Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of training, competence and work environment on the performance of PDAM Tirtanadi Sei Agul employees. The population is 120 people and the sample in this study is 92 people. Testing using multiple linear analysis techniques partial hypothesis test results obtained that the training has a value of tcount> ttable that is 2.682> 1.66235 with a significant level of 0.009 <0.05, competence has a value of tcount> ttable that is 3.391> 1.66235 with a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05 and the work environment has a value of tcount> ttable that is 6.281 > 1.66235 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 so that training, competence and work environment have a significant and significant effect on the performance of PDAM Tirtanadi Sei Agul employees. Simultaneous test results obtained that the value of Fcount > Ftable is 44,662 > 2.71 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that training, competence and work environment have a significant and joint effect on the performance of PDAM Tirtaadi Sei Agul employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Sumber Jadi Kencana Motor Medan. Populasi adalah 132 dan sampel penelitian adalah 99 karyawan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan secara simultan Pengembangan Karir, Kompetensi dan Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT Sumber Jadi Kencana Motor Bidang. Secara simultan Pengembangan Karir, Kompetensi dan Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT Sumber Jadi Kencana Motor. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,374 hal ini berarti 37,4% dari variasi variabel terikat yaitu keputusan pembelian yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel bebas harga, promosi penjualan dan kualitas produk sedangkan sisanya sebesar 62,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini, seperti pelatihan, analisis pekerjaan, motivasi kerja dan sebagainya.

Abstract

The importance of Human Resources needs to be realized by every level of management in the company, in order to improve the company's development. This research was conducted by researchers with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of communication, leadership and incentives on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. In this study, the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the total population amounted to 176 consumers and the number of samples in this study amounted to 122 consumers. From the results of this study conducted by researchers, it was found that partially and simultaneously the quality of communication, leadership and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The coefficient of determination is 0.653 which means 65.3% of employee performance which can be explained by communication, leadership and incentives, while the remaining 34.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

This research aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the organizational culture of job training and development career on employee performance at PT. Perkasa Internusa Mandiri Medan in the future by testing each variable. The population in this study were 110 employees and a sample of 52 people. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the calculation of the partial hypothesis testing obtained the organizational culture value of 3,264 > ttebel (2,010) or the probability of sig (0,000) < 0,05, promotion (2,648) > (2,010) or probability sig (0,002) < 0,05,career development (4,966) > (2,010) or probability sig (0,003) < 0,05and the value of fcount (10,451) > Ftable(2,79) or probability sig (0,000) < 0,05. So the variables of organizational culture, job training and career development simultaneously have an effect or positively and significantly on employee performance variables at PT. Perkasa Internusa Mandiri Medan. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination obtained R Square sebesar 0,85. The indicates that 85% of organizational culture variables, job training and career developnent are able to explain the performance variables of cloud employees at PT. Perkasa Internusa Mandiri Medan the rest 15% (100% - 85%) is an influence. Fro,other unexplained independent variables such as work discipline variables such as work discipline variables and employee motivation. Abstract

When consumers already to constantly has decisions about which products to buy, these decisions are often uncertain because the consumer feels a certain risk of degree in making a purchase decision. The decision to purchase over the internet is indicated by an uncertainty or risk that requires confidence to be expressed, which will reduce the perception of risk to arrive at a purchase decision. This study is based on Google research at Lazada Market Place in Medan City. The tentative period for this study is from August to March 2022. The methodology used in this study is the existence of MSME entrepreneurs in the commercial business sector in the Medan Petisah area. This study was conducted in Medan Petisah District, City of Medan. This study used quantitative data because the data presented is related to numbers. Quantitative research are emphasizes testing theory through measuring research variables with numbers and analyzing data using statistical procedures .Coefficient regression for the independent variable price is 0.760 and is positive, this means that every 1 unit increase in the price of the independent variable will increase the dependent variable''s buying decision by 0.760 units with the assuming other variables already fixed. Based on the results of the t-test, the working capital turnover variable has a significant and negative influence on profitability (ROI) in manufacturing companies in the year 2015-2017, 5. The effect of all independent variables on the dependent variable is expressed as an adjusted R-squared value of 0.175 or 17.5%. Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan dalam menganalisis Tarif, Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Minat Nasabah menggunakan Asuransi Allianz Medan. Populasi; berjumlah 132 nasabah dan jumlah sampelgsebanyak 99 nasabah dan untuk pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas sebanyak; 30 pelanggan di luar dari sampel penelitian. Teknik;sampling; yang digunakan adalah ;sampling random ;sampling. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna melihat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, brand equity dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Alfa Scorpii secara parsial dan simultan. Peluang Yamaha untuk mendominasi pasar di masa depan terbentang luas, karena Yamaha mengutamakan kualitas, kesempurnaan produk, inovasi tanpa henti, termasuk aspek pelayanan pada konsumen. Terdapat beberapa faktor konsumen termotivasi dalam memilih sepeda motor Yamaha. Dari hal kepuasan pelanggan bisa ditunjukkan dari fisik dari sepeda motor Yamaha ini seperti, body yang selalu menonjolkan bentuk head lamp, stripping, hingga lekuk body. Untuk itu Yamaha menyediakan service resmi Yamaha dengan tenaga teknisi yang memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan teknis sepeda motor yang telah terlatih dan teruji serta Yamaha juga menyediakan spare parts asli sepeda motor yang berkualitas dan harganya terjangkau oleh konsumen pada setiap dealer penjualan produk Yamaha. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pelanggan PT Alfa Scorpii, Medan berjumlah 385 orang dan sampelnya dengan jumlah 71 orang pelanggan. Metode penelitian menerapkan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Alfa Scorpii. Brand equity secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Alfa Scorpii. Kualitas pelayanan, brand equity dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Alfa Scorpii.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, promotion, and selection on employee performance. Employee performance is the result of the work of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities at work. The current decline in sales shows that there is a decline in performance in the company. Organizational culture is a collection of customs and habits owned by the company and implemented by employees in carrying out the work environment. Promotion is the transfer of a position that is higher than the previous position by the company to the position of an employee. Selection is the process of selecting employees to occupy positions in the company in accordance with the competencies they have which is the background of the problem in this study. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a sample of 65 employees. In the partial test results, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, selection has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the partial test results, each of the variables of organizational culture, promotion, and selection has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Bank BCA merupakan salah satu bank yang memperkuat dalam mengembangkan produk layanan dengan memanfaatkan internet untuk melakukan transaksi secara online. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh privasi, keamanan, kepercayaan terhadap niat bertransaksi online di Bank BCA Medan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Bank BCA KCP Beast & Grow Tower Ground Floor, Jl. Putri Hijau Medan No. 18 pada Oktober 2022. Populasinya adalah pelanggan yang berkunjung pada periode Oktober 2022. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik incidental sampling dengan jumlah pelanggan sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t dan uji-F. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa privasi, keamanan, kepercayaan berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap niat bertransaksi online di Bank BCA Medan. Pengaruhnya sebesar 51,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Privasi, Keamanan, Kepercayaan, Niat Transaksi Online

Abstract

The development of social media with various features that can be accessed anywhere has made more and more social media users from various backgrounds such as teenagers. The use of social media with its various impacts needs to be socialized to adolescents because currently social media has positive and negative impacts on physical and mental health. The general objective of this community service activity is to find out an overview of youth's knowledge about the positive and negative impacts of using social media for mental health. The methods in this community service activity are: 1. Analysis of the community situation. This stage can be carried out with two sub-stages, which are further divided into several possibilities. First: determine the target audience, Second: determine the problem areas to be analyzed. 2. Problem identification. The results of the analysis work which includes the objectives and problem areas mentioned earlier are that the problems faced by the selected target group can be identified and then formulated. 3. Define specific work goals, in other words what changes are desired. 4. Problem solving plan. Problems that have been identified need to be solved. 5. Social approach. What is meant is the approach to the target community. 6. Implementation of activities. 7. Evaluation of activities and results. Suggestions for schools are to include activities to increase youth knowledge about social media, positive and negative impacts of using social media in the school's extracurricular schedule. This can be done in groups/peer groups with selected social media ambassadors
