Abstract

Iklan dan promosi dalam pemasaran produk sangat menentukan kekuatan dari brand suatu produk. Salah satu produk yang memakai iklan dan promosi sebagai sarana penjualan adalah pelumas mobil produksi PT Pertamina Lubricant, yaitu pelumas mobil Fastron. Fastron merupakan produk pertamina yang saat ini masih memiliki tingkat penjualan paling rendah diantara pelumas mobil pertamina yang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh advertising dan sales promoton terhadap dimensi brand equity produk pelumas mobil Fastron. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), dengan melibatkan responden sebanyak 170 orang.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kalau advertising serta sales promotion Fastron sangat mempengaruhi 3 dimensi brand equity yang meliputi perceived quality, brand awareness, dan brand association akan tetapi pengaruh tersebut tidak menunjukkan akan brand loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPT. Triangle Motorindo merupakan perusahaan yang menggunakan SDM pada setiap aktivitas perusahaan. Pada proses produksinya bagian shipping perlengkapan merupakan bagian yang paling vital karena bertugas dalam pengurusan kelengkapan dari unit motor. Segala aktivitas di bagian shipping memerlukan energi ekstra dalam pekerjaan yang mungkin dapat menimbulkan beban kerja yang tinggi.jika hal tersebut tidak segera ditangani akan berkemungkinan menimbulkan stress pada pekerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mampu menjelaskan faktor penyebab tingginya beban kerja mental yang terjadi dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meminimumkan beban kerja mental yang dialami karyawan di unit shipping perlengkapan pada PT. Triangle Motorindo. Hasil perhitungan dari metode NASA-TLX menunjukan kalau beban kerja di bagian shipping tergolong tinggi. Metode NASA- TLX dipilih karena metode ini mengukur ke dalam 6 dimensi pengukuran beban kerja mental yaitu Effort, Mental Demand, Physical Demand, Temporal Demand, Own Performance, Frustration level. Melalui analisa dari hasil tersebut diketahui jika setiap aspek mempunyai masalahnya masing-masing. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut peneliti memperoleh hasil jika Effort mempunyai nilai beban kerja mental yang paling tinggi dan Frustration level mempunyai nilai yang paling rendah. Pada penelitian ini masih belum dilakukan penerapan usulan perbaikannya yang mana menjadikan hal itu sebagai kekurangan dari komponen pembahasan laporan ini.  Analysis Of Mortal Load Work Using NASA-TLX Method On Shipping Equipment Section In PT. TRIANGLE MOTORINDO. PT. Triangle Motorindo is a company that uses human resources in every company activity. In the production process of shipping parts of equipment is the most vital part because it is in charge of handling the completeness of the motor unit. Any activity in the shipping section requires extra energy in work that may cause a high workload. If it is not addressed it will be likely to cause stress to the worker. The purpose of this study is to explain the factors causing the high mental work load that occurs and provide recommendations to minimize the mental workload experienced by employees in the unit shipping equipment at PT. Triangle Motorindo. The calculation results from the NASA-TLX method shows that the workload in the shipping section is high. The NASA-TLX method is chosen because it measures into 6 dimensions of mental workload measurement ie Effort, Mental Demand, Physical Demand, Temporal Demand, Own Performance, Frustration level. Through analysis of the results is known if every aspect has its own problem. Based on the problem, the researcher obtained the result if the Effort has the highest mental work load value and the Frustration level has the lowest value. In this research, there is still no implementation of the proposed improvements which make it as a lack of components of the discussion of this report.

Abstract

PT. Triangle Motorindo is the sole agent holder of the VIAR Brand as one of the largest manufacturers of three-wheeled motorcycles in Indonesia. This company was founded in 2000 and has grown as one of the largest manufacturers of three-wheeled motorcycles in Indonesia. As one of the largest producers of three-wheeled motorbikes in Indonesia, PT Triangle Motorindo must be able to maintain and continue to improve the quality of their products in order to remain strong in the competition. In the production process, this company needs to reduce the number of defects that often occur in the production process, so that it decides to use the Six Sigma method to overcome these problems. Six Sigma is a statistical concept that measures a process related to defects or damage. Reaching six sigma means that a process generates only 3.4 defects per million chance, in other words, that it is running almost perfectly. The company is in a position where the defect type reaches 3.55 sigma. Therefore, the DMAIC method is used to increase it to 4 sigma. After the improvement stage is carried out, the company is expected to be able to reach the 4 sigma stage

Abstract

The development of automation technology in modern industry demands an increase in technical competence for vocational students, particularly in the field of pneumatics. The widespread application of pneumatic systems in industrial processes makes mastering this technology essential for students in the machinery department. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of pneumatic system training for Machinery Department students at the Vocational High School (SMK) PGRI Jatibarang in enhancing their knowledge and skills. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test format. Students were provided with theoretical materials, guidance, and hands-on practice on pneumatic equipment. The analysis results show an average N-Gain of 0.863, which falls into the high improvement category, indicating that this training significantly impacts students' understanding of pneumatic systems. The implications of this research suggest that practice-based training and material reinforcement can serve as effective strategies in vocational education to prepare students for industry demands, emphasizing the importance of hands-on approaches in technical skills learning.

Abstract

PGRI Jatibarang Vocational School is one of the vocational schools on Jalan Mayor Dasuki No. 159 Jatibarang, Indramayu Regency, West Java Province. Based on the results of observations on PGRI Jatibarang Vocational School students who are PKL at the Politeknik Negeri Indramayu (Polindra), there are problems regarding understanding technical drawings. In order to improve the skills of PGRI Jatibarang Vocational School students, especially in understanding technical drawing to increase the competitiveness of graduates. The PKM team conducted a group discussion forum (FGD) with vocational school stakeholders, especially vocational school students who were doing internships at the D4 Manufacturing Design Study Program. The PKM team collected data and explored the problems that existed among the intern students. After conducting the FGD, the PKM Team conducted technical drawing training for students at the PGRI Jatibarang Vocational School, Indramayu Regency. The results of this training show a fairly effective increase based on pretest and posttest scores with N-Gaing.

Abstract

Abstrak. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, termasuk di sektor bengkel motor. Namun, di balik operasionalnya, para pekerja menghadapi tantangan berat, terutama dalam hal beban kerja mental dan fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat beban kerja mental para mekanik menggunakan metode NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index), yang menilai enam aspek utama: tuntutan mental, tuntutan fisik, tuntutan waktu, kinerja pribadi, usaha, dan tingkat frustrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek usaha (Effort) memiliki skor tertinggi dengan rata-rata 364, disusul oleh tuntutan fisik (328) dan tuntutan waktu (124). Operator dengan beban kerja mental tertinggi memperoleh skor NASA-TLX sebesar 82, sementara yang terendah adalah 72. Beban kerja yang tinggi ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti banyaknya pekerjaan yang harus diselesaikan dalam waktu terbatas, tuntutan hasil kerja yang sempurna, serta kurangnya tenaga kerja sehingga karyawan harus bekerja lebih keras. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, beberapa solusi dapat diterapkan, seperti menambah tenaga kerja, menyederhanakan proses pencatatan, serta memberikan insentif bagi pekerja lembur. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan kesejahteraan pekerja meningkat dan produktivitas bengkel tetap terjaga.Kata Kunci: Beban kerja mental, NASA-TLX, mekanik bengkel, stres kerja, produktivitas.Abstract. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy, including the motorcycle repair sector. However, behind their operations, workers face tough challenges, especially in terms of mental and physical workload. This study aims to measure the level of mental workload of mechanics using the NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index) method, which assesses six main aspects: mental demands, physical demands, time demands, personal performance, effort, and frustration level. The results showed that the Effort aspect had the highest score with an average of 364, followed by Physical demands (328) and Time demands (124). The operator with the highest mental workload obtained a NASA-TLX score of 82, while the lowest was 72. This high workload is caused by various factors, such as the amount of work that must be completed in a limited time, the demand for perfect work results, and the lack of manpower so that employees have to work harder. To overcome this problem, several solutions can be implemented, such as increasing the workforce, simplifying the recording process, and providing incentives for overtime workers. Abstract

In Lohbener Village, Indramayu Regency, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) produce tofu using traditional methods, where the soybean pulp filtering process requires significant time and physical effort. To address this issue, a soybean pulp filtering machine was developed to improve filtering efficiency. The machine was tested with three different input loads—5 kg, 10 kg, and 15 kg—at a constant speed of 57 rpm. The filtering times recorded were 3 minutes 10 seconds, 5 minutes 17 seconds, and 8 minutes 21 seconds, respectively, determined by the point at which no more liquid discharged from the system. The final weights of the filtered soybean pulp were 1.5 kg, 5.7 kg, and 7.4 kg, respectively. These weight differences were influenced by an unbalanced soybean-to-water ratio, which affected extraction effectiveness. The average moisture content of the filtered pulp was 18% for the 5 kg load, 14.90% for 10 kg, and 15.17% for 15 kg. These results indicate that the use of the filtering machine significantly improves filtering efficiency compared to manual methods, in terms of time, output, and pulp quality. Overall, the machine has a positive impact on increasing productivity and product quality in tofu production at the SME level.

Abstract

Abstrak: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan komponen vital dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, sehat, dan produktif. Hal ini menjadi sangat penting khususnya di sektor informal seperti bengkel motor, di mana risiko kecelakaan kerja cukup tinggi akibat penggunaan alat berat, paparan bahan kimia berbahaya, serta kurangnya penerapan prosedur kerja yang aman. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Bengkel Motor milik Bapak Sukirno yang berlokasi di Desa Pawidean, Kecamatan Jatibarang, Kabupaten Indramayu. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi dan meningkatkan kesadaran pekerja serta pemilik bengkel mengenai pentingnya penerapan prinsip-prinsip K3 dalam aktivitas kerja sehari-hari. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan observasi awal, penyampaian materi K3, diskusi partisipatif, simulasi penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD), serta penyebaran media edukatif berupa leaflet dan poster. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pekerja terhadap potensi bahaya kerja, pentingnya penggunaan APD, serta perlunya prosedur keselamatan sederhana yang dapat diterapkan secara konsisten. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal untuk membentuk budaya kerja yang lebih aman dan berkelanjutan di bengkel-bengkel kecil, serta memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam menurunkan potensi kecelakaan kerja di sektor informal. Abstract:  Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a vital component in creating a safe, healthy, and productive work environment. This is especially important in the informal sector such as motorcycle repair shops, where the risk of work accidents is quite high due to the use of heavy equipment, exposure to hazardous chemicals, and the lack of implementation of safe work procedures. This community service was carried out at Mr. Sukirno's Motorcycle Repair Shop located in Pawidean Village, Jatibarang District, Indramayu Regency. The purpose of this activity is to provide education and increase awareness of workers and repair shop owners regarding the importance of implementing K3 principles in daily work activities. The activity was carried out through the stages of initial observation, delivery of K3 materials, participatory discussions, simulations of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and distribution of educational media in the form of leaflets and posters. The results of the activity showed an increase in workers' understanding of potential work hazards, the importance of using PPE, and the need for simple safety procedures that can be applied consistently. This activity is expected to be the first step in forming a safer and more sustainable work culture in small repair shops, as well as making a real contribution to reducing the potential for work accidents in the informal sector. Abstract

Floods are a disaster that often hits urban areas in Indonesia, especially due to high rainfall and inadequate drainage systems. To reduce the risk of flooding, an effective and automatic early warning system is needed. This study aims to design and develop an air flood height detector based on an Arduino Uno microcontroller with the integration of an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, servo motor, I2C LCD, buzzer, and LED indicator. This system is able to detect air height in real time, display information on the LCD, provide visual and audio warnings, and automatically adjust the position of the air door based on the detected air height level. The test results show that this tool works with high accuracy (error rate <2%) and can respond to changes in air height quickly. This system successfully automates water flow management and provides information that can be used for flood mitigation. Potential future developments include integration with IoT technology and mobile applications for remote monitoring
