Abstract

Munculnya wabah pandemi COVID-19 pada akhir tahun 2019 yang bermula dari kota Wuhan, Provinsi Hubei di Cina, kemudian virus jenis baru ini telah menyebar ke berbagai belahan negara di dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Virus ini berpengaruh terhadap berbagai sektor kehidupan manusia, salah satunya dampaknya ke sektor pendidikan. Sistem pembelajaran yang biasanya dilakukan dengan sistem konvensional atau tatap muka, untuk saat ini digantikan dengan sistem pembelajaran daring. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas pembelajaran daring pasca pandemi covid-19 pada perguruan tinggi di Provinsi Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi yang kurang kuat antara usia dan kepuasan belajar mahasiswa selama COVID-19. Uji goodness of fit menggunakan model McFadden menunjukkan nilai 0.08 dan nilai p<0.033 menegaskan bahwa model yang diusulkan tidak berbeda secara kritis dari model sempurna yang mengklasifikasikan responden dengan benar ke dalam pengelompokannya masing-masing. Signifikansi koefisien regresi statistik Wald menunjukkan hasil yang sama. Dimana, hanya prediktor jenis kelamin yang memiliki koefisien negatif yang signifikan. Hasil ini menjelaskan bahwa prediktor jenis kelamin berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap kepuasan belajar mahasiswa. Ini artinya secara umum mahasiswa laki-laki tidak puas terhadap pembelajaran selama COVID-19.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the role of the creative industries in driving regional economic growth in Aceh, Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from official government agencies observed from 2011 to 2016. We use the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) estimation to estimate the impact. The results showed that, partially, employment in the creative industries had a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while the value of exports in the creative industries had no significant effect. However, simultaneously these two variables have a positive and significant influence on economic growth. This finding implies the importance of stakeholder involvement to strengthen the performance and contribution of the creative industry in the future.

Abstract

Marine fisheries significantly contribute to the economy of many regions and countries. This study aims to analyze the contribution of marine fisheries to economic growth in Indonesia. Johansen cointegration (JC) test and Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares (FMOLS) are applied to investigate the contribution of the marine fisheries sector to economic growth. This study uses time series data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) from 2010 to 2022. The findings indicated a long-term equilibrium among the measured variables. Marine fisheries have a significant and contributing effect on long-term economic development. The data demonstrate that the fisheries sector has become a source of food, job creation, and welfare for fishermen

Abstract

Children are a generation successor. The nation's ideals, commitment and treatment that pay attention to the development and role of children as the nation's next generation are things that must be upheld by the leaders of this country. Children who are not yet mentally and physically mature must have their needs met, and be given proper education for their personal and psychological growth and development, so that in the future the children can grow and develop into children who can be expected to be the successors of the nation's ideals. Children have a strategic role in ensuring the existence of the nation and state in the future. So that they will be able to shoulder this responsibility in the future, children need to have the widest possible opportunities to grow and develop optimally, both physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. Children who, because of their condition, have not yet reached a mature level of growth and development are different from adults in general. Government Regions and communities have a very vital role in child protection. This is stated in article-chapter Child Protection Law, one of which is Article 9 paragraph 1 Law Number 35 of 2014. The high number of cases involving children in North Lombok, especially in Sigar Penjalin Village, Tanjung District, is starting to worry. Based on data from UPTD Protection of Children and Women North Lombok, by mid-2023 57 cases involving children have been found. Of the 57 cases, 42 were cases of child marriage and 12 cases were cases of sexual abuse of children. Based on the problems above, it is very necessary to assist in the formation of village policies regarding child protection. It is hoped that from the activity of Forming a Village Policy Regarding Child Protection in the Sigar Penjalin Tourism Village, North Lombok, there will be output in the form of sensitivity of village government officials, members of the Village Consultative Body, Community Figures; increase knowledge and encourage performance in synergy between village government officials, members of the Village Consultative Body and Community Leaders in producing legal products in the form of village regulations that will reduce the number of child problems in Sigar Penjalin Village, Tanjung District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi terkait kejelasan dan jaminan kepastian dalam penerapan hak waris anak sebagai ahli waris pengganti orang tua ditinjau dari KHI dan KUHPerdata serta perbandingan dalam penerapan hak waris anak sebagai ahli waris pengganti orang tua ditinjau dari KHI dan KUHPerdata. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach),pendekatan konpseptual (conceptual approach), dan pendekatan kasus (case approach). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kejelasan dan kepastian dalam penerapan hak waris anak sebagai ahli waris pengganti disebabkan meninggalnya orang tua terlebih berdasarkan Pasal 841-848 KUHPerdata lebih terjamin. Sedangkan di dalam Pasal 185 KHI ketentuan mengenai penerapan Ahli Waris Pengganti sampai dengan saat ini masih bersifat kasuistik dan/atau tentatif. Adapun persamaannya bahwa Ahli Waris Pengganti (pengganti tempat) hanya dapat terjadi setelah adanya kematian. Perbedaannya, yakni ketentuan dalam Pasal 185 KHI pada pokoknya hanya memandang ahli waris pengganti adalah keturunan dari ahli waris yang digantikan kedudukannya. Sedangkan, di dalam KUHPerdata yang berhak menggantikan tersebut ada dalam garis lurus ke bawah yang sah berlangsung terus tanpa ada akhir. Sebagaimana yang terkandung pada Pasal 842 KUHPerdata. Kemudian, pada sistem kewarisan KHI, besarnya bagian yang harus diterima ahli waris yang digantikan, dan membedakan ahli waris pengganti perempuan. Ahli waris pengganti laki-laki mendapat bagian yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan ahli waris pengganti perempuan. Sedangkan, dalam hukum kewarisan KUHPerdata, besarnya bagian ahli waris pengganti yang harus diterimanya adalah sama dengan besarnya bagian yang akan diterima oleh ahli waris yang digantikan, dan dalam kewarisan KUHPerdata tidak membedakan ahli waris pengganti perempuan semua berhak dengan kedudukan yang sama besar.

Abstract

Introduction: One of the important aspects in village institutional development is the existence of rules that are mutually agreed upon by the community as guidelines in the implementation of village government. Laws and regulations at the village level, namely village regulations, are determined according to the legal needs of the village. However, in the implementation there are also rules born from local values and local culture, especially in Pujut village, East Praya district, Central Lombok regency, there are awig-awig who have an important role in maintaining social order, resolving conflicts, and strengthening the sense of togetherness and identity of the village community. So it is necessary to strengthen village community governance through assistance in the preparation of awig-awig in Mujur village.Purposes of The Devotion: The main purpose of this activity is to strengthen the capacity of the Mujur village government apparatus, Mujur village Bamusdes and the people of Mujur Village in preparing a draft regulation on village awig-awig as part of the village governance system. Method of The Devotion: The service method is carried out with assistance in the preparation of awig-awig in Mujur Village involving village government officials, village consultative bodies, heads of neighborhoods, traditional leaders, and representatives of the village community, so that the results reflect the needs and aspirations of the people of Mujur village.Results Main Findings of the Devotion: The implementation of this community service activity contributes to the partners, namely the understanding of the formation of village awigs stipulated in the form of a draft village regulation on Mujur village awigs, prepared by the village government with the participation of the Mujur village community.
