Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Profit Changes at PT. Nusantara III Plantation (Persero) Medan in 2012-2017. The results showed that the value of Fcount> Ftable was 16,542> 2.74 with a significant value of α (0,000 <0,05) and the value of tcount and ttable of each variable namely tcount> Total Assets Turnover (TATO) -2,364> 1 , 99547, α (0.021 <0.05). Net Profit Margin (NPM) 6,425> 1,99547, α (0,000 <0,05). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) -1.109 <1.99547, α (0.271> 0.05). The conclusions in this study that simultaneously Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) affect the Profit Changes at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan, and partially Total Assets Turnover (TATO) has a significant negative effect, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has an influence on Profit Changes Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) does not have at PT. Nusantara III Plantation (Persero) Medan in 2012-2017.

Abstract

Property, real estate and building construction in the past three years have faced a sluggish market. His research aims to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, company size, debt policy and profitability on firm value in property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The approach is quantitative with its kind of descriptive quantitative and causal nature. The population is 83 property, real estate and building construction with a sample of 23 companies. The result is that the capital structure does not have a partial effect on company value in property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 Period. Liquidity does not have a partial effect on company value in property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The size of the company does not have a partial effect on the value of the company in the property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The debt policy does not have a partial effect on company value in property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. Profitability has a partial effect on company value in property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pengalaman kerja, Reward dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Medan”. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas pendidikan kota Medan. Untukomengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas pendidikan kota Medan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas pendidikan kota Medan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Reward terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas pendidikan kota Medan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan kerjaterhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas pendidikan kota Medan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, Kepemimpinan, pengalaman kerja Reward, Kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas pendidikan kota Medan. Untuk mendapatkan data yang akurat instrument yang dilakukan yaitu menyebarkan kuisioner dikantor dinas pendidikankota Medan. Penelitian ini juga memakai jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian omenunjukan bahwa kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, pengalaman kerja serta bagaimana kepuasan kerja bagi setiap pegawai. Kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, pengalaman kerja, reward, Kepuasano kerja dan kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan,Motivasi Kerja,Budaya Organisasi,Pelatihan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT.Alfa Scorpi.Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan pada PT Alfa Scorpi adalah 54 orang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini variabel gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, pelatihan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Pelatihan, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja.

Abstract

Manufacturing companies are one of the developing companies in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of sales, operational costs, total debt and inventory turnover on profits in manufacturing companies in 2014-2017. The sample used in this study was 27 samples in a period of 4 years so that 108 sample units of manufacturing companies were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The data obtained is secondary data using the documentation method. Based on the results of testing F sales test hypotheses, operational costs, total debt and inventory turnover simultaneously affect earnings because the value of Fcount Ftable is 67.701 3.28. From the results of the t test, sales and operating costs have a positive effect on earnings because the value of tcount 6.051 t table 1.983 so that tcount t table for sales and tcount 2.255 t table 1.983 for operational costs. Whereas, total debt and inventory turnover negatively affect earnings because the value of tcount -1.836 ttable 1.983 for total debt and tcount 1.916 ttable 1.983 for inventory turnover.

Abstract

This research is a study to determine the analysis of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, profitability, company growth, asset structure on debt policy. The population used is all real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was selected by purposive sampling technique. This study uses secondary data and is tested using the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination is tested simultaneously (F-Test) and partially (T-Test). The results of the regression analysis show that the effect of the independent variables (institutional ownership, managerial ownership, profitability, company growth, asset structure) in explaining the dependent variable (debt policy) is 52.6%. The results show that profitability and asset structure partially affect debt policy, while institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and asset structure partially do not affect debt policy. The results show that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, profitability, company growth, asset structure simultaneously affect debt policy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh solvabilitas, free cash flow, struktur aset, dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian kausal dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Jumlah perusahaan yang diteliti adalah 15 perusahaan dengan total sampel sebanyak 45 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, solvabilitas dan kepemilikan manajerial mempengaruhi kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2020. Free cash flow dan struktur aset secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2018-2020. Solvabilitas, free cash flow, struktur aset, dan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh secara stimultan terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan manufaktur di BEI tahun 2018-2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the effect of compensation, education level, job placement, occupational health, and work safety on employee performance on employee performance at PT. Hutama Infrastructure Works. This research method is descriptive quantitative. In this study the population used at PT. Hutama Karya Infrastructure as many as 130 employees and on purpose sampling using certain criteria so that 100 samples were obtained. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the compensation variable had a tcount of 2.050, while the ttable variable had a value of 1.66, with a significant 0.043; b) the tcount value of the education level variable has a value of 2,421 and a ttable of 1.66, with a significance level of 0.017<0.05; c) the tcount value of the work placement variable has a value of 2.062, ttable 1.66, and a significance level of 0.042<0.05; d) the t-count value of the work safety variable has an average of 2,565, with a t-table of 1.66, and a value level of 0.012 <0.05.; e) the tcount value of the occupational health variable has a value of 2.756, a ttable of 1.66, and a significant value of 0.007<0.05. In conclusion, compensation variables, education level, job placement, occupational health, and work safety have a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of employees of PT. Hutama Infrastructure Works. Abstract

Menurunnya geliat kuliner di masa pandemik Covid-19 mengakibatkan penurunan omset penjualan usaha kuliner, termasuk di Kota Medan yang dikenal dengan surganya kuliner. Ditambah dengan adanya penerapan PPKM level 4 ini menyebabkan daya tahan UMKM semakin rentan. Padahal, kontribusi UMKM terhadap perekonomian Indonesia meliputi kemampuan menyerap 97% dari total tenaga kerja yang ada, serta dapat menghimpun sampai 60,4% dari total investasi. Beberapa masalah klasik turut memperparah kondisi UMKM saat ini termasuk masalah pemasaran dan pendampingan. Kegiatan ini merupakan pendampingan kepada UMKM dan bantuan pemasaran dalam meminimalisir dampak yang terjadi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berfokus kepada mitra Sop Sumsum Langsa dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu, observasi mitra, analisis usaha mitra, perumusan Bisnis Model Canvas, pelaksanaan pemasaran digital, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan mitra dalam menyusun bisnis model Canvas dan meningkatnya omset penjualan mitra.

Abstract

At present the use of computers is not only intended for office administration, but can help teachers in the learning process at school. The lesson plan is a learning stage that must be prepared before starting a new semester. In the learning plan there are school teaching materials and modules. To make lesson plans, you can use Microsoft Office, where there are 3 applications, namely Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, and Microsoft Excel. This community service activity was carried out at the 060856 Medan State Elementary School involving 19 teachers and 1 school principal. The results of this activity are expected to increase the use of computer media in the learning process in the classroom and make it easier for teachers to share lesson plans with students in supporting the digitalization era.
