Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of the social entrepreneurship topic among students. This research focused on analyzing the antecedents of social entrepreneurial intention by involving attitudes towards becoming a social entrepreneur (ATB) and social support. A total of 208 students at Universitas Bung Hatta became respondents with the criteria of having taken lectures for at least two semesters. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method was used to test the moderating hypothesis (perceived social support). This research shows that the higher the perceived social support perceived by students, the stronger the influence between ATB on social entrepreneurial intention. In this research, perceived social support plays a moderator role (purely moderated) in the relationship between ATB and social entrepreneurial intention. In addition, interesting findings of the moderating effect by gender where women have a higher moderating effect than men. One of the limitations of this research is that the sample was only within the scope of students. Hopefully, future researches can expand the scope of the sample, such as involving social entrepreneurs, so that the generalization of research results can be better. In addition, this research still has not linked several elements of context and factors, including culture, gender differences, personality characteristics, to the context of differences in developed and developing countries (local wisdom).

Abstract

Applying the conceptual framework of value-attitude-behavior relationship, the present study investigates the role of ethical judgment as mediating effect religiosity to green purchase behavior. Using linier regression analysis, the role of ethical judgment, religiosity on green purchase behavior are investigated. The subject of the research is costumer in Padang. Results suggest that religiosity positive significant to green purchase behavior. But, ethical judgment has partial mediated between religiosity on green purchase behavior. Implications and directions for future research are discussed.

Abstract

Quantitative research design was used to analyze the effect between variables of the study. Fucos research is to identify and analyse the role of perceived educational support, perceived family support against entrepreneur intention on Faculty of Economics University of Bung Hatta fields (160 respondents with the method purposive sampling) data analysis using the method of linier regression analysis to test hypotesis. The results showed that the perceived family support and self-confidence is positive and significant effect against the entrepreneur intention, whereas the perceived educational support is not supported. The discussion and research that will come under discussion on this research.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of workload, work stress and perceived fairness on burnout on BKPSDM employees in Padang Pariaman Regency. The sample size used is 50 employees and is a total of all employees of the BKPSDM Office in Padang Pariaman Regency. The analytical method used to prove the hypothesis is using multiple regression and t-statistical testing. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been done it was found that workload has a positive effect on burnout perceived by employees of the BKPSDM Office in Padang Pariaman Regency, while work stress and perceived fairness do not significantly influence the burnout felt by employees of the BKPSDM Office in Padang Regency.

Diponegoro International Journal of Business, 5(1), 24-32. https://doi.org/10.14710/dijb.5.1.2022.24-32This article has been retracted by Publisher based on the following reason:Letter to Editor from Dr. Dedi Iskamto (Managing Editor of ADPEBI International Journal of Business and Social Science/AIJBS) reported that he found a dual publication for this paper with the paper that was also published in AIJBS Vol. 2 (1), 2022. After a careful review, we found that the papers have a very significant similarity. Even the data and analysis are exactly the same. We then sent a letter to the corresponding author and the editor of AIJBS asking for clarification. Based on our correspondence with the corresponding author, she admitted that prior to the submission to our journal, they already made a submission to the AIJBS, but she argued that she had withdrawn the submission before submitting it to our journal. However, our communication with the editor of AIJBS made it clear that the author never formally requested withdrawal. Even after the editor sent the acceptance letter, the editor never received a withdrawal, so they assumed that the author agreed to process the publication. Furthermore, when we asked the author to send proof of withdrawal prior to submission to our journal, she failed to provide sufficient evidence.Based on the communication with the corresponding author and the editor of AIJBS, we conclude that the authors made misconduct, particularly by creating a double submission. The academic community takes this kind of misconduct as a very serious issue. Furthermore, it is clearly mentioned in our author guidelines that "DIJB cannot accept an article if it is not the author's original work, has been published before (a conference paper could be accepted if it has been revised so that it is significantly different), or is currently under consideration for publication in another journal." Therefore, we decided to retract this paper.Apologies are offered to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission process. We have conducted careful measures to minimize this misconduct happened by doing a plagiarism screening using Google-based search engines after receiving a submission. However, since we received the paper before it has been published in AIJBS, this made us difficult to detect this misconduct.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the role of perception of transformational leadership and creative self-efficacy of employee (lecturer) creativity. The research methodology used is explanatory research through hypothesis testing. The object and population of this study are Bung Hatta University Lecturers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with sample criteria was Bung Hatta University Lecturer who had working period more than 1 (one) year (n = 170). The data analysis technique in this study use SEM-PLS (Smart PLS). This study consists of four hypotheses and the research results obtained from the study of perceptions of transformational leadership has no effect on employee creativity, perceptions of transformational leadership have a positive effect on creative self- efficacy. Creative self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee creativity and creative self-efficacy mediates the relationship of perception of transformational leadership on employee creativity

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha sosial dikalangan mahasiswa. Urgensi penelitian ini tampak pada hasil pemetaan karakteristik kewirausahaan sosial di perguruan tinggi khususnya di Indonesia (dampak kewirausahaan sosial dalam menunjang terwujudnya green economy di Indonesia). Penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak ….responden yang tersebar dari berbagai perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta di Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik survei dengan bantuan google form. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosocia motivation, intrinsict motivation, dan moral obligation berpengaruh positif terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha sosial. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk mengembangkan kurikulum pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam berbagai aktivitas pembelajaran sosial. Empati dan kesadaran mahasiswa dapat dikembangkan melalui program-program pendidikan kewirausahaan sosial.

Abstract

Pandemic era has change all of life aspects in the world, including education institutions like universities. Lectures as a central of learning process must play their part on creating globally competitive collage students. One of the impact pandemics era is teaching process become online learning and no longer in campus as previously. The rapidly change requires lecturers to improve their skill at technology, increase their creativity and also must follow the changes. All of the predictor will have an impact to letcures performance. The research methodology used explanatory through four hypothesis testing either direct and mediation effect. The object and population use at study are lecturers at Universitas Bung Hatta, Padang. Purposive sampling use to find the sample with some criteria amd the criteria is who have a working period of > 1 year. the method of sampling in this study used the Slovin formula with 167 samples. STATA 12  wa the analysis technique used in this study. From the data testing, all of the hyphoteses accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and physical work environment on employee spirit at work at the Pariaman City Fire Department. This research was conducted at the Pariaman City Fire Department. The population in this study was 72 people. This sampling method is the census method. The type of data used is primary data through questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation, work discipline, and physical work environment had a positive effect on work spirit at work. The implication that can be made from the results of this research is to continue to transform in terms of maintaining employee spirit at work. The proportion of respondents who are dominated by men is one of the limitations of the generalization of the results of the study.
