Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan peran mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur, yang melibatkan pembacaan literatur dari berbagai sumber termasuk laporan, buku, artikel, dan jurnal dengan menggunakan pendakatan kualitatif dan deduktif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa memiliki peran yang sangat strategis dalam meningkatan kualitas pendidikan di tengah arus digitalisasi yang terus berkembang. Peran mereka terwujud dalam berbagai bentuk, mulai dari menjadi motor penggerak transformasi digital di lingkungan kampus, pelopor dalam penyebaran literasi informasi yang kritis dan bertanggung jawab, pengembang berbagai inovasi teknologi pendidikan, hingga menjadi mitra aktif lembaga pendidikan dalam proses evaluasi dan pengambilan kebijakan. Lebih dari itu, mahasiswa juga hadir sebagai aktor perubahan sosial yang memanfaatkan pendidikan digital untuk memperjuangkan keadilan, kesetaraan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendidikan agama Islam sebagai sarana pencegahan radikalisme di kalangan mahasiswa. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur, dengan membaca, memahami, dan mengelompokkan informasi berdasarkan tema utama yang mendukung pembahasan dari berbagai sumber termasuk buku, jurnal, dan artikel. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berperan strategis dalam mencegah radikalisme di kalangan mahasiswa melalui penanaman nilai moderasi, toleransi, dan keterbukaan. Namun, implementasi PAI dalam mencegah radikalisme masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kurangnya pelatihan bagi dosen, keterbatasan materi ajar, resistensi mahasiswa terhadap pendekatan moderat, serta lemahnya dukungan institusional dan kolaborasi lintas pihak. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, dibutuhkan strategi penguatan pendidikan karakter, inovasi metode pembelajaran, keterlibatan keluarga dan masyarakat, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi guna memperkuat penyebaran ajaran Islam yang inklusif dan damai.

Abstract

This study analyzes the copyright ownership status of generative AI artworks under Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright and the urgency of redefining legal subjects in Indonesia. Using a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches, this study finds that Indonesia's copyright regime, which adheres to the principle of human authorship, creates a legal vacuum for works autonomously generated by artificial intelligence. This research examines three legal protection scenarios: works as public domain, user ownership, and the concept of computer-aided works. The analysis results indicate that granting independent legal subject status to AI (electronic personhood) is not yet urgent and risks disrupting the doctrine of civil liability. As a solution, the study recommends an approach of attributing rights to humans with dominant creative contributions or the formation of more adaptive sui generis regulations.

Abstract

In today's digital era, students have extensive access to various learning resources via the internet, so the role of educators is no longer the sole source of knowledge, but rather as facilitators, guides, and directors in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the challenges and solutions faced by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) lecturers in learning in the digital era. The development of information technology has changed the learning paradigm, requiring lecturers to adapt to the use of technology without neglecting Islamic values. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with PAI lecturers selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, as well as data validity testing through triangulation and member checking. The results showed that the main challenges faced by PAI lecturers include limited digital competency, changes in student characteristics that tend to prefer interactive learning, and the challenge of maintaining values and ethics amidst the flow of digital information. Possible solutions include improving digital competency through training, implementing innovative learning models such as blended learning and flipped classrooms, and utilizing creative and contextual digital media. Furthermore, institutional support in providing infrastructure and supporting policies is also an important factor in successful learning.
