Abstract

The rapid progress of science and technology which has a serious impact on the community change is called as millennial era. The impact requires us to determine the right attitude and in accordance with the values of Islam by creating three balances; spirit, soul (ratio) and body. Surely it gives good impact for the children brains development. But in other sides the children tend to be lazy to study in the school and lazy to read a book which is the window of the world. While our school still use board marker, white board, table, and chair in which these are not so interesting for them in comparing with the many tools existing in the mobile full of colors. While studying in the school provides only two colors (black and white) whereas there are thousand colors in mobiles. Moreover, many apps on mobile are far from the educational character that is the main soul as Muslim. A comprehensive and integrated learning method will be a solid foundation in straightening character in the millennial era, the need for teacher is to connect wisdom and blessings from God to students. The goal is that students have a good behavior in social life and fear of Allah S.W.T. Education is a help to awaken, arouse, grow, enable and empower students natural potential in having good character. Islamic education will give many stepping actions how to produce a good generation having good character gradually, from the education in pre-conception, post-conception, prenatal, and the post-natal education. There are five recommendations that Islam offer how to straighten the character i.e. knowing the good, feeling and loving the good, acting the good, modelling and exemplary, the last is repentance or regret.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of character education in online learning and its impact on students’ moral development through a systematic literature review. It analyzes theoretical frameworks, challenges, and strategies from peer-reviewed articles, books, and credible sources to address ethical issues in digital learning environments. The research identifies key challenges, including reduced teacher-student interactions, limited opportunities for moral reflection, and insufficient real-world practice of ethical behaviors. These challenges undermine critical dimensions of character education—moral knowledge, emotional engagement, and moral action—resulting in fragmented moral development. The findings highlight that online education often lacks the depth of interaction necessary for students to observe, reflect on, and practice moral values. However, it also reveals opportunities to leverage technology for character education. Interactive tools, such as moral simulations, value-based applications, and collaborative online projects, can enhance students’ understanding and application of ethical principles. Teachers remain central to this process, serving as moral role models and facilitators of reflective discussions. The study emphasizes the need for teacher training to adapt pedagogical strategies for digital platforms and maintain emotional engagement with students. Furthermore, the research underscores the importance of collaboration between schools, families, and communities to strengthen character education in online contexts. Practical recommendations include developing teacher competencies in technology-based character education, fostering family involvement, and designing educational technologies that promote ethical behavior. This study contributes to the literature by offering a comprehensive framework for integrating moral and character education into online learning, ensuring it remains a priority in the digital age.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Total quality management is a management system that prioritizes quality as a strategy to attract customers, where customers here refer to the community and students. Mukolwe et al. emphasized that the implementation of total quality management in schools aims to produce better organizational performance. The reason for the need for TQM is very simple: the best way to remain competitive in global competition is to deliver the best quality through excellent service in a company. The performance of employees needs to be evaluated with the aim of providing a good opportunity for staff to plan their career paths based on their strengths and weaknesses, allowing the company to determine salaries, give promotions, and assess employee behavior. Performance is often interpreted as work output or achievement, although in reality, performance has a broader meaning because it not only refers to the outcome of work but also includes the process involved. Employee performance is defined as the ability of staff to carry out a specific skill. Employee performance is essential because it reveals how far the staff's ability goes in carrying out the tasks assigned to them. In this research, the researcher uses a quantitative research approach, meaning that the data analysis uses statistical analysis Keywords: Total Quality management, employee, performance. Kata Kunci: total Quality manajemen, kinerja, officials

There are some impacts felt by students when teachers are not present in the class, students are harmed and disappointed, this can decrease their interest and motivation to learn. In addition, this affects the discipline of students. The research method used is a theoretical study taken from the opinion of education experts. From this opinion is then analyzed in depth.
