This research use the quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest control group to improve graduate work readiness through learning agility training. This study used the Independent sample t-test to determine the average comparison of different groups and also the Paired sample t-test to find the differences in the two groups. This research aims to examine the graduate work readiness can be improved through learning agility e-training. There are 32 subjects divided into two equal parts for both the control and experimental groups with the criteria including graduates seeking employment, those have never worked before, and have moderate and low readiness scores. However, the e-training on learning agility were only provided for the experimental group and not to the control group. The results of the sample t-test in the post-test experimental group showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and post-test with a value of t = -7.206; df = 15; and the significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). The results using independent samples t-test indicate that work readiness tends to be improved through learning agility training.

Tourism is one of the most important pillars in the movement of the Indonesian economy. Wanurejo Village is one of the tourist villages located in Borobudur District, Magelang Regency which is one of the parts of the National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN) of Borobudur Temple. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of tourism potential in Wanurejo Village with the 4A approach (Attraction, Amenities, Ancillary and Accessibility). Data obtained by interview, observation and documentation and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Based on the results, the development of tourism in the Wanurejo based on the supporting components of tourism cannot be said to be optimal. These findings are expected to be input to the local government as a reference for the development of the Wanurejo Tourism village as one of the buffer zones of Borobudur temple.

Introduction to English from an early age is needed to prepare the next generation for success in the globalization era. Unfortunately, not all early childhood education institutions have English teachers. Therefore, this activity aims to introduce English to early childhood at TwinQ Kids School. The Interactive Read-Aloud (IRA) method was chosen, which was delivered bilingually (English-Indonesian). This program has an impact on the development and strengthening of English linguistics in students and shows positive involvement in behavioral, cognitive, and affective aspects during the activity.

Lalu lintas merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, terutama di kota-kota besar yang memiliki penduduk padat. Namun, permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah masih banyak pengguna jalan yang melanggar peraturan lalu lintas, seperti melanggar lampu merah, berbelok sembarangan, parkir ditempat yang tidak seharusnya, dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan mendeskripsikan strategi komunikasi Satlantas Polres Magelang Kota dalam meningkatkan kesadaraan masyarakat tentang pentingnya taat pada aturan lalu lintas. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi terkait strategi komunikasi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan ketertiban lalu lintas pada satlantas kota maupun daerah lain. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun subjek yang diteliti adalah Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Kota Magelang. Peneliti berfokus untuk mengidentifikasi strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Kota Magelang dalam meningkatkan ketertiban lalu lintas di wilayah hukumnya dengan menggunakan teori komunikasi Harold Lasswell. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam meningkatkan ketertiban lalu lintas satlantas polres Magelang Kota menggunakan media sosial seperti Instagram, facebook dan twitter; media outdoor seperti baliho, spanduk, dan billboard; media elektronik seperti videotron; dan melakukan sosialisasi ketertiban lalu lintas.

Rapid technological progress, encourage journalism industry contributed penetrated on digitization, with the emergence of the phenomenon of online journalism. In the era of online journalism itself, journalists are required to follow the conditions of the readers in the virtual world, where information is required for fast-paced. But on the other hand, online journalists are also required to have more skills than conventional journalists, where the skills in providing both visual and writing content are also required to be faster and creative in innovating the appearance of news and information in writing in multiplatform. The journalistic skills required for this versatility create problems that arise, namely the professionalism of journalists themselves, in which the process of collecting news, processing, and presenting news is not in accordance with the ethics of professionalism of online journalists. This paper aims to find out how the problems and professionalism of online journalism. The positive impact of the professionalism of online journalism includes being required to be more skilled in the provision of both visual and writing content, as well as being required to be faster and creative in innovating the appearance of news and information. But in addition there are other problems, first about the collection of news that is vulnerable to plagiarism. Digital literacy includes not only the ability to find and share information, but also the skills to create digital content. These activities aim to improve the creativity and build content on social media. As a response to this phenomenon, a school collaboration program was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Muntilan. The program included a socialization and training on social media content. The socialization discussed the basic concepts of content on social media, including content selection, consistency, and timing. The results of these activities are the improvement of digital content creativity and 20 videos of school’s profile created by students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Muntilan.

This community service aims to enhance competency and skills in hospitality and housekeeping to improve the quality of homestay village services in Ngaran II hamlet. The implementation method involves several stages, namely socialization, training, and assistance in hospitality and housekeeping, as well as the establishment of a Tourism Information Center (TIC). The results of this program include fostering a spirit of improvement among homestay managers and enhancing the skills of homestay managers in hospitality and housekeeping.

Pada tahun 2019 Indonesia menyelenggarakan pesta demokrasi yakni Pemilihan Presiden (Pilpres). Tujuan dari sosialisasi dan pendampingan pada program literasi politik dan media di UMMagelang adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa pemilih pemula terhadap ilmu-ilmu politik dasar, meningkatkan tingkat pemahaman mengenai sosial media sebagai salah satu alat kampanye politik, meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai efek negatif dan positif dari penggunaan sosial media sebagai salah satu alat kampanye, sehingga mitra dapat memilih secara rasional, meningkatkan rasa kepercayaan pada proses pemilihan umum sebagai salah satu sarana perbaikan kehidupan masyarakat dan Negara, dan meningkatkan partisipasi aktif mitra dalam agenda pemilihan umum. Mitra yang menjadi target dalam kegiatan ini adalah Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang (UMMagelang) tingkat pertama dan kedua dan Karang Taruna Desa Menayu, Kecamatan Muntilan yang terindikasi masuk ke dalam daftar pemilih pemula. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah Mass-Based Interactive Approach. Pelatihan dan sosialisasi program ini akan dilaksanakan sebanyak satu kali, dengan mengundang tutor dari Komisi Pemilihan Umum Daerah Kota Magelang. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah 1) Target mitra memahami pentingnya untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pemilu; 2) Target mitra memahami ragam alat kampanye politik terdiri atas alat peraga kampanye konvensional dan digital; 3) Mahasiswa lebih sadar akan pelanggaran-pelanggaran dalam kegiatan kampanye seperti hate speech, berita bohong atau hoax, hingga perang tagar dibandingkan dengan pemuda di Desa Manayu; 4) Mahasiswa cenderung mengarah sebagai pemilih rasional sedangkan pemuda karang taruna cenderung mengarah ke pemilih skeptis dalam pemilu.
