Abstract

Abstract: Mastery of technology in education in this digital era has become a necessity, especially in improving learning outcomes and the quality of learning as a provision for students' future. The aim of implementing this PKM is to increase teacher competence regarding the creation of Artificial Intelligence-based teaching modules and learning media through providing education, training and workshops so that they can develop themselves in utilizing AI. The method applied in this mentoring activity is the Technical Guidance (Bimtek) method which is offered for the implementation of activities with a training model consisting of: 1) Preparation stage; 2) Implementation stage; 3) Assessment stage; and 4) Evaluation stage. This service was carried out at Sei Rotan Village Elementary School from March to June 2025. The results of this community partnership service activity showed that teachers were able to develop Artificial Intelligence-based teaching modules and learning media using Chat GPT, Heyzine, Canva, and Gamma. Keyword: Teaching Module; Media; Artificial Intelligence Abstrak: Penguasaan teknologi dalam pendidikan di era yang serba digital ini menjadi sebuah keharusan terutama dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kualitas pembelajaran sebagai bekal untuk masa depan siswa. Tujuan pelaksanaan PKM ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru terkait pembuatan modul ajar dan media pembelajaran berbasis Artificial Intelligence melalui pemberian pendidikan, pelatihan, dan workshop agar dapat mengembangkan diri dalam memanfaatkan AI. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu metode Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) yang ditawarkan terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan model pelatihan yang terdiri dari: 1) Tahap persiapan; 2) Tahap pelaksanaan; 3) Tahap penilaian; dan 4) Tahap evaluasi. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Desa Sei Rotan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2025. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kemitraan masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa guru mampu mengembangkan modul ajar dan media pembelajaran berbasis Artificial Intelligence dengan menggunakan Chat GPT, Heyzine, Canva, dan Gamma. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of digital practicum modules on the creative thinking abilities of primary teacher education students in science learning in Elementary Schools. This study used a quantitative research type with an experimental method in the form of a quasi-experimental design. The quasi-experimental design applied was a nonequivalent control group design. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. The sample in this study were primary teacher education students who took science learning courses in Elementary Schools, where sampling was carried out by purposive sampling so that classes H and I PGSD 2023 were obtained as experimental and control classes. The instruments used in this study were interview sheets, implementation observation sheets, essay tests and documentation sheets. The data analysis technique used was a statistical test in the form of an Independent Sample T-Test using SPSS 30. The results of this study indicate that the creative thinking abilities using digital practicum modules are higher than the creative thinking abilities of students without using digital practicum modules. The Independent Sample T-Test test showed Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05, i.e., 0.001 <0.05, meaning Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence on students' creative thinking skills by using digital practicum modules in science learning in elementary schools.  Keyword: Digital Practicum Module, Science Learning, Creative Thinking Skills  Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan modul praktikum digital terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa PGSD dalam pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen bentuk quasi experimental design. Desain quasi eksperimen yang diterapkan yaitu nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan berupa wawancara, observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PGSD yang mengambil mata kuliah pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar, dimana pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh kelas H dan I PGSD 2023 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar wawancara, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan, tes essay dan lembar dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa uji statistik berupa uji Independent Sample T-Test dengan menggunakan SPSS 30. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif menggunakan modul praktikum digital lebih tinggi dibandingkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa tanpa menggunakan modul praktikum digital. Pada uji Independent Sample T-Test menunjukkan Sig. (2-tailed) <0,05 yaitu 0,001 < 0,05 artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada keterampilan berfikir kreatif mahasiswa dengan menggunakan modul praktikum digital pada pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar.  Kata Kunci: Modul Praktikum Digital, Pembelajaran IPA, Keterampilan Berpikir Kreatif

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Make a Match cooperative learning model assisted by flashcard media on the IPAS learning outcomes of Grade V students at SDN 060879 Medan Timur on the topic What Is the Shape of Indonesia? in the 2025/2026 academic year. The study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The research population consisted of all Grade V students divided into two classes, namely class V-A as the experimental group and class V-B as the control group, each consisting of 30 students. The research instrument was a learning outcomes test in the form of pre-test and post-test consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions. The results of data analysis showed that the average post-test score of the experimental class was 73.67, which was higher than that of the control class at 61.33. The t-test results indicated a of 4.121 and a value of 2.001 at a significance level of 0.05, leading to the rejection of and acceptance of Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the Make a Match cooperative learning model assisted by flashcard media has a significant effect on the IPAS learning outcomes of Grade V students.
