Abstract

The results of time and cost optimization in this studyusing the alternative of adding working hours resulted in a total completion time of 182days, which is 14 (7.14%) days faster than the normal time of 196 days, with a total project cost ofRp. 1,767,600,000.00, resulting in a cost efficiency of Rp. 232,559,067.27(12.62%). Meanwhile, using the alternative of adding manpower resulted in a totalcompletion time of 179 days, which is 17 (8.67%) days faster than the normal time witha total project cost of IDR 1,767,600,000.00, achieving a cost efficiency ofRp.7,870,582.09 (0.44%). Therefore, time and cost efficiency with the addition ofworking hours is more economical. The implications of this research provide recommendations for project managersin making decisions to accelerate work so that it is efficient in terms of time and cost.

Abstract

Ternate City is a spice city located in North Maluku Province, where geographically the land area of ​​Ternate City is 5,795.40 Km2 which has 7 sub-districts. One of the sub-districts in Ternate City is Pulau Ternate Sub-district with an area of ​​37.24 Km2, Pulau Ternate Sub-district has a population of 8,665 people in 2022 and 8,927 people in 2023. The data shows that the population of Pulau Ternate Sub-district has increased. In addition, with increasing population growth every year and the need for water continues to increase. The imbalance between the amount of clean water and the population in Pulau Ternate Sub-district can result in a lack of water supply for the community, because the availability of clean water sources is limited while population growth continues to increase. This study aims to analyze population growth projections, analyze the calculation of clean water needs, and the availability of clean water in order to be able to serve the community for the next 5 years. The data analysis used in this study included population estimation methods, arithmetic, geometric, and exponential methods. Based on existing data from the Ternate City Water Company (PDAM), the clean water provider in Pulau Ternate District, the current installed capacity is 34.0 L/second, while the planned clean water demand until 2028 is 9.3 L/second. The calculation results indicate a surplus of 24.7 L/second. Therefore, it can be concluded that the current clean water supply is sufficient to meet the clean water needs of the people of Pulau Ternate District until 2028.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Budget Plan (RAB) calculations for farm road construction in Gurabati Village by comparing flexible pavement and rigid pavement. The methods used include work volume calculations and unit price analysis (AHSP) using Microsoft Excel. The results indicate that the construction cost of flexible pavement is Rp 1,340,350,000, while that of rigid pavement is Rp 1,891,450,000. Based on the analysis of construction costs and long-term maintenance, flexible pavement is more economical to implement. This research can serve as a reference for efficient and tailored farm road construction planning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the off-street parking capacity and parking usage patterns at Goto Sarimalaha Port, Tidore Kepulauan City. As one of the main activity hubs for the local community, the port requires adequate parking facilities to accommodate vehicles during peak hours. The research employs a descriptive method, with data collected through field surveys, direct observations, and recording the number of vehicles entering and exiting the parking area at 15-minute intervals. The analysis includes parking accumulation, parking volume, parking turnover, parking index, parking duration, and parking space requirements. The results of the study show that the highest parking accumulation occurred on Thursday, 21 August 2025, reaching 85 vehicles, indicating that this day represents the peak usage period of the parking area. The parking index on several observation days also exceeded the available parking capacity, indicating that the current facilities are not yet sufficient to meet actual demand. Additionally, parking usage patterns tended to increase during ship arrival and departure times, causing significant accumulation spikes at certain intervals. Based on these findings, it is necessary to reorganize the parking layout, increase capacity, and improve vehicle circulation management to enhance the effectiveness and convenience of parking services at Goto Sarimalaha Port.

Abstract

This study analyzes the management of motor vehicle parking fees at Goto Sarimalaha Port and its alignment with actual parking needs. Current management is manual, potentially leading to revenue leakage and a lack of public awareness. Therefore, a transparent, accountable, and technology-based system is needed. This research uses quantitative methods, focusing on two- and four-wheeled vehicles, and is expected to provide theoretical benefits for the development of transportation management science and practical benefits for port managers and local governments in improving the efficiency and quality of parking services. Based on the research results at Goto Sarimalaha Port, the motor vehicle parking fee management system is still suboptimal, largely manual, potentially leading to revenue leakage, and a lack of public awareness of payment procedures for visitors. Validity analysis shows that most questions related to fee management have a significant correlation with meeting parking needs, particularly items P3, P4, and P8, which are significant at the 0.01 level. This supports the hypothesis that fee management—including tariff policies, payment systems, and fund allocation—directly contributes to improving parking facilities and meeting port user needs.

Abstract

This research compares cost estimations between SNI and BOW methods for the Lelilef Health Center construction project in Central Halmahera. The study was motivated by health service urgencies in the mining area, a large project scale (Rp 7,929,854,690.00), mixed funding (DAK + CSR), and implementation challenges (delayed worker payments). The research aims to determine the cost estimations using SNI and BOW methods and identify the more economical approach. Data analysis involves evaluating Bill of Quantity data, understanding project requirements, summarizing BOW and SNI analyses, and collecting price lists for materials, labor, and equipment. The study found that the cost estimation using the SNI 2008 method was Rp 4,312,815,870.00, while the BOW method resulted in Rp 4,990,646,920.00. The SNI 2008 method was 13.58% more economical due to lower coefficient values, especially in reinforcement, concrete work and bricklaying. The research suggests that consultants should use clear, regulation-based methods and conduct thorough cost calculations with appropriate analysis methods to achieve economical and specification-compliant results. Further research is recommended to investigate factors causing project delays and cost impacts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the placement of traffic signs on the Lada Ake–Jaya route in Tidore Islands City from a road user safety perspective. This route is located in a mountainous area with terrain characteristics such as steep inclines, extreme descents, sharp turns, and limited visibility, which have the potential to increase the risk of accidents. Although police data shows no accidents in the past five years, observations and interviews with the public indicate six accident-prone areas that require attention, particularly due to the lack of warning signs, inadequate lighting, and limited visibility on several road segments

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan angkutan umum penumpang yang ada di Kota Tidore Provinsi Maluku Utara masih dilayani oleh kendaraan umum (Mikrolet), yang dapat memuat penumpang berkapasitas 8 Orang dengan beberapa trayek (rute) serta memiliki jumlah armada sebanyak86 armada yang beroperasi, dimana jalur ini mempunyai panjang rute ± 682,81 km2. Angkutan umum memiliki peranan penting dalam pembangunan perekonomian, untuk menuju keberlanjutan angkutan umum yang memerlukan penanganan serius. Sebagai sarana transportasi umum harus dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik terhadap para penggunanya, baik dari kenyamanan, ketepatan waktu dan biaya yang terjangkau bagi penumpang. Salah satu angkutan umum di Kota Tidore Kepulauan adalah yang melayani berbagai rute di Pulau Tidore, yakni rute terminal Sarimalaha-Rum dengan tarif yang telah ditetapkan sebesar Rp.20.000. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan metode Kualitatif. Metode kualitatif yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dilapangan melalui observasi/wawancara secara langsung demi mendapatkan suatu data sehingga data tersebut dapat di kelola dan diketahui hasilnya. Dari survey lapangan yang dilakukan untuk trayek Terminal Sarimalaha-Rum permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah jumlah tarif angkutan yang berbeda-beda.Kata kunci :, .

Abstract

Jalan Daud Umar merupakan ruas jalan Kolektor Primer berstatus Nasional yang berada di Kota Tidore. Dalam mewujudkan jalan yang berkeselamatan, maka dianggap perlu untuk melakukan Uji Laik Fungsi Jalan, hal ini dikarenakan keselamatan jalan merupakan pemenuhan fisik setiap elemen dari jalan terhadap persyaratan teknis jalan sehingga dapat terhindar dari resiko kecelakaan. Analisis uji laik fungsi jalan dilakukan dengan cara mengukur dan mengamati kondisi ruas jalan meliputi : teknis geometrik jalan, teknis sruktur perkerasan jalan, teknis struktur bangunan pelengkap jalan, teknis pemanfaatan ruang bagian – bagian jalan, teknis penyelenggaraan dan rekayasa lalulintas, teknis perlengkapan jalan yang terkait langsung dengan pengguna jalan dan teknis perlengkapan jalan yang tidak terkait langsung dengan pengguna jalan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan cara pengukuran dan pengamatan eksisting jalan mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No 11/PRT/M/2010 Tentang Tata Cara Persyaratan Laik Fungsi Jalan. Hasil analisis uji laik fungsi Jalan Daud Umar yang terbagi menjadi 7 (Tujuh) segmen termasuk dalam kategori Laik Bersyarat (LS). Perlu adanya pemeliharaan pada kondisi jalan yang Laik Fungsi Bersyarat, agar bisa memberikan jaminan keselamatan bagi pengguna jalan.

Abstract

Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Kelurahan Rum Kota Tidore Kepulauan merupakan salah satunya dalam rangka mengolah limbah yang dihasilkan dari proses pembakaran batubara. Limbah yang berupa abu itu dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan campuran dalam pembuatan paving block. Dengan pemanfaatan limbah tersebut, diharapkan akan mampu meningkatkan nilai ekonomis bagi masyarakat. Abu sisa pembakaran batubara yang disebut bottom ash (BA) tersebut bisa dimanfaatkan menjadi zat tambahan dalam pembuatan paving block. Masalah yang di angkat terdiri dari dua poin dan tujuan dari penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan Bottom Ash dan pengaruh perendaman perendaman penambahan bottom ash sebagai bahan tambah, metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang dimana menggunakan tiga jenis variabel yaitu variabel kontrol, terikat dan bebas. Hasil dari penelitian yang menggunakan mutu K-150 dari lima variasi 0%, 5%, 10% 20%, dan 30% dengan waktu perendaman 28 hari tidak masuk spesifikasi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hal tersebut tidak dinyatakan gagal akan tetapi dapat di kategorikan ke dalam mutu klas-C.
