Abstract

Web-based curtain sales information system by implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is needed to maintain the stability of existing customers and expand new customers so that sales can continue to increase This study aims to analyze how the application of customer Relationship Management methods at Nuel Jaya Curtains effectively and efficiently in managing relationships with customers, so as to increase sales and customer loyalty. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and literature studies, this study evaluates how CRM can make it easier for customers to see products, purchase products, manage customer data, carry out promotional activities, increase more sales, increase profitability at Nuel Jaya Curtains, provide satisfaction to customers about the products offered and features that make it easier for customers. The results showed that the implementation of a web-based CRM system increases the efficiency of managing customer data, improves communication, and supports a more effective sales strategy. These findings emphasize the need for continuous development of CRM systems to maintain competitiveness in the market. Continuous development of CRM systems is essential to maintain competitiveness in a competitive market. In business practice, this means that companies must continuously innovate and adapt their CRM systems to changing customer needs and preferences.

Abstract

Abstract:Oil palm is a palm oil producing plant. Many factors affect the quality of palm oil, including water content and impurities. One of the most important factors is fruit maturity. Maturity of oil palm fruit is basically a very important factor for the quality of crude oil. Therefore we built a decision support system using the MOORA method to identify the best/good quality of oil palm fruit. With a quantitative research methodology, which uses a lot of numbers starting from the data collection process to its interpretation. Based on the results of the research we have done, that the sale of quality palm fruit will be carried out by a fruit quality selection system using the MOORA method. And when building a decision support system for choosing oil palm fruit according to the MOORA method, the results of testing 10 alternatives achieved the highest score of 35.5 Keywords: SPK; MOORA; oil palm fruit                               Abstrak:Kelapa sawit merupakan tanaman penghasil minyak sawit. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas minyak sawit, antara lain kadar air dan pengotor. Salah satu faktor yang paling penting adalah kematangan buah. Kematangan buah kelapa sawit pada dasarnya merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi kualitas minyak mentah. Oleh karena itu kami membangun suatu sistem pendukung keputusan dengan memakai metode MOORA untuk mengenali mutu buah kelapa sawit terbaik/ bagus. Dengan metodologi riset kuantitatif, yang di dalamnya menggunakan banyak angka mulai dari proses pengumpulan data hingga penafsirannya. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian yang telah kami lakukan, bahwa penjualan buah kelapa sawit  yang berkualitas akan dilakukan oleh suatu sistem pemilihan kualitas buah dengan menggunakan metode MOORA. Dan pada saat membangun sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan buah kelapa sawit menurut metode MOORA, hasil pengujian 10 alternatif mencapai skor tertinggi yaitu 35,5. Kata kunci : SPK; MOORA; buah kelapa sawit

Abstract

Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 digitalisasi dan pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan Artificial Intelligence ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi yang masif di berbagai sektor kehidupan manusia, tidak terkecuali pada sektor pendidikan. Tujuan utama kegiatan PkM ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi Artificial Intelligence dalam proses pengajaran. Metode pelatihan melibatkan guru dan staf sekolah dalam pemahaman konsep dasar Artificial Intelligence serta penerapannya dalam pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar. Selain itu, dilakukan pelatihan praktis menggunakan alat bantu Artificial Intelligence  yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran di sekolah tersebut. Evaluasi dampak pelatihan dilakukan melalui pengamatan langsung, dan penilaian partisipan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan dan pemahaman tentang Artificial Intelligence, serta efektivitas penerapan teknologi tersebut dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SD Negeri 04 Sei Muka. Kegiatan PkM ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis Artificial Intelligence di tingkat sekolah dasar dan memberikan panduan bagi institusi sejenis untuk mengadopsi teknologi inovatif dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract: Sei Dadap Community Health Center has a central role in providing health services in its area. Focusing on employee performance as the main determinant of service effectiveness and quality is important. This research aims to develop a decision support system to support Community Health Center leaders in selecting employees who excel. Research methods include identifying assessment criteria with the leadership of the Community Health Center, collecting employee performance data, and implementing a decision support system using the SMART Method for data analysis. Evaluation of system results is carried out to ensure consistency and accuracy. The implementation of the research results is directed at the HR management of the Community Health Center, with recognition and promotion for outstanding employees, as well as guidance for those who need it. This research provides a basis for Sei Dadap Community Health Center leaders in making decisions regarding employees, while increasing the transparency and efficiency of HR management. In this system, users can enter employee data as well as employee assessment results for each relevant criterion.The system will display the decision results in the form of employee rankings based on ranking.           Keywords: Decision Support System; Employee Achievement; SMART.Abstrak: Puskesmas Sei Dadap memiliki peran sentral dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan di wilayahnya. Fokus pada kinerja pegawai sebagai penentu utama efektivitas dan kualitas layanan menjadi penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mendukung pemimpin Puskesmas dalam memilih pegawai yang berprestasi. Metode penelitian meliputi identifikasi kriteria penilaian dengan pimpinan Puskesmas, pengumpulan data kinerja pegawai, dan penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan Metode SMART untuk analisis data. Evaluasi hasil sistem dilakukan untuk memastikan konsistensi dan akurasi. Implementasi hasil penelitian diarahkan pada manajemen SDM Puskesmas, dengan pengakuan dan peningkatan bagi pegawai berprestasi, serta pembimbingan bagi yang membutuhkan. Penelitian ini memberikan landasan bagi pemimpin Puskesmas Sei Dadap dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pegawai, sambil meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi manajemen SDM.Dalam sistem akan menampilkan hasil keputusan berupa peringkat pegawai berdasarkan ranking.Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan;Pegawai Berprestasi; SMART

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training to students of SMK Yapdi Bandar Pulau on Installing a Linux Server Operating System based on CentOS 7. Submission of material is carried out theoretically and directly in practice in installing a Linux server operating system. Several important points were conveyed theoretically and practically in this activity, such as an explanation of a Linux-based server or network operating system. Then in practice, the participants were guided directly to perform the installation and basic configuration for this server operating system. Materials given to participants up to 90% of the knowledge about the Linux server operating system and how to install it. Based on the results of the discussions carried out in the form of question and answer discussions and direct practice, the understanding of the participants reached 92% for the level of understanding of the material provided.
