Abstract

This research was conducted and aimed to describe Installment Credit Policy ImplementationFiduciary System (CREATION) at PT. Pawnshop Branch Jatiwangi Majalengka. Thebackground of this research are the author examines terarik Credit Installment FiduciarySystem (CREATION) at PT. Pawnshop Branch Jatiwangi Majalengka. The study wasconducted to determine the extent of Installment Credit Policy Implementation FiduciarySystem (CREATION) at PT. Pawnshop Branch Jatiwangi Majalengka, knowing the factorsthat affect the implementation of the Credit Installment Fiduciary System (CREATION) atPT. Pawnshop Branch Jatiwangi Majalengka also to know the obstacles encountered in theimplementation of Installment Credit Policy Fiduciary System (CREATION) at PT.Pawnshop Branch Jatiwangi Majalengka, and efforts were made to overcome these barriers.The research method used is descriptive qualitative method approach, the study took place atPT. Pawnshop Branch Jatiwangi Majalengka. While the informants in this study is the HeadPT. Pawnshop Branch Jatiwangi Majalengka, executive power paul PT. Pawnshop BranchJatiwangi Majalengka and customer PT. Pawnshop Branch Jatiwangi Majalengka. Datacollection techniques used are literature studies, observation and in-depth interviews. Analysisof data is done through data reduction, data display, and verification and conclusion. Whiletesting the validity of the data dikukan using triangulation techniques. The PolicyImplementation theory used is Edward ІІІ theory, namely: 1. Communication, 2. Sources, 3.Disposition, 4. Bureaucratic structure

Abstract

ABSTRACT Street Vendors is a very complicated thing to ensure order. This became the basic tasks of municipal government in particular Cirebon Civil Service Police Unit to regulate street vendors, economic needs urgent that makes the street vendors sell on the road or on the sidewalk which should be forbidden by the local government area. The problem that arises if the implementation of policies regulating street vendors in the city of Cirebon can be increased in accordance with local regulations No. 9 of 2003 on Public Order policy on public order policy on public order by the local governments aimed so the vendors are supposed to walk not violate so as to create (Health, Beauty, and Order)The method used is qualitative research informant with the chairman of the peace and public order agencies Civil Service Police Unit Cirebon city and street vendors on the sidewalks and on the road in Jalan Siliwangi Cirebon City. Techniques of data collection using interviews, observation, data analysis, and data validity.Research results show that Control Policy Implementation street vendors in the city of Cirebon (status cases Jl. Siliwangi) is not optimal it is still a lot of problems including lack of regulatory policy on regulating local street vendors. Theories are taken using the theory of Van Meter and Van Horn include the size and purpose of the policy, resources, characteristics of the implementing agencies, communication between relevant organizations and implementing activities, social environment, political economy which is still unresolved due to the limited quality and quantity of the resources, the means, and infrastructure support order is not optimal.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research entitled "Planning of Cibuntu Village Tourism Development by Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Kuningan in Increasing Tourist Visit (Case Study of Tourism Destination)" This research objectives to find out the Village Tourism Development Planning Cibuntu by Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Kuningan in increasing visit tourism, to know the supporting factors and obstacles factor in the development planning of cibuntu tourism village by the Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Kuningan in improving the Visit of Tourism, and to know what efforts have been done by Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Kuningan in overcoming the obstacles factors.The research method used is qualitative method through descriptive approach by taking the research location in Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Kuningan and Cibuntu Tourism Village as supporting location. While the key informant is the Sector Head of Tourism Destination Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Kuningan and supporting informant is Movement Group Cibuntu Tourism Village and tour manager Cibuntu Tourism Village. Data collection techniques used are literature studies, observation, interviews and documentation as well as techniques testing the validity of data using triangulation techniques.The results of the Cibuntu Village Tourism Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Kuningan in increasing the Tourism Visit (Case Study of Tourism Destination) are viewed from dimensions according to Stoner James, AF (in Yayat Herujito 2006: 89) that is 1. Setting objectives (preserving the source the existing natural resources, increasing the number of tourist visits, improving the welfare of the community, empowering the community, creating creative industries in the community and increasing the original income of the district of Kuningan Regency 2. Determining the present situation (arrangement, clean up, develop rapidly), 3. Define the supporting and obstacles (supporting factors, natural beauty, adequate human resources, unique art and culture, and high community spirit while obstacles factors; Inadequate road infrastructure and Budget); 4. Develop a set of actions (cibuntu tourism village development based on Detail Engineering Design)

Abstract

AbstrakPermasalahan Pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah Peranan Reformasi Birokrasi dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Cirebon belum optimal. Hal tersebut diduga implementasi Peranan Reformasi Birokrasi dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi belum berjalan dengan efektif.Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, metode kualitatif adalah metode naturalistik, metode naturalistik merupakan ciri khas metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode nuturalistik adalah penelitian yang dilakukan pada latar alamiah yaitu pada situasi sosial yang sedang berlangsung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam metode naturalistik adalah pendekatan deskriptif yaitu menggambarkan fenomena yang sedang diteliti kemudian menganalisisnya secara mendalam.Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa peranan reformasi birokrasi dan budaya organisasi secara empirik memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kota Cirebon, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Dengan demikian peranan reformasi birokrasi dan budaya organisasi diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai parameter yang dapat memperbaiki kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Violence against women today is an interesting matter because it is widely discussed by practitioners, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), academics and the wider community. This was motivated by the demands of a more complex role of women in line with the times that tend to pay more attention to Human Rights (HAM) without looking at or differentiating gender.Activities carried out by the author use qualitative methods with descriptive analysis studies because the writer wants to describe and explain an event or situation. As described by Rachmat (1994: 24), that descriptive research only describes situations or events, does not test hypotheses.Domestic violence (domestic violence) is a problem that often occurs in households. Therefore, prevention must be done early. Religious education and the practice of religious teachings in the household are the keys to success in preventing domestic violence.To prevent domestic violence in the household, love, and compassion must be developed early on. Mother can play a big role in teaching children at home to love and love each other. Because the main perpetrators of domestic violence are generally husbands, the role of religious leaders, educators, sociologists, and intellectuals must be at the forefront to continue to voice the importance of the household as the smallest unit in society to be built well and away from domestic violence. In order to communicate this to the wider community, the role and participation of the media are very important and decisive.Practice a saying "My house is my palace". However the situation is a house, the house must be a place that gives warmth, calmness, peace, protection, and happiness to all family members.
