Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand, inovasi, dan budaya terhadap keputusan pembelian Songket Tenun Tarutung di Kabupaten Tapanulin Utara. Sifat penelitian ini adalah penelitian menjelaskan (explanatory) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Accidental sampling yaitu penduduk wanita yang berada di Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara dan penelitian mengambil data 100 responden dengan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan primer Untuk  pengujian validitas dan Uji reliabilitas disebarkan kepada 30 responden penelitian yang merupakan Konsumen Wanita pembelian songket tenun Tarutung di Kabupaten Tarutung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Nilai R adjusted Square (R²) adalah 0,553 yang mengindikasikan bahwa variasi variabel brand, inovasi dan budaya mampu menjelaskan  variasi variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar  55,3 %.  Pengujian secara simultan menujukkan bahwa brand, inovasi dan budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pengujian secara parsial bahwa brand, inovasi dan budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of customer experience and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and whether customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between customer experience and customer loyalty. The data analysis method used is structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The number of respondents is 150 people. Sampling technique of this study is quota sampling method. The study shows that customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. By conducting mediation testing, it is concluded that customer satisfaction is significant as a mediator of the relationship between customer experience and customer loyalty.

Abstract

The object of the study is PT. Permata Niaga Medan. The object was chosen because there was a decrease in purchasing decision in this company. The decrease in purchasing decision was initiated with a decrease in sales in the company. The decreased sales was affected by promotion and product quality in the company. The inactive promotion could be seen from the promotion frequency and the decrease in product quality could be seen from the return of chocolate by consumers. The research used some theories relating to marketing management relating to promotion, product quality, and purchasing decision. Data were collected through interview, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regresion analysis, determination coefficient of simultaneous testing (F-testing) and partial testing (T-test). The research populations were 186 consumers with 128 samples. The simultaneous testing showed that promotion and product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision of chocolate products at PT. Permata Niaga Medan with the determination coefficient of 39.7% whle the remaining 60.3% was explained by other independent variables not researched such as service quality, price, and brand. Based on the result of the research, it is concluded that promotion and product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decision of chocalate products at PT. Permata Niaga Medan.

Abstract

Employee performance can be relied on by several factors that can improve or enhance employee performance. These factors include work stress, excessive workload and a work environment that is not conducive. This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, workload, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Belmera Branch. Data were collected from questionnaires from 50 respondents for statistical analysis. The statistical analysis used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Job Stress (X1), Workload (X2) and Work Environment (X3) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, Balmera Branch, Medan, either partially or simultaneously. The findings above illustrate that the company can implement measures to prevent work stress, workload and create a work environment to achieve more optimal employee performance.

Abstract

Pengujian serta analisa dampak disiplin kerja, insentif, komunikasi, serta lingkungan kerja fisik pada kinerja karyawan PT. Ganda Saribu Utama baik secara mandiri dan bersama-sama merupakan tutujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian berjenis deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan sifat explanatory. 128 orang karyawan pada PT. Ganda Saribu Utama dijadikan populasi dalam penelitian. Sampel 97 orang yang didapat dengan memakai rumus Slovin. Teknik wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data penelitian. Metode analisis data secara regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial dan uji simultan. Hasilnya disiplin kerja, insentif, komunikasi, serta lingkungan kerja fisik dengan mandiri serta bersamaan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT. Ganda Saribu Utama. 82,6% berdasarkan variasi variabel terikat kinerja karyawan yang bisa ditegaskan dengan variabel bebas disiplin kerja, insentif, komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik, 17,4% sisa uji koefisiens determinasi ditegaskan selain variabel penelitian.

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan berperan penting dalam upaya peningkatkan keputusan pembelian. Tujuan penelitian adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kepercayaan Pelanggan dan Saluran Distribusi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Baja pada PT Suminsurya Mesindolestari Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 204 pelanggan PT Suminsurya Mesindolestari Medan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 134 pelanggan, teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling random sampling Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kepercayaan Pelanggan dan Saluran Distribusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Baja pada PT Suminsurya Mesindolestari Medan. Peningkatan ketiga variabel tersebut baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian secara maksimal. Maka disarankan agar perusahaan dapat meningkatkan dan memperbaiki kedua variabel tersebut di dalam perusahaan. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and anaIyze the effect of work discipline, work stress and leadership on empIoyee performance at PT PD Paja Pinang Medan. Employee indiscipline in following the provisions of working time and attendance has an impact on the high level of absenteeism and tardiness of employees working in the company. Work stress experienced by employees is caused by workload that is too much, pressure from superiors to always finish work on time and employee supervision that is too tight resulting in high levels of employee turnover in the company. Employee performance has decreased and has an impact on the non-achievement of sales targets for Crude Palm Oil and Palm Kernel. The population was 146 employees and the sampIe in this study was 107 employees. The research method uses muItiple Iinear regression anaIysis techniques.  The calculation result of hypothesis testing partially obtained tcount> ttable or 4.504> 1.983 means that partially Work Discipline, Job Stress and Leadership have positive and significant effect on the Performance of EmpIoyees of PT PD Paja Pinang Medan. the results of the test obtained the caIculated F vaIue (21,658)> F tabIe (2.69) and a significance probabiIity of 0, 000 < 0. 05, meaning that simultaneous Work Discipline, Job Stress and Leadership have positive and significant effect on EmpIoyee Performance of PT PD Paja Pinang Medan

Abstract

Lotte Mart Center Point Medan is a company engaged in trading services with a wholesale sales system. Lottemart Center Point Medan strives to continue to increase consumer buying interest. The purpose of research is to find out partially and simultaneously the influence of store atmosphere, product variety, and the price of consumer buying interest at Lotte Mart Center Point Medan. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The independent variables of this research are store atmosphere, product variety, and price. The dependent variable of the study is buying interest. The population technique in this study uses an unlimited population because the population in this study is not possible to be calculated as a whole, so the population is all consumers who visit Lotte Mart Center Point Medan. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling with a total of 90 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data were then analyzed using the F test and t test. The results of the study found that store atmosphere, product variety, and prices at Lotte Mart Center Point Medan had an effect on buying interest simultaneously and partially. The magnitude of the influence of store atmosphere, product variety, and price on buying interest at Lotte Mart Center Point Medan is 88.4%, while 11.6% is influenced by variables other than careful variables.

Abstract

Conducting tests by analyzing the influence of compensation, incentives and leadership styles on employee performance at PT. Cipta Agro Sejati, Rokan Hilir, Riau is the objective of this research. The decline that occurs in employee performance can be assessed from the achievement of company targets, which is caused by unsatisfactory compensation and incentives and ineffective leadership. The research method uses quantitative. The population taken by the researcher is 196 employee subjects and the sample used is 32 employees. Sampling random sampling is the sampling technique used. In calculating the hypothesis test obtained individually, the value of tcount> ttable or 3.887> 1.979 is obtained from the significance that is obtained 0.0¬00 <0.05, meaning that Ha accepted while Ho was rejected, namely by individual Compensation had a significant positive effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Cipta Agro Sejati, Rokan Hilir, Riau. The results in calculating the hypothesis test with individuals and simultaneously Compensation, Incentives, and Leadership Style have a significant positive effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Cipta Agro Sejati, Rokan Hilir, Riau.
