Abstract

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, which is still an epidemic in the world, one of which is in Indonesia, many companies have to rethink their marketing strategies. This research was conducted at PT NUR RAMADHAN WISATA Surabaya Branch. This research was conducted to find out what strategy is used by PT NUR RAMADHAN WISATA Surabaya Branch to increase the attractiveness of the community. This research has two problem formulations, namely What marketing strategy is used by PT NUR RAMADHAN WISATA Surabaya Branch to increase the attractiveness of the community and also what are the factors that support and hinder the marketing strategy of PT NUR RAMADHAN WISATA WISATA Surabaya Branch to increase public attractiveness. This study uses a type of field research using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive technique. The results of this study indicate that PT NUR RAMADHAN WISATA Surabaya Branch in increasing the attractiveness of the community using the method of going directly to the community through village events such as recitation of fathers or mothers. In addition, PT NUR RAMADHAN WISATA Surabaya Branch also went directly to private and government agencies and also to schools. Next is to use social media and always prioritize service. Next is to re-establish the company order. The supporting factors for the marketing strategy of PT NUR RAMADHAN WISATA Surabaya Branch to increase the attractiveness of the community include: Having complete offices and facilities, having SOPs for all employees, conducting routine trainings for employees, having an experienced marketing team, holding regular monthly meetings with the head office, and finally having products that suit the needs of the community. . While the inhibiting factor is the number of companies engaged in the same field, namely Hajj and Umrah travel midwives

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penggunaan strategi hype/buzz dalam Instagram sebagai strategi promosi destinasi wisata Hidden Gem. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik analisis etnografi virtual dan SWOT, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pengaruh strategi hype/buzz dalam meningkatkan minat dan niat wisatawan untuk mengunjungi destinasi wisata yang belum terkenal namun memiliki daya tarik yang unik dan autentik. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, observasi online, dan analisis konten pada akun Instagram @wisata_mojokerto. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa Instagram Tourism dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mengubah destinasi wisata "hidden gem" menjadi tujuan yang diminati oleh wisatawan. Strategi 4P (product, price, place dan promotion) yang dipilih oleh akun @wisata_mojokerto melahirkan buzzer yang dapat memanfaatkan potensi visual dan daya tarik konten yang kuat, sehingga mampu menciptakan hype dan buzz yang positif, membawa manfaat ekonomi dan sosial bagi Mojokerto sebagai destinasi wisata yang berkembang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Korean Dimsum Sidoarjo's leadership in improving employee morale and performance. Established on December 28, 2020, at Jl. Ponti no.9 Sidoarjo, East Java, Korean Dimsum Sidoarjo operates in the culinary field, offering a variety of Korean dimsum. Effective leadership guides motivates and organizes employees to achieve optimal performance. However, the leadership at Korean Dimsum Sidoarjo often needs more engagement with employees, is indecisive, and lacks a clear vision, resulting in low employee morale and performance. This study employs descriptive-qualitative research methods, using interviews and observation for data collection. The findings indicate that the leadership at Korean Dimsum Sidoarjo has made several efforts to improve employee morale and performance, such as providing training and motivation in the form of incentives and praise, but there are still challenges to overcome. These challenges include negative perceptions from employees when motivation is not given intensively, and the leadership needs to be more responsive in addressing employee issues.

Abstract

The development and management of a program must involve the community, as well as the development of Majapahit Maritime Tourism. This community involvement aims to make the program development sustainable and improve welfare. This research is considered necessary as an initial measurement (assessment) of the readiness of the community in the Ngotok River Basin, Rejoto Bridge, Pulorejo Village, Prajurit Kulon District, Mojokerto City. The analysis is viewed from the socio-economic setting of the community, the readiness of stakeholders to face socio-economic changes, and the readiness to manage the Majapahit Marine Tourism village. The mixed method research method was chosen as an approach in answering research problems. The number of respondents in this study were 101 people who were selected by clustered random sampling. Data was collected by distributing semi-closed-end questionnaires, interviews with stakeholders determined by purposive sampling and field observations. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive analysis of cross tables (crosstabulation), weighting and review of several related spatial planning documents. Test the validity of the study using data triangulation. Regarding the development plan for Majapahit Maritime Tourism, this study concludes that the readiness of the Mojokerto community is at the Preparation stage. The pattern of community adaptation in responding to social, economic and environmental issues that are predicted to occur as a result of the development of Majapahit Maritime Tourism is categorized in adaptation by adjustment. Although Majapahit Maritime Tourism will only operate in 2023, policy makers have made physical, social and economic preparations in welcoming this development plan through the formation of Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis), program socialization through digital platforms, integration of coordination of program preparation by the government, government agencies. Sub-district to village government. It is hoped that all Mojokerto people can benefit from this tourism development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks anekdot dikarenakan kurangnya sense of humor. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Dapatkah siswa menerapkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam menulis teks anekdot berorientasi sense of humor? (2) Bagaimanakah wujud berpikir kritis yang terdapat dalam teks anekdot karya siswa? (3) Bagaimanakah wujud sense of humor dalam teks anekdot karya siswa? (4) Apakah sense of humor dalam teks anekdot siswa terkait dengan media karikatur? (5) Apakah media karikatur berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam membuat teks anekdot berorientasi sense of humor? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran dengan tipe penyisipan. Desain yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan model desain kontrol prates dan pascates berpasangan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung Kelas X terdiri atas 2 kelas, masing-masing 40 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t sampel berpasangan. Kesimpulannya bahwa berpikir kritis dapat diterapkan siswa dalam pembelajaran menulis teks anekdot berorientasi sense of humor, wujud berpikir kritis adalah bahasa tulisan berupa teks anekdot, wujud sense of humor adalah kalimat berisi yang muluk-muluk, menggunakan ironi, permainan makna kata, komentar tajam suatu hal, dan media karikatur berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam menghasilkan teks anekdot berorientasi sense of humor.

Abstract

This research dissects the business models built by 3 (three) companies ranked in the TOP 20 unicorns from Indonesia based on research conducted by CB Insight, namely Gojek, Tokopedia, and Traveloka. Researchers employed exploratory methods, comparative analysis techniques and utilized the Business Model Canvas and Stakeholder Relationship Model as instruments in data collection. Data were obtained from secondary sources, including online interviews and literature reviews. This research reveals that companies offering digital goods and services implement the concept of sharing assets to achieve zero marginal cost. The research findings also uncover that an increasing number of Gojek passengers, Traveloka guests, and Tokopedia customers lead to an increase in the number of business groups (positive network effect). Moreover, an increase in Gojek drivers, Traveloka hosts, and Tokopedia sellers results in higher competition within those groups (negative network effect).

Abstract

The food industry plays a crucial role in meeting the basic human needs for food. To ensure a stable, safe, and high-quality food supply, effective supply chain management in the food industry is essential. This research utilizes a case study approach, focusing on the North Surabaya branch office of BULOG using descriptive analysis methods. Data collected for this study will include primary data through interviews and secondary data obtained from relevant previous research. The importance of efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain is the goal of analyzing and optimizing the supply chain and value chain of the North Surabaya branch office of BULOG. The value chain involves adding value through various activities such as processing, packaging, and marketing. This research emphasizes the significant role played by Perum BULOG Divre North Surabaya in the context of the food industry, which is also part of Perum BULOG. As a Logistics Agency, it is responsible for the distribution activities and the process of distributing staple food in Indonesia.

Abstract

In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a very successful modern technology, often associated with human creativity. The Creative Digital Content with Artificial Intelligence training organized by STIE Mahardhika Surabaya and the Mojokerto City Library and Archives Service aims to raise the awareness and skills of participants in using AI to create innovative digital content. The method of implementation included lectures, discussions, and practical sessions. Despite facing some obstacles such as the constraints of computer devices and internet connections, the evaluations of the participants showed high satisfaction and great interest in this training. The results included improved knowledge and skills of participants in the use of AI for literacy and educational activities, as well as increased creativity and innovation in the creation of digital content.

Abstract

Empowerment of laundry businesses in Pasuruan Village aims to improve the quality of service and financial management for local business actors. This research explores the impact of an empowerment program involving skills training, financial management workshops, and strategies for improving service quality. The methods used include direct training, individual consultations, and periodic evaluations. The research results showed that program participants experienced significant improvements in operational and managerial skills. The quality of laundry business services has increased, marked by improvements in customer satisfaction and operational standards. Apart from that, financial management also showed improvement, with improvements in financial planning and better transaction recording. This program was also successful in identifying several challenges faced, such as limited resources and the need for ongoing assistance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the empowerment program be continued with an emphasis on continued assistance and strengthening local business networks.

Abstract

Environmental awareness is one of the main challenges in creating a sustainable society. In Mangunharjo Village, low awareness of the importance of environmental conservation prompted a greening movement based on youth collaboration. This program aims to increase participation and environmental awareness through education, greening actions, and sustainable plant management. The methods used include environmental awareness training, joint tree planting, and assistance in plant maintenance. The results of the program showed an increase in youth understanding of environmental issues and increased active participation in greening activities. In addition, a synergy was created between the youth and the community in maintaining and caring for the village environment. This program has a positive impact by creating a greener environment and strengthening environmental awareness among the youth of Mangunharjo Village.
