Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh motivasi, stres kerja, kepribadian, dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui metode literature review. Kinerja merupakan indikator utama dalam menilai efektivitas organisasi dan sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal yang bersifat psikologis maupun karakteristik pribadi. Berdasarkan hasil telaah terhadap berbagai jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan, ditemukan bahwa motivasi memiliki peran positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Sementara itu, stres kerja umumnya memberikan dampak negatif, terutama ketika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Kepribadian, khususnya dimensi seperti tanggung jawab dan stabilitas emosional, turut mempengaruhi kinerja secara langsung. Karakteristik individu seperti usia, tingkat pendidikan, dan pengalaman kerja juga memiliki kontribusi dalam membentuk perilaku kerja yang produktif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bahwa pendekatan multidimensional yang mempertimbangkan faktor psikologis dan personal sangat penting dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja sumber daya manusia. Hasil kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan strategi manajemen kinerja di berbagai sektor organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Sustainability Reporting, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and Profitability in increasing company value. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 11 articles published between 2019 and 2024, the results show that Sustainability Reporting and GCG have a positive effect on company value, with Profitability as a moderating variable that strengthens this relationship. The implementation of transparent ESG and good governance increases investor confidence, reduces information asymmetry, and encourages financial performance. The challenges faced include inconsistencies in reporting standards, weak supervision, and conflicts between short-term profit targets and long-term sustainability. This study produced a conceptual model that integrates SR, GCG, and profitability as strategies in creating sustainable company value.

Abstract

Recruitment and selection is a crucial aspect of modern organizational management. The development of information technology has brought significant changes to the methods used by companies in recruiting and selecting prospective employees. This paper presents a literature review on the integration of information technology in the recruitment and selection process. in the human resource recruitment and selection process. Some of the innovations technology innovations analyzed include applicant tracking systems (ATS), the use of social media platforms, the utilization of data analytics, and the application of artificial intelligence. artificial intelligence. Abstract

Latar belakang Banyak pelaku UMKM masih mengandalkan pencatatan manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan, serta mencampuradukkan keuangan pribadi/rumah tangga dengan keuangan usaha, sehingga menyulitkan pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Hal ini sangat penting dilakukan untuk menghindari perselisihan dan keberlanjutan pengelolaan usaha UMKM. Tujuan PkM ini untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola keuangan bagi pelaku UMKM melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan berupa pemahaman pentingnya pemisahan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga dan usaha, penghitungan modal kerja usaha, pengelolaan modal kerja untuk pengembangan usaha, pencatatan semua transaksi keuangan dengan cara sederhana. Metode PkM dengan memberikan pelatihan UMKM secara langsung dan memberikan pendampingan sampai UMKM mampu melaksanakan semua pelatihan yang diberikan secara mandiri. Dengan pelatihan dan praktek langsung dengan sistim keuangan sederhana, UMKM akan diperkenalkan pada pencatatan sederhana sebelum diarahkan menuju sistem digital sederhana dan dilanjutkan dengan dengan pelaporan keuangan dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM) Luaran PkM pelatihan dan pendampingan yang diberikan dapat memberikan dampak positif pada UMKM setempat, sehingga para ibu-ibu UMKM mampu mandiri dalam menghitung harga pokok penjualan untuk memange tingkat keuntungan, memisahkan keuangan keluarga dan usaha, serta membuat laporan keuangan sederhana.

Abstract

BMT Usaha Gabungan Terpadu Sidogiri, as a sharia microfinance institution, has uniqueness and different characteristics because it has a background as an Islamic boarding school. This study aims to empirically determine: 1) How is the performance of the BMT Usaha Gabungan Terpadu from the perspective of maqashid sharia?, (2) What is the performance model of the BMT Usaha Gabungan Terpadu from the perspective of maqashid sharia? This study uses a qualitative method with an emphasis on what is expressed, understood, and felt through the statements and interpretations of informants. The results of this study indicate (1) The performance of BMT Usaha Gabungan Terpadu Sidogiri meets the perspective of maqashid sharia, namely the existence of family welfare felt by the community has met the five aspects of maqashid sharia, (2) The research model of the performance of BMT Usaha Gabungan Terpadu Sidogiri shows different characteristics from other sharia financial institutions. Performance from the perspective of maqashid sharia is not seen from its ability to generate profits, but the benefits felt by members and the surrounding community in improving their welfare.
