Abstract

This research is a development research (R&D) using the ADDIE development model which consists of: 1.) Analysis; 2.) Design; 3.) Development; 4.) Implementation; and 5.) Evaluation. Data collection was carried out by interviews, questionnaires and tests. The results of the interviews were analyzed descriptively qualitatively, while questionnaires and tests were analyzed quantitatively. Validation was carried out by questionnaire instrument experts, material experts, media experts and practitioner experts by class IV educators. The results of the analysis show that cartoon film learning media is included in the "very feasible" category to be used as a learning medium in class IV SDN 9 Sampurtoba. Based on Validation: 1.) Questionnaire Instrument Expert with an average percentage of 90%; 2.) Learning material experts get an average percentage of 95%; 3.) Learning media experts with an average percentage of 95%; 4.) Expert Practitioner with an average percentage of 93%. And continued with the distribution of Pre-Test and Post-Test questions to class IV with a lot of 15 students, obtained an average Pre-Test score of 42 increased with an average post-test result of 80. From the data acquisition it can be concluded that the developed cartoon film learning media is effective in improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between students' perceptions of Mathematics lessons and the learning outcomes of Mathematics in fifth grade at SD Negeri Pilot Kabanjahe in the Academic Year 2022/2023. The type of research used is quantitative. The subjects used as the sample in this study were 26 students. While the data collection technique uses a questionnaire on students' perceptions of Mathematics lessons, and documentation of students' Mathematics learning outcomes. The data analysis used is product moment correlation analysis, to find out whether there is a correlation in student perceptions of fifth grade Mathematics at SD Negeri Pilot Kabanjahe in the 2022/2023 academic year.The results of this study are: 1) seen from the calculation of descriptive statistical analysis that students' perceptions of fifth grade mathematics at SD Negeri Pilot Kabanjahe for the 2022/2023 academic year are obtained in the moderate category (69.3%). 2) student learning outcomes in the moderate category (96.2%). 3) there is a positive and significant correlation between students' perceptions of Mathematics and the Mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pilot Kabanjahe for the 2022/2023 Academic Year with a significant value of 5% of 0.404 and a positive Pearson correlation value of 0.578 with the degree of closeness of the relationship between the two low.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of InShot application-based animated video learning media on theme 5 class II SDN 040556 Juhar. This type of research is a type of development research (Research and Development) using the 4D (Four D) development model. The instruments used are media expert validation sheets, material experts, educational practitioner assessments, student responses and tests (pre-test and post-test). The results of research related to feasibility show that the results of media expert validation fall into the "Very Feasible" category with a percentage of 93.33%. The results of material expert validation fall into the "Very Feasible" category with a percentage of 92%. The results of the assessment of educational practitioners and student responses related to practicality fall into the "Very Practical" category with a percentage of educational practitioner assessment of 96% and student responses of 93.66%. The results of research related to effectiveness showed that the post-test results reached 80 which was included in the "Very Effective" achievement level.

Abstract

Adanya penguasaan teknologi, maka dapat dimanfaatkan dalam memudahkan proses guru mentransfer pembelajaran pada siswa dengan menggunakana teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran. Selain itu tujuan menggunakan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media video animasi berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada tema indahnya keragaman di negeriku kelas IV SD Negeri 116895 sukajadi 1 T.A. Kondisi yang ditemukan di lapangan saat penelitian yaitu banyaknya peserta didik yang merasa pembelajaran di kelas cukup membosankan, sehingga mereka kerap kali menyepelekan guru yang sedang mengajar di dalam ruangan. Peneliti menggunakan media pembelajaran video animasi untuk membuktikan apakah metode tersebut memiliki pengaruh terhadap inspirasi belajar peserta didik. Hasilnya ketika dilakukan percobaan oleh peneliti ternyata penerapan penggunaan media ajar video animasi berbasis pendekatan saintifik dinilai bagus dan memberikan pembaharuan dalam proses belajar mengajar, agar peserta didik semangat dan tercapai hasil belajar peserta didik yang baik. Sebaiknya sekolah-sekolah hendaknya mempersiapkan inovasi-inovasi terbaru agar mampu memanfaatkan dan megembangkan kecanggihan teknologi dari media-media yang lain.

Abstract

The study was conducted with the aim of determining whether there is an influence of the Numbered Head Together learning model on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN Swasta Al-Washliyah 80 Kisaran. Descriptive quantitative research in this study used an experimental research design with a Quasi Experiment Design model in the form of Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study was all fifth grade students of SDN Swasta Al-Washliyah 80 Kisaran. The results of data analysis showed that the average learning outcomes using the Numbered Head Together learning model in the experimental class were 85.7, while the average learning outcomes that did not use the Numbered Head Together learning model in the control class were 69.1. In the normality test, it is known that the pre-test and post-test results of the experimental class and control classes are normally distributed with the value obtained in the experimental class pre-test Test results = 0.051> α = 0.05 and in the post-test results Test results = 0.061> α = 0.05, while in the control class pre-test Test results = 0.057> α = 0.05 and in the post-test results Test results = 0.118> α = 0.05. The results of the homogeneity test of the research data, it is known that the research data comes from homogeneous samples with the acquisition of a homogeneity test value of 0.219> 0.05. The data were analyzed by hypothesis testing using the independent sample t-test with a significance level of α = 0.05 and degree of freedom (df) = 48. From the results of the hypothesis test, it was obtained tcount> ttable (4.056> 2.565) or Ha was rejected and H1. So it can be stated that there is a positive and significant influence between the implementation of the Numbered Head Together learning model on the learning outcomes of class V students of SD Swasta l-Washliyah 80 Kisaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran bermuatan culturally responsive teaching berbasis storybird pada materi cerita rakyat untuk peserta didik kelas VI di SD Negeri 105289 Kolam pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2023/2025. Penelitian ini melibatkan 19 peserta didik kelas VI sebagai subjek penelitian, 2 validasi ahli dengan tujuan menguji validitas media pembelajaran bermuatan culturally responsive teaching berbantuan storybird dan 1 guru untuk menguji praktikalitas media pembelajaran bermuatan culturally responsive teaching berbantuan storybird dalam mata pelajaran bahasa indonesia dalam kurikulum merdeka. Validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli desain media menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran bermuatan culturally responsive teaching berbantuan storybird mendapatkan skor tinggi, ahli materi memberikan skor 88 dari skor maksimal 100 dengan persentase (88%) dan ahli desain media memberikan skor 122 dari skor maksimal 150 dengan persentase (81,3%). Guru memberikan skor tinggi untuk uji praktikalitas dengan skor 74 dari skor maksimal 75 dengan persentase (98,6%), dengan semua aspek seperti tampilan, penyajian, materi, dan bahasa mendapatkan kategori “sangat layak” dan “sangat valid”. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar peserta didik yang dilihat dari perbandingan skor pre-test dan post test peserta didik, skor hasil pre-test adalah 56,6 sementara skor hasil post-test adalah 85,05 dengan peningkatan sebesar 28,45. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran bermuatan culturally responsive teaching berbantuan storybird “sangat layak” digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dan dapat meningkatkan ketampilan menulis cerita rakyat peserta didik

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of cooperative learning model Team Games Tournament (TGT) with Educaplay media on science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN 060970 Bagan Deli. The study employed a quantitative method with a Quasi-Experimental design using pretest and posttest with non-equivalent control-group design. The research subjects were 56 fifth-grade students at SDN 060970 Bagan Deli, selected through purposive sampling technique. Based on the research results, the data analysis showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. The hypothesis was accepted based on the t-test where t-hitung = 4.524 > t-tabel = 1.673, resulting in the rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. The mean score in the control class was 70.53, while the experimental class achieved a mean score of 80.36. The effect size calculation using Cohen's d formula yielded a value of 1.206, which is interpreted as a large effect size. Therefore, it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model TGT with Educaplay media has a significant effect on improving the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN 060970 Bagan Deli.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research using quasi-experimental design. Before receiving treatment, the experimental group and the control group were given a pre-test to evaluate students' science literacy. The location of the research was carried out on Jalan Lintas Riau, class IV SDN 0401, Pasar Ujung Batu Village, Sosa District, Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research time was carried out in the odd semester in July-October 2024/2025. The sample of this study used 25 students, namely the experimental and control classes. The data collection technique for this study used tests and interviews. Based on the results of the study, the increase in students' science literacy skills was also strengthened by empirical findings in this study, where the average post-test score in the experimental class reached 80.16, much higher than the control class which only reached 73.20. In addition, the results of the t-test showed a very small significance value (p = 0.000056), indicating that the difference in learning outcomes between the two classes was not a coincidence, but a real result of the application of the CTL model. The fact that the experimental class showed lower variance in the posttest also indicates that the CTL model is able to balance achievement between students and reduce academic gaps.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Lectora Inspire-based learning media on student learning outcomes in Mathematics for 2nd grade students at SD Negeri 101788 Marindal I during the 2024/2025 academic year. This research adopts an experimental study with the True Experimental Design using a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population consists of all 2nd grade students at SD Negeri 101788 Marindal I, while the sample consisted of Class II A as the experimental group and Class II B as the control group. The research instruments were tested through validity testing, reliability testing, item discrimination analysis, and item difficulty analysis. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the hypothesis test on the pretest and posttest of the experimental class showed that tcount > ttable is 41,223 > 1,713. While the results of the hypothesis test on the pretest and posttest in the control class showed that tcount > ttable is 12,901 > 1,724. These results indicate that Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant effect of Lectora Inspire-based learning media on student learning outcomes Mathematics for 2nd grade at SD Negeri 101788 Marindal I during the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Word Search Puzzle media on English vocabulary mastery in grade IV students at MIS Nurul Hidayah Medan for the 2024/2025 academic year. Vocabulary mastery is an important aspect of learning English, as it is the basis for language skills such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening. In an effort to improve students' vocabulary skills, innovative, interesting, and interactive learning media is needed. One of the media used in this study is Word Search Puzzle, which is a game to find words in a letter box that can stimulate students' interest in learning and make it easier for them to recognize and remember new vocabulary. This study uses an experimental method with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample in this study is all fourth grade students of MIS Nurul Hidayah Medan, which totals 19 people. The research instrument was in the form of a multiple-choice test of 20 questions that measured students' English vocabulary mastery before and after treatment. The data was analyzed using the Paired Sample T-Test statistical test with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the average score of students, from 55.26 in the pretest to 82.36 in the posttest. The hypothesis test showed a significance value of 0.000 (sig < 0.05), which means that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Word Search Puzzle media has a significant influence on improving the English vocabulary mastery of grade IV students. These findings indicate that game-based learning media can be an effective strategy in English learning at the elementary school level.
