Abstract

This research aims to analyze the success of implementing the project-based learning model (Project-Based Learning) with the help of technology in improving student learning outcomes. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation on class X students in SMKN 1 Sungai Rumbai . Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the application of a project-based learning model with the help of technology has a positive impact on student engagement, mastery of material, as well as critical thinking and collaboration skills. Key success factors include the availability of technological devices, teacher support in facilitating learning, and the relevance of the project to the student's life context. However, obstacles were found such as a lack of student digital literacy and limited access to technology in several areas. This research concludes that the project-based learning model with the help of technology can be an effective strategy for improving the quality of learning if supported by adequate resources. Recommendations are given to improve teacher training regarding educational technology and expand access to digital infrastructure in schools.

Abstract

Commercial law in Indonesia is an essential instrument to ensure certainty and fairness in economic activities. However, in practice, legal disputes often arise due to contractual default, breach of agreement, bankruptcy, and unfair business competition. This study aims to analyze the causes of legal disputes in the practice of commercial law in Indonesia and the mechanisms for their resolution. The research method employed is a normative juridical approach by analyzing legislation, legal doctrines, and court decisions. The findings indicate that although litigation and non-litigation mechanisms are available, the effectiveness of dispute resolution is still influenced by the integrity of legal enforcers, the quality of contracts, and the legal awareness of business actors. Therefore, commercial law reform and the strengthening of dispute resolution institutions are necessary to create a healthy business climate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal liability of business actors in Indonesia within the existing legal framework, including the Consumer Protection Law, Civil Law, and Criminal Law. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore in depth various violations involving business actors. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with legal experts, legal document analysis, and case studies from court reports. The findings indicate that the legal liability of business actors in Indonesia covers both civil and criminal aspects, focusing on consumer protection, contractual obligations, and the prevention of negative impacts on society and the environment. However, the implementation of such responsibilities is often hindered by weak law enforcement, low consumer legal awareness, and power imbalances between business actors and affected parties. This study recommends strengthening regulations, raising legal awareness, and fostering synergy among supervisory institutions to ensure that the legal liability of business actors is effectively enforced.

Abstract

Pendidikan yang berbasis teknologi diperkirakan akan mengalami trasformasi yang signifikan pada tahun 2030. Dalam Artikel ini penulis membahas proyeksi masa depan pendidikan berbasis teknologi pada tahun 2030 dengan fokus pada model pembelajaran yang dirancang untuk menghadapi tantangan era digital. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis literatur, tren teknologi terkini, dan wawancara dengan pakar pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi, seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), pembelajaran berbasis augmented reality (AR), dan platform adaptif berbasis data, akan menjadi pilar utama dalam mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih personal, inklusif, dan efisien. Selain itu, fleksibilitas model pembelajaran dan penguatan kompetensi digital guru menjadi kunci keberhasilan implementasi teknologi dalam pendidikan. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang meliputi kesenjangan digital, etika penggunaan teknologi, dan kesiapan infrastruktur pendidikan. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di masa depan.
