Abstract

Sentiment analysis or opinion mining is also called, is a field of study in analyzing people's opinion, evaluation, assessment, attitudes and emotions to an entity such as products, services, organizations, individuals, issues, events and topics. Several methods have been applied is Naive Bayes, svm, and K-nn. By using the method of naïve Bayes classification can be found report value contained in how child, with the value of the figure. using naïve Bayes classification is divided into two processes, namely the processes of training and testing. The training process is used to produce a model of sentiment analysis that will be used as a reference to classify sentiment data or the testing of new raw data. Nursery child is early childhood education in the form of formal education. Kindergarten curriculum focused on the provision of educational stimulation to aid growth and development. Students progress report containing narrative value that can be done sentiment analysis to see the intensity of the narration .

Abstract

The presence of computer technology with the power of the process has enabled the development of internal applications for computer-based audits at Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa. This application is an application that is made to simplify the activity process for the internal audit division at Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa, because there are many internal audit team activities that are under control and still need to be addressed. In this study a soft role has been developed that has the ability to control and fix things that are still lacking in internal audit activities, such as schedule control, management of findings and storage of report files. The methodology used for software development with the Waterfall method includes system engineering, analysis, design, coding, targeting and maintenance. The data collection methodology carried out is literature study techniques, observation and interviews with Auditor staff and Audit Managers. This application serves to facilitate the audit team to conduct audit scheduling, manage audit findings, and store results or audit reports. The benefits of making this internal audit application include facilitating the manager audit and Auditor staff as the audit executor in the process of its activities.

Abstract

Geographical information system is a combination of three main elements namely system, information and geography. By paying attention to the understanding of information systems, the geographic information system is a formal unit consisting of various physical and logical resources relating to objects contained on the surface of the earth. Cianjur Regency is one of the regencies in West Java Province. The house has always been a priority for humans as a primary need to meet a comfortable survival for humans themselves. the need for information quickly and precisely, has become a basic need for the community, especially regarding information. Cianjur, as one of the regencies with a geographical situation that is starting to get crowded and the needs of people who want to find information about housing, quickly makes geographic information very helpful for them. The making of this system uses the waterfall model design method, while the diagrams used in the analysis and design are Context Diagrams, Level 1 Data Flow Diagrams and Table Relations. The programming language used in building applications uses the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, MySQL functions as SQL (Structured Query Language) and Sublime Text.

Abstract

One of the programs in vocational Padakembang that help create quality human resources is a scholarship program. In order for scholarship funds channeled to run smoothly it is necessary to evaluate for continued acceptance of the scholarship, so the scholarship is acceptable to truly meet the criteria without prejudice to either party.To help determine the results of the evaluation for the continuing acceptance of the scholarship it takes a decision support system. The method can be used for Decision Support System is to use Hierarcy Analytical Process (AHP). The method chosen because it is a form of decision support models where the main equipment is a functional hierarchy to the main input of human perception, which in this case is a person who is expert in scholarship or people who know trouble of scholarships.

Abstract

Android-Based Semaphore Game application is one of semaphore cue learning or training media that utilizing technology. Gameplay in the form of quizzes can help players to train their memorization or memory. Not only that, the variation of the questions and time to answer varying in each level makes this application a challenging game. Semaphore learning, especially in scouting, is usually done when scouting activities take place only. Beyond these activities, semaphore learning is limited due to the lack of interest and sometimes time and place that is not appropriate to learn semaphore. Prototype method with system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used to develop the software. Game engine Unity is used to develop the application. This application that running on a mobile device not only makes learning semaphore practically carried everywhere but also allows learning or practicing semaphore anytime and anywhere. It also becomes a new method to learn semaphore. Moreover, this application is packed in the form of a fun game that can attract interest.

Abstract

Subjective decision-making can lead to social disparities between employees so that it can hinder company performance. In contract extension, managers often experience difficulties in determining contract extensions because of the large number of candidates and also the many criteria used in the assessment. Therefore we need a decision support system that can support the decision making of employee extension so that managers can make decisions quickly, precisely and accurately. This decision support system uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method where this method can be used to overcome existing complexities, because of the many alternatives and criteria that must be considered in employee contract extensions such as discipline, attendance, work quality, and cooperation. The data used is an assessment of employee extension at PT.Tirta Sukses Perkasa System testing is carried out based on existing data at PT.Tirta Sukses Perkasa that is by comparing the results of Microsoft Excel calculations with the results of the system calculations that have been made. The results of the implementation of the decision support system for employee contract extension with the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method were made to assist in the decision-making process based on the optimal competency value of employees. Abstract

Face recognition on an Android smartphone is a personal identification system that uses the physical characteristics of a person to automatically detect their identity through faces. In this face recognition detection technology will identify human faces through a digital image by matching or comparing with faces that have previously been stored and trained in data storage. The main problem faced in designing face recognition detection is how android devices can detect and recognize face objects.The proposed design method for Android-based face recognition detection is the local binary pattern (LBP) method, which in principle uses this method to get the characteristics of each face image by representing a gray image into binary numbers. The method developed is by modifying the heuristic function of the Ant-Miner algorithm.From the test results obtained that the performance of facial recognition detection using the LBP method on a person's face image has a good level of accuracy with an average of 96.7%, with 5 trials and 30 trials.In addition, this face recognition detection can also be used as a test framework for Android-based face recognition detection. Abstract

Obesity is a symptom of disease that has become a health and nutrition problem of the world community, both in developed countries and in developing countries. Obesity is a condition where there is accumulation of excess fat in a person's body, ideal weight is determined by Body Mass Index calculations that already have standards from the World Health Organization (WHO). Obesity can also occur if the calories of food consumed by a person are not digested completely by the body so it is converted into fat. In this Final Project has been designed an application that is used as a guide to help weight loss from obese people, and calculate the ideal weight.Here users are given several menu choices, the calculation of BMI and BMR and the selection of food menu. Abstract

Applications Finger Detection Based Camera For Angklung Instruments Control is educationalapplications that are expected to help preserve the culture, especially the angklung art, with the use oftechnology, in terms of appearance and also does not require a lot of people to play it is expected to simplifythe process learn the basics of the conductor of angklung.This application is built using the algorithm COG is how the agoritma this is by finding the midpoint of theobject hand by comparing the horizontal and vertical lines of an object, after the midpoint is found and thepoints are determined on a finger and create conditions in which the dots are connected and make handmovements where each movement has a value, then the output value is converted into sound. Abstract

Integrated academic notification system is a system which is designed to fulfill student's need in collectingimportant information in form of academic notification which related to student's activity in collegeenvironment. Language variety of notification has to be short, clear and dense. The main problems facedin the delivery of the announcement is still in the conventional manner or by way of social mediaannounced through facebook. The methodology of software development uses waterfall method insolving the problem which emerge in the process of academic notification system. Therefore, the designedacademic notification system consists of two important parts, namely web server which manage the datathat will be displayed and android application as media output. This application uses Code Igniter (CI)framework in its webserver, while android uses Phonegap and Angular JS framework which is createdby using language code of HTML 5, Javascript, CSS, and data exchange between android and webserverusing JSON. The testing indicated that The designed notification produces output in form of notificationor reminder. All the manual process will be facilitated using computerization process.
