of mice given extracts of meat, skin and seeds (p-value <0.05).The highest testosterone level in mice was in mice given pumpkin seed extract.]]>

<![CDATA[Hipertensi merupakan penyakit degeneratif yang berkaitan dengan usia, hormon, genetic, pola makan dan gaya hidup. Angka kejadian penyakit Hipertensi pada wanita menopause semakin meningkat setiap tahun. tanpa perhatian dan penanganan khusus, Hipertensi pada wanita menopause dapat berkembang menjadi penyakit lain seperti stroke, penyakit jantung dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk menganalisis hubungan IMT dengan peningkatan tekanan darah pada wanita menopause. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 50 orang yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara IMT dengan peningkatan tekanan darah pada wanita menopause dengan p value (0,001) < 0,05]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Covid-19 pandemic now at its second year. Covid-19 can be transmitted from infected droplets. New variants of Covid-19 began to appear due to genetic mutations in several countries. There is no medicine that can cure Covid-19. Only vaccinations and compliance with health protocols are the hope to eliminate Covid-19 pandemic. Wear masks, wash hands, keep distance, stay away from crowds and minimize mobility. The number of confirmed cases in Indonesia reached more than two million in June 2021 and 2-4% were teenagers. Teenagers during the pandemic are asked to comply with health protocols. Obedient behavior is driven by adequate knowledge.Objectives: This study purpose was to analyze the effect of knowledge on the behavior of implementing health protocols in adolescents.Design: This research was a quantitative with an analytical observational design. Based on the time of data collection, this study was a cross-sectional design. The independent variable was knowledge while the dependent variable was behavior. Data was analyzed by logistic regression.Data Sources: Data was collected with questionnaire distributed by google form application.Results: The results of this study were most of respondents were less than 20 years old, female and obtained information about Covid-19 from the internet. Most of the respondents had good knowledge and behavior of Covid-19 health protocols. The results of the logistic regression test showed p value = 0.014 <0.05 where H0 was rejected. OR value = 2.1551.Conclusions: There was a significant effect of knowledge on behavior of Covid-19 health protocol.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of service quality that convenient with patient’s expectations would have a positive impact for the continuity of UIN Sunan Ampel’s clinic. Based on it, this research aimed to observed the level of patient satisfaction at UIN Sunan Ampel’s clinic and conducted with a Cross Sectional approach. The population of this study were all patients of UIN Sunan’s Clinic during May 2017. Sampling was collected by an incidental sampling. with 30 patients acted as respondents. The data was taken by questioner. The results of data collection were presented with frequency distribution tables in the form of graphs or diagrams. The survey results showed that the characteristics of the patient were 87% less than 20 years old, 70% female, 73% satisfied with clinical service, 87% satisfied with clinic service, 82% satisfied with the registration time at the clinic, 73% long service time of clinic pharmacy, 90% satisfied with clinical hygiene. It was expected that this research can be developed by further researchers for the better service quality at UIN Sunan Ampel’s clinic.]]>

<![CDATA[HIV/AIDS has become a burden for health in with it sufferers has reached 39 million worldwide. Around 620 thousand PLWHA has been identified all over Indonesia, with Surabaya has been listed among the top five cities with the highest number of HIV / AIDS cases in Indonesia. This study was to determine the correlations between the HIV / AIDS knowledge with the Surabaya college student’s attitude towards PLWHA. This study was observational analytic research with cross-sectional approach. A proportional sampling chose as the research sampling technique, with 250 college students became the respondents. Data were collected from the results of filling out the online questionnaire. A Contingency Phi was used to perform a statistical test. The results indicated only 41.6% of respondents had a good knowledge level about HIV/AIDS, while 77% of the students have already shown a positive attitude towards PLWHA. Furthermore, it is known that there was a relationship between students' knowledge regarding HIV / AIDS and their attitude towards PLWHA with a p-value of 0,000. From these results, it is expected that there will be an HIV/AIDS socialization for college students to increase a more comprehensive knowledge about HIV/AIDS and PLWHA.]]>

<![CDATA[Bertambahnya usia seseorang akan berhubungan dengan kejadian penyakit degenerative. Presentase penyakit ini terus meningkat dalam menyebabkan kematian dan penurunan kualitas hidup. Penyakit degeneratif antara lain obesitas, hipertensi, Diabetes Mellitus dan hiperkolesterolemia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara usia dengan indeks massa tubuh, tekanan darah sistol-diastol, kadar glukosa, kolesterol dan asam urat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan FPK UINSA sebanyak 28 orang. Analisis menggunakan Korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian terdapat korelasi usia dengan kadar glukosa dengan P = 0,005 dan R=0.514 dan tidak terdapat korelasi usia dengan indeks massa tubuh, tekanan darah, kadar kolesterol dan asam urat. Usia merupakan faktor risiko terjadinya peningkatan kadar glukosa.]]>

<![CDATA[HIV/AIDS dengan proporsi penularan dari ibu ke bayi sebesar lebih dari 1% di masyarakat merupakan indikator dari kondisi generalized level. Kondisi ini merupakan keadaan gawat darurat dimana penularan dari ibu ke bayi sudah sangat tinggi. Papua dan Afrika merupakan contoh daerah dengan generalized level. Program PMTCT adalah salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mencegah meluasnya penularan HIV dari ibu ke bayinya utamanya saat ibu sedang hamil atau bersalin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan evaluasi penerapan PMTCT pada ibu rumah tangga dengan HIV di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif dengan teknik sampling non randome yaitu purposive sampling. Terdapat 6 orang ibu rumah tangga dengan HIV dari 6 kota/kabupaten di Jawa Timur, dan terdapat 6 petugas KPA, program dan LSM yang menjadi responden untuk triangulasi. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah in depth interview. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar kegiatan dari prong 1 sampai prong 4 program PMTCT telah dilaksanakan sesuai Permenkes RI No 51 Tahun 2013 tentang Pedoman Pencegahan Penularan HIV dari Ibu ke Anak. Namun ada beberapa aspek yang masih kurang baik dalam pelaksanaan PMTCT terutama follow up bagi ibu yang negatif HIV dan home visit yang perlu perhatian khusus dari pemegang kebijakan program.]]>

<![CDATA[HIV/AIDS adalah penyakit yang belum ditemukan obatnya. Prevalensi dan insidensi penyakit ini semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan hal ini terjadi. Penemuan ARV, peningkatan aktivitas seksual tidak aman,meluasnya penggunaan narkotika suntik adalah beberapa hal yang menjadi pemicu meluasnya penyakit ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko penderitaHIV/AIDS di Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi deskriptif observasional. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan dianalisa menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mayoritas penderita HIV/AIDS berusia antara 20-29, berjenis kelamin perempuan, bekerja dalam sektor informal dan terkena HIV/AIDS karena aktivitas seksual tidak aman.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Malnutrition in hospitals is a commonly occurring and often overlooked issue that impacts not only the clinical outcomes of patients, such as their length of stay, morbidity, mortality, and quality of life, but also the overall sustainability of the healthcare system. column format. Aims: The purpose of writing this systematic literature review is to collect scientific evidence regarding food service satisfaction assessment techniques for inpatients in hospitals. Method: This research conducting a literature review using PRISMA guidelines, using data based on Google Scholar and Scopus which examined the level of patient satisfaction with food services in hospitals. Result: From the six papers that we analyzed, we obtained an assessment process for the level of patient satisfaction using caloric intake calculations, and some used validated questionnaires, and obtained several appropriate strategies to increase the nutritional intake of inpatients. Conclusions: Assessing the patient's nutritional and nutritional intake is very important in determining the patient's health and recovery.]]>
