Abstract

The digital transformation in education has encouraged the adoption of computer-based tests (CBT) using video content, which demands stable and efficient network performance. This study aims to evaluate the performance of two queue management algorithms, namely Random Early Detection (RED) and Per Connection Queue (PCQ), in maintaining the quality of service (QoS) of school networks during online video-based examinations. A case study approach was applied using a real network topology in a school environment, and QoS parameters such as throughput, delay, packet loss, and jitter were measured. The implementation was conducted using a MikroTik RB450Gx4 router configured with simple queue settings for each algorithm. The results show that PCQ provides more consistent performance under high user loads, achieving an average throughput of 56,482 bps and lower delay compared to RED. Conversely, RED performs better in scenarios with a small number of users. The study recommends using PCQ for networks with dynamic and dense user environments, while RED is more suitable for low-traffic conditions where latency stability is crucial. These findings offer practical guidance for managing bandwidth and improving the quality of CBT delivery in educational settings.

Abstract

Website security is a crucial aspect in the face of increasing cyber threats. This study aims to implement website protection using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and HAProxy (High Availability Proxy) through a PFSense router, and to evaluate its effectiveness using the securityheaders.com platform. The methodology used is an experimental study with a reverse proxy server configuration based on HAProxy and SSL certificates from Let's Encrypt. Measurement results indicate an improvement in the website's security score after the configuration was applied, particularly in security headers such as Strict-Transport-Security, X-Frame-Options, and Content-Security-Policy. This research contributes to strengthening web security architecture that is simple, efficient, and openly adoptable by government institutions and medium-scale organizations that require open-source-based security solutions.

Abstract

Abstract. The advancement of broadcasting technology has driven the demand for reliable and efficient automation systems, particularly in managing the transition from broadcast content to advertisement segments. In this context, the present study proposes the application of the Single Tone Trigger (STT) method as an automatic triggering mechanism to systematically regulate content switching. This method utilizes a single-frequency audio signal embedded within the primary broadcast, which can be detected by the receiving system. The detection of this signal initiates an automatic content transition without requiring intervention from playout operators. A key advantage of this approach lies in its ease of integration with conventional broadcasting systems and its ability to reduce manual involvement that has traditionally been essential in broadcast content management. Through a series of tests, the system demonstrated high signal detection accuracy, low latency, and optimal operational reliability. These findings indicate that the Single Tone Trigger method can significantly enhance workflow efficiency within the broadcasting industry. Overall, this approach presents substantial potential for broad implementation as an automation solution that is not only stable and cost-effective, but also adaptive to the operational demands of modern broadcasting.   Keywords: Automatic Transition, Broadcast Automation, Single Tone Trigger (STT).

Abstract

Abstract. Government data centers in Indonesia face significant challenges related to data integrity and transparency, impacting policy-making accuracy, operational efficiency, and public trust. Data fragmentation, information inconsistency, and vulnerability to manipulation and cyberattacks have become crucial issues. Blockchain technology, with its fundamental characteristics such as decentralization, immutability, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms, offers innovative solutions to address these problems. This research employs a systematic literature review and conceptual analysis approach to identify how blockchain principles can be effectively applied. The proposed conceptual model, which utilizes permissioned blockchains like Hyperledger Fabric and distributed storage systems such as the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS), demonstrates significant potential in creating a secure, transparent, and auditable data ecosystem. Blockchain implementation is expected to enhance data security, strengthen auditability, prevent fraud, improve operational efficiency, securely manage digital identities, and increase data availability and redundancy. Although implementation challenges exist, including technical complexity, immature regulations, costs, and human resource gaps, global case studies and initial initiatives in Indonesia indicate significant feasibility and benefits. This report recommends a holistic approach encompassing adaptive regulatory development, infrastructure and human resource investment, phased pilot projects, and multi-stakeholder collaboration to realize blockchain's full potential in improving government data governance.   Keywords: Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Data Integrity, Data Transparency, Government Data Center

Abstract

Electrical systems are fundamental infrastructures that support the operational continuity of logistics companies. However, without a structured approach to safety and optimization, these systems can become a source of inefficiency and risk. This study aims to analyze and optimize the use of electrical systems within logistics environments by applying a safety-oriented framework. The research investigates how electricity is distributed, utilized, and safeguarded in logistics companies and warehouses. Using a combination of observational methods and literature-based analysis, the study identifies critical issues related to energy reliability, system efficiency, and workplace safety. Abstract

Conventional emergency response strategies are often constrained by limited operational coverage, slow resource mobilization, and fragmented data acquisition, hindering coordination effectiveness during critical phases. This research proposes the design of an autonomous drone swarm system to support innovative disaster management and rescue operations. A coordinated multi-agent based system is designed to perform real-time monitoring, structured search and rescue, and post-disaster infrastructure evaluation. Rule-based behavioral modeling is used in complex emergency scenarios. Initial simulation results show greater area coverage, accelerated response times, and increased mission adaptability under dynamic conditions. The system is also designed to deliver logistical assistance such as food and medicine to hard to reach areas, such as ravines or steep mountains. The integration of artificial intelligence algorithms improves target identification precision as well as adaptive swarm response. This model is considered to have transformational potential to be the foundation for the development of future rapid-response autonomous rescue systems.

Abstract

Industri kreatif, khususnya sektor vendor event, menghadapi tantangan berupa ketidakpastian jadwal dan struktur kerja yang fleksibel sehingga keberhasilan organisasi sangat bergantung pada perilaku kewargaan organisasi (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi keadilan distributif dan dukungan sosial terhadap OCB pada karyawan Jitu Music Centre Sukabumi. Studi ini mengisi kekosongan studi terdahulu yang dominan berfokus pada sektor formal seperti perbankan, pendidikan, dan pemerintahan, dengan menguji hubungan kausal secara langsung dalam konteks kerja informal. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan distributif dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Keadilan dalam pembagian tugas serta dukungan dari atasan maupun rekan kerja terbukti mendorong perilaku ekstra peran yang mendukung efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dengan memperluas kajian OCB ke sektor kreatif informal, serta kontribusi praktis bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam membangun budaya kerja yang adil, suportif, dan kolaboratif untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini memperkaya literatur dengan menyoroti peran OCB sebagai mekanisme adaptif dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian kerja. Implikasi hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan dasar bagi pengembangan kebijakan SDM yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan sektor kreatif. Dengan demikian, studi ini tidak hanya relevan bagi akademisi, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat praktis bagi pelaku industri kreatif dalam meningkatkan daya saing organisasi.

Abstract

The creative industry, particularly the event vendor sector, faces challenges such as schedule uncertainty and flexible work structures, making organizational success highly dependent on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to analyze the influence of distributive justice perception and social support on OCB among employees of Jitu Music Centre Sukabumi. It addresses a gap in previous studies that predominantly focused on formal sectors such as banking, education, and government, by directly examining causal relationships within the informal work context. The research employed a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques. Findings indicate that distributive justice and social support significantly affect OCB. Fair task distribution and support from supervisors and colleagues were proven to encourage extra-role behaviors that enhance organizational effectiveness. This study contributes theoretically by expanding OCB research into the informal creative sector and practically by providing insights for human resource management in fostering a fair, supportive, and collaborative work culture to improve organizational performance. In addition, this study enriches the literature by highlighting OCB as an adaptive mechanism in dealing with work uncertainty. The implications of the findings can serve as a foundation for developing HR policies that are more responsive to the needs of the creative sector. Thus, this research is not only relevant for academics but also offers practical benefits for creative industry practitioners in enhancing organizational competitiveness.

Abstract

Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dalam satu dekade terakhir telah mengubah lanskap dunia pemrograman komputer secara signifikan. Jika sebelumnya pemrograman dipahami sebagai aktivitas teknis yang berfokus pada penulisan kode untuk menyelesaikan masalah komputasional, kini praktik tersebut berkembang menjadi proses kolaboratif antara manusia dan mesin cerdas. Kehadiran model bahasa besar (Large Language Models), sistem generatif, dan otomatisasi berbasis pembelajaran mesin telah menggeser paradigma dari coding manual menuju augmented programming. Artikel ini membahas transformasi dunia pemrograman komputer di era AI dari perspektif historis, teknologis, pedagogis, dan etis. Kajian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana AI memengaruhi cara programmer bekerja, kompetensi yang dibutuhkan, model pengembangan perangkat lunak, hingga implikasi terhadap pendidikan dan pasar tenaga kerja. Artikel ini berargumen bahwa alih-alih menggantikan programmer, AI berperan sebagai katalis evolusi profesi, mendorong pergeseran dari sekadar penulis kode menjadi perancang sistem cerdas dan pengambil keputusan berbasis algoritmik. Dengan pendekatan analitis dan reflektif, tulisan ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang arah masa depan dunia pemrograman komputer di tengah akselerasi AI global.

Abstract

Government data centers serve as critical infrastructure for national digital sovereignty, yet they remain highly vulnerable to sophisticated cyber threats. Recent incidents, notably the 2024 LockBit 3.0 ransomware attack on Indonesia’s Temporary National Data Center (PDNS 2), have exposed the fundamental limitations of traditional signature-based security systems. This research proposes the design of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered Intrusion Detection System (IDS) specifically tailored for government data center environments. Utilizing the Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) framework, the system was evaluated against the CICIDS2017 and NSL-KDD benchmark datasets. To address the challenge of imbalanced network traffic, the study implemented the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) combined with Edited Nearest Neighbors (ENN). Experimental results demonstrate that the Random Forest (RF) and XGBoost algorithms achieve superior performance, reaching an overall accuracy of 99.66%. While RF excels in recall for detecting Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) and Brute Force attacks, Support Vector Machine (SVM) provides higher precision in minimizing false positives. Additionally, deep learning models such as LSTM show effectiveness in identifying complex temporal patterns like botnets. The integration of this AI-IDS into the National Data Center (PDN) architecture not only aligns with the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) of 2022 but also fulfills the audit standards mandated by BSSN Regulation No. 8 of 2024. This study concludes that an autonomous, AI-driven defense mechanism is essential to ensuring proactive security and service continuity within the Indonesian government’s digital ecosystem
