Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Hippocrates-Galenus Typology approach in reducing stress and developing the performance of Generation Z in Gianyar. The objects to be studied are Generation Z who are already working, carried out at Mori Mori Food Tampaksiring and Mori Mori Food Sukawati. This research is a qualitative research that uses qualitative data in the form of information about performance and stress at work by conducting interviews with generation Z. The research informants used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques use Nvivo 12 Plus software. The conclusion of this study is that the stress experienced by generation Z workers is caused by several factors such as work pressure, mental readiness in facing the world of work, and adaptation to a new environment. The company applies an approach based on the Hippocrates-Galenus typology to its employees who experience stress, such as employees who have a melancholic personality. The approach tends to be subtle and gentle so that people with a melancholic personality can receive input and suggestions from superiors without feeling pressured.

Abstract

Minimnya publikasi menyebabkan kurangnya informasi bagi wisatawan mengenai objek wisata Air Terjun Tibubama di Desa Apuan, Bangli. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan perancangan brosur edukasi sebagai solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan pada tanggal 16 Januari- 11 Februari 2023 ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan di objek wisata Air Terjun Tibubama melalui brosur multibahasa sebagai media promosi. Kegiatan pengabdian mengguankan metode observasi, wawancara dan FGD. Wawancara dan FGD dilakukan dengan stake holder pengelola Air Terjun Tibubama. Setelah pengimplementasian strategi promosi ini, ditemukan hasil bahwa adanya peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan di wisata Air Terjun Tibumana. Wisatawan yang datang tidak hanya dari wisatawan domestik saja, melainkan wisatawan mancanegara juga datang ke tempat wisata. Brosur multi bahasa yang digunakan sebagai media promosi sangat membantu wisatawan dalam mendapatkan informasi terkait tempat wisata Air Terjun Tibumana. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa brosur yang dikembangkan layak diberdayakan untuk membantu promosi daerah wisata. Pada tahap selanjutnya diharapkan media promosi ini dapat terus dikembangkan untuk menarik jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang lebih besar.Due to the lack of publications, there is a lack of information for tourists about the tourist attraction of Tibbama Waterfall in Apuan Village, Bangli. Therefore, educational brochures should be designed as an effective solution to overcome these problems. The service activity, which will run from 16 January to 11 February 2023, aims to increase tourist visits to the Tibbama Falls tourist attraction through multilingual brochures as promotional tools. Community activities use methods of observation, interviews, and FGD. Interviews with relevant partners were conducted. After implementing this promotion strategy, we found that the number of tourists visiting the Tibumana Waterfall tour increased. Not only domestic tourists but also foreign tourists visit tourist spots. Multilingual brochures used as promotional tools are very helpful for tourists to get information about the attractions of Tibumana Falls. Through the evaluation, it can be concluded that the pamphlet developed is worthy of giving power to promote the tourist destination. The next stage is expected to develop these promotional media further to attract more tourists.

Abstract

The development of information technology grows and develops in the midst of community activities because it can be used to support branding activities. Every village nowadays must have a village website. Apuan Village is located in Susut sub-district, Bangli district which has natural tourism potential in the form of waterfalls and spiritual tourism which are still rarely exposed, especially on the village's website. The results of field observations and monitoring of the village website show that currently the use of the website in Apuan Village is only limited to providing information about activities that have been carried out in Apuan Village, while village potential is not published on the website. The purpose of this service activity is to assist in developing the capabilities of the Apuan Village website as a forum for tourism promotion. The method in this service activity uses observation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation methods. This activity achieved the previously stated goals of increasing the number of visits to the Apuan Village website by 30% and the number of readers of publications regarding tourist destinations in Apuan Village also increased. This means that service activities in increasing the capability of the village website have a positive and expected impact on village officials along with public relations and all levels of society in Apuan Village.

Abstract

Commemorate the industrial 4.0 era, leaders are faced with new risks and challenges, ranging from adopting new technologies, and changing leadership styles to changing work environments that are increasingly digital and flexible. This research will focus on applying internet-based technology or the internet of things and the impact of risks on a leader in implementing his leadership in industrial 4.0. Seeing this as a unique phenomenon, researchers see a significant opportunity for risks that impact performance or affect one's activities as a leader in this industrial era 4.0. A research method is a qualitative approach with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study analyzes the results of observations, interviews, and documentation obtained from research using the Nvivo 12 Plus software. The data processing results in the study concluded that there were four primary nodes, namely Technology, Internet, Leaders, and IT Implementation Implications. In addition, primary Internet nodes are discussed most frequently in informant interviews. Good adoption and adoption, professional application processes, and wise and intelligent use can help reduce the risks and barriers to the application of internet technology to use its function positively to run and lead their respective companies.

Abstract

This research article explores the branding strategy of Undisan Rural Tourism in Bangli Regency, with a focus on its success in winning the 3rd Places of Tourism Village Award through an eco-experience. The study utilizes a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis to identify and evaluate key factors that contribute to the village's branding strategy. Undisan Rural Tourism embodies a unique blend of natural beauty, cultural heritage, and sustainable practices, making it an exemplary case study for rural tourism development. The research methodology involves qualitative approaches. Primary data is collected through interviews, surveys, and participant observations, while secondary data is gathered from relevant literature, reports, and online sources. The SWOT analysis framework is applied to assess the internal and external factors that influence the branding strategy of Undisan Rural Tourism. The findings of the study reveal several strengths that have contributed to the success of Undisan Rural Tourism. These include its pristine environment, rich cultural heritage, authentic local experiences, and strong community engagement. Additionally, the village has capitalized on opportunities such as increasing demand for sustainable and eco-friendly tourism experiences. However, the research also identifies certain weaknesses and threats that need to be addressed, including limited infrastructure, inadequate marketing efforts, and competition from neighboring tourism destinations. Based on the SWOT analysis, this article proposes strategic recommendations to further enhance the branding strategy of Undisan Rural Tourism. These include improving infrastructure and facilities, expanding marketing efforts through digital platforms, fostering partnerships with local stakeholders, and implementing sustainable practices to preserve the environment. The study concludes that Undisan Rural Tourism's success in winning the 3rd Places of Tourism Village Award can be attributed to its unique branding strategy, which highlights the village's distinctive characteristics and eco-experiences. By addressing the identified weaknesses and capitalizing on existing strengths and opportunities, Undisan Rural Tourism can continue to thrive as a leading destination for sustainable rural tourism, setting an example for other tourism villages in the region

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of adaptive governance in the management of Kintamani tourist attraction (DTW) in Bangli Regency. Tourism is an important sector that can boost the economy, where Bali has been recognized as one of the world's best tourist destinations. The main problems found were the lack of collaboration between village officials and the sub-district head, as well as challenges in accessibility and inadequate infrastructure. In addition, the lack of tourism training and education to the community as well as the unoptimal use of technology in tourism promotion are significant obstacles. This research used descriptive qualitative methods with interviews and field observations to collect data. Proposed solutions include increased collaboration between the district government and village-level agencies to bridge communication and tourism management. In addition, improving accessibility and road infrastructure needs to be prioritized to support sustainable tourism growth. Tourism training and education for the community as well as optimizing the use of technology, including reactivating the Sadia Bangli application, are also suggested to improve tourism promotion and management. The results show that the current collaboration has involved academics, the private sector, and non-profit organizations, but still needs to be improved, especially in fully involving village officials and communities. The government's flexibility in adjusting to changes is evident in the increase in business licenses and efforts to protect agricultural land. However, accessibility issues and road infrastructure still require special attention. On the learning aspect, although there has been training, it has not been sufficient and equitable.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the career development of state civil servants (ASN) is regulated based on the merit system according to Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), where in the merit system the highest priority is qualifications that include in the selection and recruitment of employees, competencies, and placement of ASN itself.  The merit system refers to assessing and recognizing a person's abilities, competencies, performance, and work achievements. In this system, ASN's promotion and career development are based on the quality of an individual's objective performance, not subjective factors such as nepotism. Using quantitative research methods, it was concluded that, first, the development of employee careers even though they had developed a merit system, it turned out that the most dominant thing was coaching from the leadership, the leadership seemed to have the prerogative to determine whether an employee could quickly achieve his career or experience obstacles Second, the main factor that affects career development in the implementation of the merit system turns out to lie in the political factor in the organization, where the role of politics is so significant in determining who sits where in career development, and the third challenge faced in the career development of ASN in Badung Regency lies in the mindset of employees, some employees still assume that career development is not very important,  so they don't want to get too involved to understand all kinds of government policies related to employees' careers.

Abstract

ABSTRACTUMKM in national economy play an important role and strategic for the economic growth, not only in developing countries like Indonesia but also in developed countries. Nine district of a city that has the potential strategic support revenue in the area.Local revenue Bali Province to decrease from year 2015 it is only of 41,29 %, is much lower compared to last 2014 of 60,92 %. Which is due by UMKM sector.This condition is making UMKM very reasonable and potentially more empowered.In 2010, especially UMKM sector experienced a decline in the value exsport from year to year, declined significantly. From research exploratif to the field , problems identification , with AHP ( analitical hierarchy process ) found way UMKM, in Bali Province , who improve significantly sales good for the domestic market and exports Bali Province .This empowerment , in acceleration regional economic growth , job creation and the increase in competitiveness UMKM products .The research results show factors barrier UMKM, namely capital , human resources , access banking , of the nature of products lifetime short , and the limited market access good in the market national and international .Program under the jurisdiction of UMKM in Bali Province be done in collaborate with the government , banking , soe , cooperatives , lpd , bumd , college collaborated through an incubator business .Based on the research done , can formulated policy recommendations , under the jurisdiction of program partner between the government and UMKM in Bali Province. The government needs to simplification licensing procedure, cheap and fast through one roof.
