Abstract

Kerajinan cor kuningan tradisional Majapahit merupakan salah warisan budaya bangsa yang memiliki nilai sejarah yang tinggi.Keunikan dan kualitas menjadi ciri khas dari produk kerajinan ini.Pusat pengerajin cor kuningan tradisional Majapahit berada di Desa Bejijong, Kecamatan Trowulan, Kabupaten Mojokerto.Untuk meningkatkan penjualan kerajinan cor kuningan tradisonal Majapahit diperlukan upaya-upaya teknis aplikatif tentang peningkatan kualitas produk yang ramah lingkungan.Metode peningkatan kualitas salah satunya adalah Six Sigma.Six Sigma memiliki fokus untuk mengurangi tingkat cacat, dengan mencapai standar 3,4 cacat perjuta peluang, Six Sigma memiliki 5 fase, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improvement dan Control (DMAIC). Pada penelitian ini, Six Sigma diterapkan pada bagian proses produksi kerajinan cor kuningan mulai dari pembuatan master cetakan, persiapan peleburan bahan baku, proses pengecoran, pendinginan, pelepasan cetakan, dan finishing. Dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas dengan cara mengatasi dan mengurangi banyaknya cacat yang timbul. Hasil penelitian adalah peningkatan kualitas yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya pengurangan jumlah cacat produk kerajinan cor kuningan dari nilai mean154,8 berkurang menjadi 59,5. Sedangkan dari hasil perhitungan nilai sigma cacat produk kerajinan cor kuningan dari tingkat sigma 1,7625 atau berada pada kondisi level 2 sigma meningkat menjadi 3,725 atau berada pada kondisi level 4 dengan kemungkinan kerusakan sebesar 235.000 untuk sejuta kali proses produksi. Kemampuan proses produksi dalam batas spesifikasi yang diinginkan pelanggan dan memiliki kapabilitas yang cukup baik tetapi masih diperlukan perbaikan untuk mencapai tingkat industri kecil yang berkelas dunia.

Abstract

Kriteria pemilihan suatu alternatif menjadi suatu hal yang penting dalam membuat keputusan, tidak kecuali dalam pemilihan alternatif online-shop, kriteria merupakan alat ukur untuk pemilihan alternatif, yang menjadi persoalan bagaimana untuk membangkitkan kriteria yang baik dalam membuat keputusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membangkitkan kriteria yang akan dijadikan sebagai alat ukur untuk memutuskan pemilihan alternatif online-shop. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut makan langkah-lang yang dilakukan meliputi pertama menentuan populasi dan sample responden dalam hal ini adalah toko-toko konvensional yang berjualan produk kosmetik, berada di Kecamatan Singosari-Malang-Jawa Timur-Indonesia sejumlah 300 toko, kedua membuat kuesioner selanjutnya disebarkan kepada responden sesuai jumlah sample yang telah dihitung dalam hal ini menggunakan rumus Bernoulli, ketiga membuat kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data penilaian berpasangan antar kriteria dengan skala 1-9, selanjunya data diolah dengan menggunakan metoda Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh 5 jenis kriteria yaitu kriteria 1: Biaya Promosi diToko online-shop terjangkau, kriteria 2: Sikap Admin online-shop dalam menjalin relationship dengan para penjual, kriteria 3: Tampilan Web jelas dan dapat dimengerti, krioteria 4: Banyak subsidi Ongkos Kirim, Kriteria 5: banyak menyediakan Voucher Discount, dengan besarnya bobot kriteria masing-masing kriteria 1: 0,291, kriteria 2: 0,205, kriteria 3:0,256, kriteria 4: 0,125 dan kriteria 5: 0,122. Kesimpulan bobot kriteria yang paling diperlukan dan paling menjadi perhatian adalah kriteria Biaya Promosi di Toko online-shop terjangkau.

Abstract

Product packaging is one of the critical factors in a product. The main problem with product packaging is the frequent occurrence of defects that exceed the company's targets and cause consumer disappointment. The purpose of this research is to minimise the occurrence of defects in product packaging so that recommendations for improvement and performance control mechanisms are needed. Improvement recommendations are made based on analysing the failure mode using the Pareto chart and FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis) tools. The results of this study are in the form of SOP recommendations for improvement and control mechanisms for 3 product packaging.

Abstract

Quality is a key to be able to compete in the industrial world [16. Quality control is needed to reduce the number of defective products produced by the company, thus reducing losses experienced by the company. The Bima Mandiri Rembang Pasuruan cigarette company is a company that produces cigarettes, one of which is INNO cigarettes. The number of defective products produced by the company so that the company must make an increase in quality by using a method to reduce the number of defects that occur. The number of defective products causes the company to suffer losses. For that, we need a method that can reduce cigarette defective products which in turn can improve the quality of the company's production[12]. Six Sigma with the DMAIC stage (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) is a method used in this research. Based on these steps, defects that often occur are less dense cigarettes as many as 289 sticks with a percentage of 25%, tearing on the cigarettes as many as 227 cigarettes with a percentage of 20% and peeling cigarettes as many as 208 sticks with a percentage of 18%. Factors that cause defects include humans, machines, methods and materials. After calculating using the Six Sigma method, before the improvement, the DPMO value is 113988.1 and the Sigma Level value is 2.722. After the improvements were made, the DPMO value decreased to 76488.1 and the Sigma Level was 2.94715. To achieve the six sigma target, the company is expected to be able to carry out improvements with a focus on the factors that cause product defects and always carry out regular control to reduce product defects. The corrective steps taken in the Bima Mandiri Rembang Pasuruan Regency cigarette company are human: regular training for machine operators and employees; methods: inspection of raw materials, blending machines and glue residue in the teat; engine: inspection of engine components; material: reprocessing less refined raw materials and using better quality glue.

Abstract

Class furniture, namely tables and chairs, are significant physical facilities because the furniture is used for teaching and learning activities. Pain in the neck, waist, right upper arm, right forearm and right wrist during the learning process due to non-ergonomic facilities. Therefore, this research aims to minimize the complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorder with the Ergonomic Learning Chair. In this study, descriptive research with the REBA method and the RULA method was used. With the REBA method, the final score obtained in Group C is 8, then this value is entered at Action Level 3, after which researchers can only find out that the student's body posture level is in the High category so that action is needed immediately. With the RULA method, the student's body activity results are at a Group C score of 7. The value is entered for Action Level 4 so that the student's posture is in the dangerous category for safety, health and comfort. Therefore, action is needed now to overcome this problem with the suggestion manufacture of Ergonomic Study Chair. From the results of the chair use test design analysis by distributing questionnaires to 35 students as a sample, it was found that there was a decrease in complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorder in the student body. With the contribution of the study table, it can be adjusted up and down (adjustable) to make the chair more comfortable.

Abstract

Tatti Crochet is an MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) in Malang City engaged in the handicraft industry. The handicrafts produced are knitted goods, with a specialisation in knitting bags. As an MSME producing handicrafts, Tatti Crochet faces problems in human resources, especially knitters. The number of knitters currently available is three people, and this number cannot support the production needs of Tatti Crochet. This is one of the risks that must be faced not only by MSMEs but also by other organisations and companies. Risk management can be carried out by risk identification, evaluation and measurement, and risk management. One method that can be used to manage risk is the House of Risk. From the risk identification process, Tatti Crochet faced 22 risk events triggered by 29 agents. Based on the calculation of HOR Phase 1, 10 risk agents will enter HOR Phase 2 for determining preventive action, namely A11, A10, A18, A13, A14, A3, A12, A5, A28, and A4. Finally, one preventative measure was soon done with the highest ETD number, PA1, with ETD 1620.

Abstract

To prepare civil servants who are professional, capable of competing, and capable of anticipating rapid world developments in various aspects of life, in order to improve service quality and awareness of the need for quality human resources, various strategies that can improve employee performance must be implemented. One strategy is to provide additional employee income as a form of motivation (TPP). The goal of this study is to assess community satisfaction with the performance of the Central Sumba Regency's cooperative, SME, industry, and trade departments using Voice of Customer data. The research method employs questionnaires to assess customer satisfaction with the PDCA approach, as well as service quality and IPA analysis. The findings of this study indicate that people are dissatisfied with the performance of employees and that changes must be made. The final results obtained after using the PDCA approach and analysis using servqual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) are performance factors that are priority improvements and performance that must be maintained in order to meet community satisfaction. Abstract

PT XY is a company producing vetsin in the food industry. The company makes extensive use of material resources for its industrial development, which has an impact on the environment. Waste-activated carbon is the result of the color absorption process of the solution. The problem is that the waste generated causes pollution to the company's environment and cannot be stored for long. The average carbon waste generated from January to December 2023 is 86.40 tonnes. Therefore, it is necessary to reuse activated carbon waste into biochar or carbon fertilizer. Processing strategy by conducting experiments using the Taguchi method. Problem identification with an approach that refers to the Responsible Waste Management Hierarchy, and limits the implementation of experiments to the principle of reuse. The Taguchi Orthogonal Array L4 method was chosen for the experimental design because it is more cost-effective than other DOEs and the signal noise is predictable. This research was conducted through experimental methods to know the effect of biochar planting media from activated carbon waste on the growth of kale plants (gr) and get optimal composition variations. As a result, an optimization design was obtained with wet carbon waste material, 25% biochar concentration, and bright light conditions, with an n-gain value of 4.49 resulting in a high improvement category. Comparison of biochar quality with Charcoal Powder from Workplant Store by SNI 06-3730-1995 standard. In biochar products from activated carbon waste, there is a glutamate content of 0.345 g/dL which is a good amino acid for plant growth.

Abstract

Wastewater is a type of wastewater that comes from bathroom and washing water which enters the drainage and is added to rainwater which flows downstream into the river. In this case, the aim is to increase the effectiveness of greywater liquid waste processing by using a physical model consisting of a processing process, namely a vetiver wetland filter. The expected result is that the use of a physical model consisting of a vetiver wetland with or without media is able to improve the quality of waste water, where the resulting output meets water quality standards (bath water or clean water). Thus, overall it can be concluded that the use of the physical waste processing model applied is able to reduce the pollutants contained in greywater waste

Abstract

Statute Cooperative and Koperasi Wanita Bhakti Ibu is prepare accountability report, as well as submission of work plan and budget plan of expenditure of cooperative expenditure at Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) Forum. Presentation of accountability report in RAT which is a forum for sharing is expected to give member's opportunity to objectively and constructively assess the existence and development of cooperative as a whole, in the field of organization, management, capital, business and other activities. The latest financial reports, therefore need improvement and innovation by creating a computerized reporting application to simplify and mitigate work and minimize errors in reporting figures. Research method used to analyze system on Koperasi and design system to cooperative. System analysis purpose is tobe able identify and evaluate problems that occur and expected needs, so it can be proposed improvement. After build application, resulted conclusions: (1) Based on trial, application run effectively, minimize errors in performing data storage and facilitate data search and transactions more quickly and accurately; (2) Based on trial, application capable reports of transaction or financial administration, according to user current desire.
