Abstract

Abstrak : Kabupaten Pasaman merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang berada di Propinsi Sumatera Barat.kabupaten ini beribu kotakan kecamatan Lubuk Sikaping. Di kabupaten Pasaman terdapat tiga objek wisata yang sering dikunjungi oleh wisatawan yaitu objek wisata Equator, objek wisata Puncak Tonang dan objek wisata Air Panas Rimbo Panti. Salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi wisatawan mengunjungi sebuah objek wisata adalah aksesibilitas menuju objek wisata tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi tentang aksesibilitas objek wisata di kabupaten Pasaman. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif, dengan sampel penelitian 50 responden yang di survey untuk setiap objek wisata yang diteliti. Variabel penelitian yaitu alternatif jalan, kondisi jalan, jarak tempuh, waktu tempuh, alat transportasi dan biaya kunjungan wisata. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu berupa observasi lapangan, survey atau wawancara, studi literatur dan dokumentasi. Analisa data menggunakan teknik skoring dengan model rumus Struges. Interval untuk mengukur tingkat aksesibilitas objek wisata di kabupaten Pasaman terdiri dari tiga kategori yaitu 20 – 24 termasuk kategori aksesibilitas sangat mendukung, 14 – 19 termasuk kategori aksesibilitas mendukung dan 8-13 termasuk kategori aksesibilitas tidak mendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aksesibilitas menuju objek wisata Equator Bonjol termasuk kategori aksesibilitas mendukung dengan nilai tingkat aksesibilitas yang diperoleh yaitu 17. Kemudian, aksesibilitas menuju objek wisata Puncak Tonang termasuk kategori tidak mendukung dengan nilai tingkat aksesibilitas yang diperoleh yaitu 13. Dan aksesibilitas menuju objek wisata Air Panas Rimbo Panti termasuk kategori aksesibilitas mendukung dengan nilai aksesibilitas yang diperoleh yaitu 19. Abstract

Problems related to pedestrian pathways are often found in trades area of a city including the city of Payakumbuh, espceially in the area by the Ahmad Yani Street where as this street connect 2 main markets namely the Central Market of Payakumbuh city and the Ibuh market. Which is why this research need to be conducted, so that people can evaluate the level of Ahmad Yani street’s sidewalk service based on the level of service (LOS) value using the HCM 2000 method, the service standards are based on the Minister of Public Works Regulation Number : 03/PRT/M/2014. In addition, a pedestrian perception survey was carried out by the use of a questioner survey using the percentage interval analysis and regression analysis. Based on the analysis, the level of service from the west side of Ahmad Yani street’s sidewalk is categorized as “A” and as for the east side is categorized as “B”. The percentage of comfort level from Ahmad Yani Street’s sidewalk of Payakumbuh city is 41,85%, which is categorized as inconvenience. The result of regression analysis indicate that the variable that affect the level of comfort from Ahmad Yani street’s sidewalk are accessibility variables with a regression coefficient of 0.644; surface conditions variable with a regression coefficient of 0.384; sanitation variable with a regression coefficient of 0.672; aesthetics variable with regression coefficient of 0.743; and sidewalk obstacle/hindrance variables with regression coefficient of -0.240. The five variables are proved to significantly affect the level of comfort from Ahmad Yani street’s sidewalk. The variation of the level of comfort from Ahmad Yani street’s sidewalk of Payakumbuh city is 47,06% influenced by those five factors as shown by the R-Squre value of 0,4706 where as the rest 52.94% are affected by factors outside of this research model.

Abstract

Ade Irma Suryani street is one of the area in Payakumbuh city that is designed as an area which mainly function as educational and others such as offices and health service area. Educational infrastructure on this street includes Public Primary School 04 Payakumbuh, Raudhatul Jannah Payakumbuh Islamic Middle School, Campus II Andalas University Payakumbuh and PAUD Bakti Pediatrics. Educational, offices and health service infrastructure encourage the society to use the pedestrian pathways. The existing condition of infrastructure and facilities are still considered inadequate with various problems. This research aim to evaluate the level of service of pedestrian pathways, to review public perception of pedestrian pathways service, and to set the primary variable for the enhancement of pedestrian pathways based on user perception. The quotation of the level of pedestrian service is based on Minister of Public Works Regulation Number: 03/PRT/M/2014. Characteristic analysis result stated that the level of service on the north side is regarded as “A”. While the level of service on the south side is regarded as “B”. Public perception analysis of pedestrian pathways service is carried using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, with 6 research variable namely accessibility, safety, comfort, aestethic, convenience and social interactions. The result of the analysis stated that the primary priorities are accessibilty, aesthetic, convenience and social interactions, the variable which need maintance in it’s performance is safety and the variable which considered excessive is comfort.

Abstract

Bencana kelongsoran di perbatasan Sumbar Riau sudah beberapa kali terjadi, dari tahun 2006 sampai tahun 2016, terdapat 29 kali kelongsoran dan tanah amblas di lebih 80 titik kelongsoran. Banyak faktor penyebab kelongsoran, seperti tekstur tanah, kemiringan lereng, permeabilitas tanah, tingkat pelapukan batuan, kedalaman muka air tanah, curah hujan, beban gempa, dan kurangnya tumbuhan. Akibat kejadian kelongsoran (bencana longsor 3 Maret 2017), jalan banyak tertutup oleh material longsor sehingga beberapa waktu terputus rute jalan Sumbar dan Riau. Menyebabkan 7 orang meninggal dan banyaknya kerugian materil serta terputusnya perjalanan darat selama 2 hari dan menimbulkan kerugian secara ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa faktor penyebab kelongsoran tersebut. Metode yang dilakukan, pengumpulan data sekunder (photo udara dan peta situasi kawasan dari dokumen terdahulu), survey lapangan pengambilan photo situasi langsung, menganalisis dan mengelompokkan jenis kelongsoran, menentukan penyebab kelongsoran, dan mengklasifikasikan faktor dominan penyebab kelongsoran. Dari analisa data-data yang ada, penyebab kelongsoran ialah akibat adanya pertambangan batubara dan non logam, penebangan pohon-pohon untuk perkebunan, dan pemotongan lereng bagian atas untuk aktifitas manusia. Selain itu juga disebabkan akibat curah hujan yang cukup tinggi (3500 mm/tahun-4000mm/tahun). Di beberapa lokasi, kemiringan lereng cukup curam, yaitu dengan kemiringan 25o hingga besar dari 45o.

Abstract

Rework is a repeat job that is caused by an error from a construction project. In a construction activity almost always happens rework only the quantity is different. The purpose of this study is identify the factors that cause rework, identify the conditions of rework, identify the intensity of rework on road construction work item in the city of Padang. This study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The result of the study are the main factors that led to road construction rework in Padang city were design and documentation, managerial factor and resources. Little rework conditions occur in road construction work in the city of Padang. The intensity of work items the occur on average rework is rare. Keywords: Rework, Construction project, identification.
