<![CDATA[The Online Learning System during the Covid-19 Pandemic is considered to be less effective students, because this system is not directly face to face with teachers, it makes students and students of SMKS Parulian I Medan less understanding of the learning materials provided by teachers, especially if their internet card network is disrupted, or who have not bought internet packages because they have not been given money by their parents. Their incomprehension of the material provided makes them lazy to do the tasks and exercises given by the teacher. When the deadline is collection tasks or exercises, they will start busy working on the threes and eventually they stress themselves. Severe stress can result in physical attacks on the body such as lazy or forgetting to eat, the brain is used to think about finding answers to tasks given by teachers. Then this will be bad for their physical health and fitness. It is even feared that these teenagers will be grazed into negative things. Then the author is interested in making research. The aim is to see if socialization and training affect students' understanding of stress management.]]>

<![CDATA[The allocation of workers is very much needed by the company. But in reality the company is difficult to place employees in every allocation. But with the development of existing technology, it can be minimized by calculating the cost of each worker and each allocation by utilizing existing data and extraction to generate new knowledge. Implementation of operational research techniques using hungarian methods and tested using a system or application as a decision tree to assign some decent workers to be placed on existing jobs within the company. The extension process can show the group of employee data that fall into the category of workers and the allocation so as to optimize the costs that are out by the company. So PT.Ira Widya Utama Medan can be a reference to take decisions in assigning and allocating employees next.]]>

<![CDATA[Penggunaan media sebagai pendamping dalam proses pembelajaran semakin hari semakin dibutuhkan. Media pembelajaran adalah sebuah alat yang berfungsi untuk menyampaikan pesan pembelajaran. Pembelajaran adalah sebuah proses komunikasi antara pembelajar, pengajar, dan bahan ajar, komunikasi tidak akan berjalan tanpa bantuan sarana penyampai pesan atau media. Sistem koloid merupakan campuran Heterogen antara dua zat atau lebih dimana partikel-partikel tersebut sukar terdispersi, Sistem koloid banyak digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari,hal ini disebabkan sifat karakteristik koloid yang penting, yaitu dapat digunakan untuk mencampur zat-zat yang tidak dapat saling melarutkan secara homogen. Materi- materi yang disajikan dapat memberikan gambaran tentang pembelajaran sistem koloid. <![CDATA[This study uses quantitative descriptive with the number of respondents as many as 35 people, data processing using SPSS 20. The research location is in SMP Negeri 28 Medan. The results obtained indicate that the easier it is to use technology, the higher the satisfaction obtained by PPDB registrants. In terms of the benefits of using PPDB system technology, this does not affect the satisfaction obtained by the registrants. Simultaneously, the ease of using technology and the benefits obtained do not affect the satisfaction of PPDB registrants.]]>

<![CDATA[UMKM Berkah Berjaya is a Home Industry for making raw meatballs. With a tool that is still simple, but can continue to operate even though the Covid-19 Pandemic hits. The price is quite affordable and the taste that is not inferior to branded packaging products is supported by cleanliness during the manufacturing process making this business even more successful. This research wanted to see how much influence price and product quality have on customer satisfaction. The results of the research that the author conducted using SPSS 20 obtained results from 40 respondents in the form of fixed customers, that price affects customer satisfaction. Product quality also affects customer satisfaction. Simultaneously also the price and quality of the product affect customer satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[PT. Karya Solusi Prima Sejahtera is a company engaged in providing professional services in the field of information technology and telecommunications. PT. Karya Solusi Prima Sejahtera also provides services for the construction of telecommunications network and information technology facilities and infrastructure. As an effort to improve the performance of fiber optic technicians at PT. Karya Solusi Prima Sejahtera carried out a performance evaluation stage and then gave rewards to fiber optic technicians who were chosen as the best. The problems that occur in determining the results of the selection of the best fiber optic technician at PT. Karya Solusi Prima Sejahtera, namely the party in charge is still making decisions based on the assessment of one party based on the subjective value of the leadership. The negative impact of this procedure is the result of decision making based on the subjective assessment of the leadership at PT. Karya Solusi Prima Sejahtera, namely the occurrence of injustice because the results of the election were not in accordance with the performance of each alternative that became a candidate for the recipient of the rewards. In an effort to overcome the above problems, in this study the authors built a decision support system for selecting the best fiber optic technician at PT. Karya Solusi Prima Sejahtera using a desktop-based programming language. The decision support system for selecting the best fiber optic technician built for PT. The work of Solusi Prima Sejahtera was carried out by applying the gray absolute decision analysis method in order to produce accurate and reliable decision outputs.]]>

<![CDATA[Referring to the results of interviews with the community service partner team, there is low interest and attraction among female students for entrepreneurship and they also have to explore the soft skills they have so that when they graduate they can easily enter society for entrepreneurship. So we created a community service activity with the theme Entrepreneurship Education in developing the soft skills of students at SMU Negeri 14 Medan. This activity was carried out using two methods, namely lectures and training. The activity that we carried out received a good response from the participants, namely class XII students. They understand the material we present. The activities we carried out began by holding a test answering several multiple choice questions and at the end of the event we also carried out a test to measure the extent to which they understood the material we provided. The results we obtained were that almost 80 percent of the students understood the material regarding the basics of entrepreneurship. The games we created in groups further explored the potential of their soft skills.]]>
