Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, business conditions around the world were very unstable. Various business sectors are experiencing difficulties due to social distancing regulations, supply chain pressures, economic instability, and so on. Therefore this study reviews the effect of financial performance (leverage and profitability) on stock price volatility with dividend policy as an intervening variable. This research is focused on seeing the impact of the pandemic on the business world and the management's response to all these uncertainties. The population in this study are LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018 - 2020 period, so there are 45 companies in the population. These samples were taken using a purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a direct effect on dividend policy and stock price volatility. The leverage variable also has an indirect effect on stock price volatility through dividend policy. However, profitability does not have a direct or indirect effect on stock price volatility and dividend policy. Based on the Sobel test, it was known that Covid-19 has no effect on the value of leverage, dividend policy and stock price volatility, except profitability.

Abstract

Intrinsic aspect that is owned by internal management on policies related to the corporation social responsibility (CSR) program leads to the results the company wants to achieve their purposes. Based on the context of intrinsic factors, this study intends to explore facts from the internal management of a company regarding the compatible concept for sustainable development (SD) as company achievements on CSR as a program that is run by the company. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and strengthened by a triangulation process with supporting data from the company's Sustainability Report (SR). Monetary quantity parameter or economy aspect of corporate wealth (such as tangible assets be classified as internal features or extrinsic factor) have relatable impact to sustainable development (SD), with semantic analysis method revealed intrinsic factor have not it. The contribution to outcomes is to create a conceptual framework for categories associated with sustainable development through the CSR program that is required by the government for companies to implement in Indonesia. The implication of the research is found the CSR reporting supporting economic aspect, strengthen sustainable development in practices.

Abstract

In the beauty industry, facial and body care is a major need for women to have an attractive and special appearance. This research aimed to 1) test and analyze the influence of celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening body lotion products; 2) test and analyze the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening body lotion products; and 3) test and analyze the influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions Scarlett Whitening body lotion product. The population in this study were 299 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business from the Management Study Program at Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. The sample determined was 171 respondents with criteria: 1) respondents have seen advertisements for Scarlett Whitening body lotion products, and 2) respondents have repurchased Scarlett Whitening body lotion products at least 2 times. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the normality test, coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test. SPSS version 20 for Windows was then operated as analysis tools. The research results show that celebrity endorsers do not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile product quality and word of mouth has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakan (Penmas) kali ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan lebih mendalam tentang salah satu manajemen risiko keuangan yang lagi fenomenal, yaitu maraknya pinjaman online (pinjol) yang sejatinya dapat membantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan dana, tetapi faktanya masyarakat merasa terhimpit dengan biaya bunga yang tidak jelas, belum lagi dengan serangan psikis yang diterima masyarakat dari kejam nya para penagih hutang, jika menunggak. Dengan mengenalkan manajemen risiko keuangan kepada masyarakat, harapannya bisa membantu mereka dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Materi ini telah dipresentasikan ke civitas akademika khususnya mahasiswa di Akademi Farmasi Yannas Husada Bangkalan, dengan harapan para mahasiswa ini yang mungkin belum pernah mendapatkan literasi tentang manajemen risiko keuangan menjadi lebih tahu dan paham, sehingga mereka juga tidak akan terjebak dengan pinjaman-pinjaman dana yang prosesnya mudah tetapi dibalik kemudahan ada kesulitan yang luar biasa. Dan mereka juga dapat menyampaikan pemahaman tersebut ke keluarga atau lingkungan disekitarnya. Pengabdian masyarakat ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Juni 2023. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah sarasehan serta diskusi dan berakhir dengan kesepakatan untuk pendampingan dan konsultasi tentang manajemen risiko keuangan khususnya manajemen pinjaman online.

Abstract

Beberapa kasus dampak pinjaman online terjadi dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya literasi yang diperoleh masyarakat terkait pinjaman online. Masyarakat tidak paham mana pinjaman online yang legal dan ilegal. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (Penmas) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi tentang pinjaman online dan pendampingan penggunaan pinjaman online agar efektif dan memberikan nilai tambah untuk usaha mereka. Lokasi yang dipilih UPT Aneka Industri dan Kerajinan Surabaya. UPT ini membina beberapa pemilik Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) dengan berbagai jenis usaha. Kebanyakan mereka fokus pada pemasaran produk sehingga kurang memperhatikan pentingnya literasi keuangan, padahal ini penting untuk pengembangan usaha mereka dan menghindari mereka terlilit pinjaman online ilegal. Penmas dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga ) bulan pada bulan Mei 2024 sampai dengan Agustus 2024. Peserta 20 IKM dengan berbagai jenis usaha industri kecil dan menengah. Metode pelaksanaan Penmas dengan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan, mulai dari sosialisasi tentang Pinjol yang legal dan illegal, serta pendampingan pengelolaan dana pinjaman untuk pengembangan usaha mereka. Hasil Penmas menunjukkan perubahan perilaku para IKM menjadi lebih berhati-hati memilih pinjaman online. Mereka dapat memahami cara mengelola dana pinjaman agar lebih memberikan manfaat untuk pengembangan usaha dan mampu memisahkan dana pribadi dengan dan usaha.

Abstract

Rumah sakit sebagai institusi yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan kasehatan mengalami perubahan, bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan kesehatan dengan melakukan pengelolaan yang berdasar pada manajemen badan usaha. Pelayanan yang baik akan menentukan loyalitas pasien. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap loyalitas dengan kepuasan pasien sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 82 pasien jantung di Rumah Sakit RSUD Bhakti Dharma Husada Surabaya. Alat analisis menggunakan path analisis untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien., (2) Fasilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien., (3) Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien, (4) Fasilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien, (5) Kepuasan pasien secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien, (6) Kepuasan pasien bukan variabel intervening variabel kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap loyalitas pasien.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the impact of work family conflict and job insecurity towards organizational commitment with role stress as intervening variable (study at PT Mitra Kabel Indonesia in Surabaya). The Population in this study were 120 people. Data collected by giving of questionnaires to 56 people are married or have been married with the method of purposive sampling using likert scale 5 point for 19 statement items. Data analysis techniques with evaluation of measurement model, and AVE test. The results show that work family conflict has a positive and significant impact on the role of stress, Job insecurity has a positive and significant impact on the role of stress, role stress has positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, work family conflict has positive and insignificant impact on organizational commitment, job insecurity have a positive and insignificant impact on organizational commitment. Also, work family conflict and job insecurity have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment with role stress as intervening variable.

Abstract

This research was conducted after the Covid 19 pandemic, when the growth of transportation and logistics companies experienced a very drastic decline due to large-scale social restrictions. After Covid-19, transportation and logistics companies experienced growth of 25.81% in the 2021-2022 period. Several previous incidents related to fraudulent financial reporting in a transportation company raised concerns among investors that fraudulent financial reporting efforts would result in the company's bankruptcy. The Fraud Triangle Theory describes three conditions that cause fraudulent behavior: pressure, opportunity, and rationalization. This type of research uses a quantitative method by looking for the influence of dependent, independent and moderating variables. The population in this study were 31 transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The nonprobability sampling technique used the purposive sampling technique. The sample was 19 transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so that the data processed was 19 companies in 3 years, resulting in 57 samples. The data processing analysis tool used Smart PLS 3.0. The results of the study indicate (1) rationalization does not affect financial statement fraud, (2) pressure does not affect Financial Distress, (3) Opportunity affects Financial Distress, (4) pressure and opportunity do not affect Financial Distress. Statement Fraud is moderated by Financial Distress, (5) Opportunity affects Financial Statement Fraud (6) Financial Distress has no effect on Financial Statement Fraud. This study contributes to investors in making investment decisions and developing the science of Financial Management, related to financial distress, the fraud triangles theory and financial statement fraud.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri peran disiplin kerja, motivasi, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan menganalisis berbagai studi terdahulu dalam periode 2019–2025 yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga perusahaan perlu mengembangkan strategi peningkatan kinerja dengan menerapkan reward dan punishment, evaluasi rutin, pelatihan manajemen waktu, serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Dengan pendekatan tersebut, perusahaan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif, kompetitif, dan berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi tantangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara sikap kerja dan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) dalam konteks tantangan kontemporer seperti transformasi digital dan ketidakstabilan ekonomi. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, studi ini mensintesis temuan dari 29 jurnal yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2023 dan 2025. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa sikap kerja secara signifikan memengaruhi berbagai fungsi MSDM, termasuk penilaian kinerja, retensi karyawan, komitmen organisasi, dan kemampuan adaptasi terhadap perubahan. Meskipun terdapat variasi dalam seberapa besar pengaruh sikap kerja, semua jurnal yang ditinjau setuju bahwa sikap kerja merupakan faktor penting yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam praktik MSDM.
