Abstract

Many pieces of research on job involvement had generated findings that job involvement is considered to be one of the main ways to increase employees' performance. The objective of this study is to examine factors that have a relationship with job involvement namely organizational climate and self-efficacy. By finding the important factors that influence job involvement, it is expected that efforts to increase job involvement are useful for enhancing performance This study was conducted among lecturers at 4 private universities in Bogor, Indonesia. The sample for the study consisted of 252 lecturers derived randomly from its population. The study mainly utilized quantitative data (from questionnaires). The regression analysis was used to find out the relationship among variables. The findings revealed that organizational climate had a positive effect on job involvement. Similarly, self-efficacy had a positive effect on job involvement. The further organizational climate had a positive effect on job involvement through self-efficacy. The research result showed that self-efficacy as the intervening had significant a role in the effect of organizational climate on job involvement. Also, based on those findings, this study proposed some recommendations toward private universities to strengthening the self-efficacy of the lecturers to increasing their job involvement to increase performance

Abstract

This research is motivated by several interviews with the leadership of the Mafazah Modern Islamic Boarding School, several problems regarding the performance of teachers conveyed by the Head of the Pesantren as informants, including, there are still many teachers who are less disciplined with working hours that have been determined by the staffing department, sometimes in the schedule of admission. work is still late and when the time runs out, the teacher always waits for orders and lacks initiative in work, many teachers complain about the leadership of the head of the pesantren in paying attention to teachers personally, the ineffective use of the facilities provided to support work teachers, many complaints about the current compensation system and the reasons for compensation are factors that reduce teacher performance. This study was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership and compensation on teacher performance at the Mafazah Modern Islamic Boarding School. The number of samples used in this study were 140 respondents, using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. The results show that transformational leadership and compensation affect performance partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Correlation between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture with Organizational Commitment at Minhaj Shahabah Islamic Boarding School Bogor. This study was conducted at Pesantren Minhaj Shahabah Bogor in 2020 and it used survey method with the correlation approach. This study population was 146 employees and the number of sample was 107 employees by proportionate random sampling technique. The collected research data will be analysed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Inferential statistics is used for testing the hypotheses using regression analysis technique, simple correlation and multiple correlation. The results show that 1) there is a positive highly significant correlation berween transformational leadership with organizational commitment with coefficient of correlation (ry.1) is 0,989, coefficient of determination (ry.1)² is 0,978, and supported by regression equation of Ŷ = 14,150 + 0,853 X1, 2) there is a is a positive highly significant correlation between organizational culture with organizational commitment, with coefficient of correlation (ry.2) is 0,993, coefficient of determination (ry.2)² is 0,986, and supported by regression equation Ŷ = 5,992 + 0,932 X2, and 3) there is a positive highly significant correlation between transformational leadership and organizational culture and organizational commitment with coefficient of correlation (ry.1.2) is 0,994 and coefficient of determination (ry.1.2)²  is 0,988 and supported by regression equation Ŷ = 7,698 + 0,260X1 + 0,651X2. Therefore, it can be concluded that organizational commitment can be enhanced through transformational leadership and organizational culture.

Abstract

The one of Factors affecting the performance of the employees is training. Training is a very important operational activities within the company. The quality of employees can be developed in the training itself. To produce employees who have the skills and knowledge appropriate mental attitude with which the company takes delivery of training is a must. Through the training will improve employee performance that can support a company's success. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative, the analysis used is the correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing of correlation and regression hypothesis testing. Results of the study revealed that the fact of implementation of employee training and employee performance in CV Cibalung Happy Land Bogor pretty good. The hypothesis test results is a real relationship between employee training and employee performance. Results of regression hypothesis test can be concluded that the training effect on performance. Positive t value means a positive effect, namely if the training climb performance will increase.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang dilakukan melalui pelatihan merupakan suatu usaha untukmeningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Selain itu, adanya pelatihan dalam suatu perusahaan atauorganisasi memungkinkan terjadinya peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untukmengetahui kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja karyawanpada PT. Buana Masa Metalindo Wanaherang Gunung putri Bogor serta mengetahui pengaruh pelatihanterhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Buana Masa Metalindo. Penelitian ini dilakukan denganmenggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistic berupaanalisis regresi, korelasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Y = 31,258+0,252X. Dari persamaan tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa jika tidak ada pelatihan maka kinerja nilainya31,258, sedangkan pada setiap peningkatan pelatihan kerja sebesar satu, maka kinerja juga akanmeningkat sebesar 0,252. Untuk analisis korelasi diperoleh r = 0,286, karena hasil analisis tidakmendekati angka 1 maka dapat diartikan bahwa pelatihan memiliki hubungan yang rendah dengankinerja. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil t hitung sebesar 2,173 dimana angka tersebut lebih besar dari ttabel dengan signifikansi 5% dan df-2 yaitu 2,006. Karena t hitung (2,173) (2,006) t tabel, maka dapatdisimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh nyata dan positif antara pelatihan dan kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan melalui analisis i hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan efektivitas komunikasi antar pribadi baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Lingkungan Kecamatan Bogor Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang terdiri atas dua variabel bebas yaitu motivasi kerja dan efektivitas komunikasi antar pribadi dan satu variabel terikat yaitu kinerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey yang dilaksanakan di 13 Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Lingkungan Kecamatan Bogor Tengah dengan responden terdiri dari 98 orang guru yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel acak proporsional (proportional random sampling). Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana serta korelasi dan regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat dinyatakan bahwa peningkatan kinerja dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan motivasi kerja melalui peningkatan pada aspek: berorientasi pada tujuan; kegigihan menyelesaikan pekerjaan; usaha mencari umpan balik;  harapan meraih keberhasilan; keterlibatan dengan tugas yang dikerjakan; kemauan mengembangkan diri  serta pengembangan efektivitas komunikasi antar pribadi melalui peningkatan pada aspek: saling percaya; saling terbuka; tatap muka; saling menghargai; kejelasan pesan; umpan balik.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKompensasi merupakan penghargaan/ganjaran yang diberikan untuk memotivasi para pekerja agar kinerjanya tinggi, sifatnya tidak tetap atau sewaktu-waktu berubah. Tujuan dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah untuk mengetahui tanggapan dari kaaryawan menegnai Kompensasi dan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. TIRTA INVESTAMA (DANONE AQUA).Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Explanatory Survey, dengan cara penelitiannya yaitu pengumpulan data yang menggunakan kuesioner/angket. Dan metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Koefisien Korelasi Rank Spearman, Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji Hipotesis Koefisien Korelasi.Hasil Analisis Koefisien Korelasi Rank Spearman diperoleh = 0,637 artinya terdapat hubungan kuat antara Kompensasi dengan Kinerja karyawan. Dan hasil Analisis Koefisien Determinasi yang diperoleh KD = 41% artinya bahwa Kompensasi dapat mempengaruhi turun-naiknya Kinerja karyawan sebesar 41%,.Berdasarkan uji hipotesis koefisien korelasi diperoleh (5,665) (2,01174), artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat hubungan yang nyata dan positif antara Kompensasi dan Kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Koefisien Korelasi Rank Spearman, Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji Hipotesis Koefisien Korelasi.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the factors related to commitment to the organization to increase Commitment to the Organization in the research on organizational culture factors and the effectiveness of interpersonal communication. The research was conducted on permanent employees of the Directorate of Human Resources and General Affairs, LPP RRI Headquarters, Jakarta, Indonesia. The research sample consisted of 66 permanent employees who were taken randomly from the population. This research mainly uses quantitative data (from questionnaires). Regression analysis is used to measure the influence between variables. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Likewise, interpersonal communication has a positive influence on commitment to the profession. Based on the results of this study, there are several recommendations to the Directorate of Human Resources and General Affairs of the LPP RRI Head Office, Jakarta to increase the commitment of employees of the organization.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan otokratis dengan komitmen organisasional. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 43 orang, yang merupakan populasi karyawan dari perusahaan yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat (r= 0,890) antara gaya kepemimpinan otokratis dengan komitmen organisasional karyawan. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (12,657 2,019) menunjukkan hubungan positif antara gaya kepemimpinan otokratis dengan komitmen organisasional karyawan. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,792 menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan otokratis memiliki peranan sebesar 0,792 terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Otokratis, Komitmen Organisasional Karyawan
