Abstract

Health Statistics provide information about people’s health and use of health services. The percentage of bed use in health service facilities been formulated consists of 4 parameters, namely BOR, LOS, TOI, BTO which can be depicted in a graphic known as Barber Johnson. The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of bed use based on Barber Johnson at RSJD Dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta in 2021. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive with Cross sectional design. Population in the form of monthly SHRI recapitulation. The results of this study show that the BOR calculation in 2021 was 48.43% in (Quarter 1), 58.82% (Quarter II), 46.56% (Quarter III), 42.63% (Quarter IV). 20-day AVLOS (Quarter I), 20 days (Quarter II), 18 days (Quarter III), 19 days (Quarter IV), TOI 21 days (Quarter I), 14 days (Quarter II), 21 days (Quarter III), 26 days (Quarter IV), BTO 2 times (Quarter I), 3 times (Quarter II), 2 times (Quarter III and IV). From the analysis conducted, the use of beds in RSJD has not been efficient. To improve the efficiency of bed use, hospital management further improves quality of service and limits value of inpatient indicators according to mental hospitals.

Abstract

In dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, the Global Alliance for Vaccine (GAVI) was working with its member countries to support the rapid handling of the virus. The Alliance of GAVI member countries was also leading the global effort for equitable access to a Covid-19 vaccine. In addition to the problem of the number of vaccines, another problem in the vaccination program was the willingness to be vaccinated and the public's trust in vaccines. The vaccination coverage rates in Sukoharjo Regency were very low and far from the target of 70%. Currently, the realization of vaccination has only reached 13.95% of the total vaccine target. Lack of proper information about vaccines can be the cause of the lack of public understanding of the importance of vaccination. This study aimed to determine the effect of hoax information on the willingness of the Gayam Village community to receive the Covid-19 vaccination. This research was a quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The dependent variable in this study was the public's willingness to receive the vaccine, while the independent variable was hoax information. The research sample was the Gayam Village community, which was taken by quota sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. The results of the study showed that 98% of respondents wanted to receive Covid-19 vaccinations, even though 49% of them were often exposed to Covid-19 hoax information. The results of statistical tests showed that the r result was 0.167 and the p-value was 0.97. These results indicate that there was no significant effect between exposure to hoax information and respondents' willingness to receive Covid-19 vaccinations. This was supported by the value of r, which was close to 0 at 0.167, indicating that the two variables had a weak correlation.

Abstract

Health cadres are a manifestation of the active participation of the community in posyandu. Cadres are the right target in implementing health programs because they are considered to be the first referral place for health services so that health cadres around the community are required to have a level of knowledge so that they can carry out the functions of the five tables properly. Cadres at Posyandu Teratai XII do not know and understand the five table system well, so the implementation of the posyandu is not optimal. The socialization and training of the five table system for Posyandu Teratai XII cadres are deemed necessary to increase the knowledge and competence of cadres in providing services to the community at the posyandu. The method used in this activity was to organize material debriefing and discussions by the community service team and assisting the implementation of the posyandu. Based on the pretest and post-test conducted on posyandu cadres, it showed that the cadres' level of knowledge about the five-table system had increased by 50%, the initial knowledge of 41.43% became 91.43%. In addition, based on the evaluation of posyandu activities, posyandu services have increased with the functioning of the five table system at Posyandu Teratai XII. This increase shows that the material provisioning activities and the five table system training, as well as mentoring, are running effectively.

Abstract

One of the efforts in the health sector is the creation of quality service. Patient satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of the performance of health services obtained after the patient compares with what he expects. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between waiting time and the level of patient satisfaction in obtaining health service at the public polyclinic of Pracimantoro I Health Care. Design the study used a quantitative analysis design with a cross-sectional approach and the data collection using a questionnaire. The method used in the analysis is the customer satisfaction indeks (CSI) method. The population in this study was patients who came for treatment at the Pracimantoro I Health Center in 2021 with a total of 16.511 people. The sampling method used an accidental sampling technique which was taken by 60 respondents. The result of the analysis of patient satisfaction using CSI with the result of 77.123 which means that the level of patient satisfaction in the general poly Pracimantoro I Health Center is in the satisfied category. Of the 60 respondent, more than half stated that the waiting time st the general polyclinic was not long (93,3%) and from the result of the kolmogrov-smirnov statistical test there was a relationship between waiting time.

Abstract

Implementation of health promotion needs to be addressed is the selection of media y ang accordance with the target. Health promotion media is a tool used to help the health promotion process. The right media make information more easily accepted by the target, so that behavior will also change according to the knowledge gained. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using visual media (leaflets) in health promotion about immunization. This research is a pre-experimental study with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data analysis technique used univariate and bivariate analysis. Univariate analysis was performed to see responden characterstic, while while bivariate data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon test to see how visual media's effect to knowledge and behaviour of immunization. The result showed that health promotion using visual media, namely leaflets can significantly increase both the knowledge and behavior of mothers about immunization

Abstract

Menstruation is a natural process that all adolescent girls experience. However, many young women feel uncomfortable or experience dysmenorrhea during this time. The main issues surrounding this topic are the lack of information about dysmenorrhea, the underutilization of android applications, and the lack of training on how to use these applications for health purposes, specifically for dysmenorrhea. To address these problems, the proposed solutions include increasing awareness and understanding about dysmenorrhea and providing training on how to use android applications for health, specifically for dysmenorrhea. The goal of this activity is to utilize android-based health applications, such as menstrual cycle reminder apps, to help adolescent girls manage dysmenorrhea and continue with their daily activities. This activity was conducted with 410 students from MTS Negeri 1 Boyolali in grades VII and VIII. The implementation of this activity involves several stages, including socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, evaluation, and planning for program sustainability. The partners' knowledge and understanding were evaluated by comparing pretest and posttest results, which showed an average score increase of 26.2 from 58.18 to 84.34. The students' enthusiasm for participating in the activity was also high, as evidenced by their active participation and application of the knowledge gained. The follow-up plan that will be carried out based on the results of community service includes optimizing the role of the School Health Unit in improving the reproductive health of students through collaboration with local health centers. Abstract

Penyelenggaraan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di Indonesia diberlakukan wajib bagi fasyankes sejak 2022 sebagai wujud adaptasi dari society era 5.0. Sebagai aplikasi yang baru diimplementasikan perlu dilakukan analisis penerimaan untuk memastikan kualitas dan keandalan RME. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan RME di RSUP Surakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada Maret–April 2025 dengan sampel berjumlah 106 orang meliputi dokter, perekam medis, perawat, apoteker, radiographer dan petugas IT yang diambil dengan metode total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner tertutup berjumlah 45 pertanyaan yang diadopsi dari penelitian terdahulu dan diisi oleh responden. Teori model penerimaan teknologi yang digunakan adalah UTAUT. Model ini berfokus pada empat faktor utama: harapan kinerja, harapan usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui outer model (model pengukuran) dan inner model (model struktural). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan intensi pengguna terhadap perilaku pengguna (p=<0,001 dan T=4,294); harapan usaha terhadap intensi pengguna (p=0,562 dan T=0,580); kondisi fasilitas terhadap perilaku pengguna (p=0,003 dan T=2,987); harapan kinerja terhadap intensi pengguna (p=0,113 dan T=1,583); pengaruh sosial terhadap intensi pengguna (p=0,006 dan T=2,732). Untuk meningkatkan intensi pengguna RME perlu dilakukan pengawasan secara rutin pada komponen sistem dan pengguna.

Abstract

Peran tenaga rekam medis pada masa pandemi adalah membaca, menganalisis serta menggunakan informasi (big data) pada era digital. Dalam mewujudkan perannya, petugas rekam medis wajib menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang menjadi stresor. Tujuan penelitian ini menentukan faktor yang berhubungan dengan gejala stres pada petugas rekam medis di era pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian berupa observasional analitik dengan studi cross sectional dan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Junlah responden dalam penelitian ini 147 orang. Penelitian dilakukan pada 5 September 2020 pukul 12.00 – 15.00 WIB melalui link Googleform. Analisis data dilakukan dengan SPSS. Gejala psikologi dan fisik menunjukkan skor lebih tinggi pada laki-laki. Gejala psikologi menunjukkan skor lebih tinggi pada perempuan. Berdasarkan tempat kerja, petugas yang bekerja di Puskesmas menunjukkan gejala stres yang lebih tinggi. Jenis kelamin dan tempat kerja berhubungan sdengan gejala fisik. Variabel umur dan lama kerja menunjukkan korelasi yang lemah-berlawanan arah pada gejala perilaku. Untuk variabel gejala psikologis, terbukti berkorelasi dengan lama kerja yang menunjukkan korelasi lemah-berlawanan arah. Selanjutnya, pada variabel gejala fisik berkolerasi dengan umur yang artinya terdapat korelasi lemah-berlawanan arah.Kata Kunci : stres kerja, tenaga rekam medis, covid-19

Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan penyakit pernasapan akibat virus corona yang menjadi pandemi sepanjang tahun 2020 dan terus berlanjut hingga saat ini. Penyakit ini menyebabkan kematian tertinggi di dunia, terutama penderita dengan penyakit komorbid. Penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat menjadi cara pencegahan Covid-19 yang harus dilakukan masyarakat terutama di tempat umum, seperti pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku penerapan protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19 pada pedagang Pasar Gemolong. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pasar Gemolong, Sragen dengan jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 295 responden yang dikumpulan menggunakan metode quota sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online melalui aplikasi google form, dan data yang terkumpul di analisis secara univariat dengan menyajikan distribusi frekuensi variabel. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh yaitu dari 295 responden yang diteliti, terdapat 79% responden sudah menerapkan protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19. Dari hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan mayoritas pedagang, sudah menerapkan protokol kesehatan.Kata Kunci: Covid-19, protokol kesehatan, pedagang pasar

Abstract

Lembar Catatan Perkembangan Pasien Terintegrasi (CPPT) menjadi salah satu dokumen yang dapat menunjang komunikasi antar petugas kesehatan dalam menangani pasien. Ketidaklengkapan lembar CPPT dapat mempengaruhi mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Pada triwulan 1 (satu) sampai triwulan 3 (tiga) tahun 2021 di RSJD dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta sering ditemukan kasus tidak lengkap salah satunya pada lembar CPPT. Dengan presentase kelengkapan rata-rata pada triwulan satu (9,73%), triwulan dua (7,48%), dan triwulan tiga (33,5%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis kualitatif dokumen CPPT rawat inap di RSJD dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan subjek penelitian perawat bangsal rawat inap, petugas analisis kelengkapan dan kepala rekam medis. Objek penelitian sebanyak 242 lembar CPPT rekam medis elektronik rawat inap. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara terhadap kelengkapan lembar CPPT rawat inap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa review kelengkapan dan konsistenan diagnose lembar CPPT 10,7% Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah belum konsisten diagnose masih rendah dan dipengaruhi oleh kelengkapan. Kesimpulan lembar CPPT belum konsistem dan lengkap.
