MODEL FUNGSI PRODUKSI PADI PADA PETANI PENGGUNA PUPUK SUBSIDI DI PROVINSI RIAU Rini Nizar; Anto Ariyanto

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk subsidi (Urea, NPK danSP36) terhadap produksi Gabah Kering Panen (GKP) melalui model produksi padipada petani pengguna subsidi pupuk di Provinsi Riau dan penentuan elastisitasproduksinya dan analisis kebijakan pupuk subsidi dan bagaimana dampaknyaterhadap produksi padi di Provinsi Riau. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakanpurposive sampling dimana pemilihan responden berdasarkan pertimbanganpeneliti, yaitu petani padi yang menggunakan pupuk subsidi. Sampel penelitian iniyaitu pada 7 Kabupaten pada daerah sentra produksi padi di Provinsi Riau, yaituKabupaten Kampar, Rokan Hilir, Rokan Hulu, Indragiri Hilir, Indragiri Hulu, Siak danKuntan Singingi. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah fungsi produksiCobb-Douglas. Fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas adalah salah satu fungsi produksiyang menunjukkan hubungan antara tingkat output dan tingkat (kombinasi) inputyang digunakan, yang dalam penelitian ini adalah pupuk subsidi. Metode estimasiyang digunakan adalah least square estimation. Fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas inidiaplikasikan pada petani padi pengguna pupuk subsidi di Provinsi Riau.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel pupuk subsidi NPK dan tenaga kerjapra-panen memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan hingga taraf kepercayaan5% terhadap produksi padi di Provinsi Riau. Nilai elastisitas produksinya adalah0,622 (in-elastis). Ini berarti bahwa Pertanian padi pengguna pupuk subsidi diProvinsi Riau berada pada kondisi Decreasing return) yang berarti penambahaninput sebesar 1 persen melebihi penambahan produksi sebesar 0,622 persen. Inimenunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pupuk subsidi tidak mampu memberikan nilaitambah dikarenakan proporsi penggunaan input terlalu berlebihan tidak proporsionaldengan hasil produksi, sehingga untuk meningkatkan skala hasil maka diharapkanpetani padi dapat lebih mengefisienkan lagi biaya-biaya input.Kata kunci : fungsi cobb-douglas, elastisitas produksi, simulasi kebijakan subsidipupuk

Saat ini pengelola jurnal dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas jurnalnya sehingga dapat terakreditasi nasional sinta maupun internasional. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Fakutas Syariah dan Hukum Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau saat ini masih kurangnya pengetahun dalam pengelolaan jurnal. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk berbagi pengetahuan bagi para pengelola jurnal di Fakultas Syariah dan Hukum, Universitas Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, bagaimana mengelola jurnal sesuai dengan akreditas sinta. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah orientasi, workshop, bedah jurnal dan evalusi. Metode ini terdapat empat tahapan yaitu pra pelatihan, pelatihan, pasca pelatihan dan kegiatan pengabdian berkelanjutan. Hasil yang diperolah dari kegaitan pelatihan ini adalah peserta semakin memahami bagaimana mengelola jurnal dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan akreditasi sinta

Pancuran Gading Village is one of the villages in the Tapung sub-district, Kampar Regency, Riau province. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and assist the Pancuran Gading Village website, Kampar Regency. Currently Pancuran Gading Village will be used as a pilot village by the Ministry of Villages. Therefore it is necessary to improve existing facilities and one of the pilot villages is a digital village. The problem faced by partners is that there is no village website yet. The village website is a media of information for residents or society in general. The methods for implementing this service are preparation and planning, field surveys and interviews, data collection, website design and development, implementation of mentoring and website handover, evaluation and final reporting. The result of this service is in the form of a web profile for Pancuran Gading Village. And then provide assistance regarding the use of the website..

E-commerce is an internet-based technology that can be used to market products widely. Ibnu Al-Mubarok Islamic Boarding School is one of the agro-tourism boarding schools that has many products in the fields of agriculture, animal husbandry, and SMEs. However, in order to support economic independence, the range of product marketing is still limited. This service activity resulted in the Al-Mubarok Farm E-Commerce application. With this application, Al-Mubarok Islamic Boarding School Pekanbaru is able to increase promotion and sales turnover of agricultural products.

ABSTRAK. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui luas lahan kelapa sawit dan jumlah ternak sapi yang dimiliki para petani kelapa sawit, total biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan bersih dan kelayakan usaha pada usahatani tersebut. Metode yang digunakan puporsive sampling. Populasi penelitian ditetapkan berdasarkan kriteria spesifik yaitu petani yang mengusahakan usaha ternak sapi dengan usahatani kelapa sawit. Petani yang dijadikan responden berjumlah 35 petani kelapa sawit yang juga mengusahakan usaha ternak sapi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan data pendapatan usahatani dan ternak sapi untuk mengetahui besaran pendapatan usahatani dan ternak sapi dalam 1 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan luas lahan yang diusahakan petani pada pertanian terpadu di Kampung Delima Jaya Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan didominasi dengan luas lahan sebesar 3-4 hektar sebanyak 16 orang atau 45,71% sedangkan jumlah sapi yang dimiliki petani rata-rata didominasi 4-5 ekor sapi sebanyak 11 orang atau 31,42%. Total rata-rata biaya tetap usahatani terpadu berjumlah Rp 1.610.551,-/tahun. Total rata-rata biaya tidak tetap usahatani terpadu berjumlah Rp 53.813.873,-/tahun, yang terdiri dari biaya tidak tetap pada usahatani kelapa sawit sebesar Rp 23.409.588/tahun,- sedangkan untuk rata-rata biaya tidak tetap pada usaha ternak sapi sebesar Rp 30.404.285,-/tahun. Total rata-rata penerimaan usahatani terpadu berjumlah Rp 163.389.286,-/tahun, yang terdiri dari rata-rata penerimaan pada usahatani kelapa sawit sebesar Rp 123.649.286,-/tahun sedangkan untuk rata-rata penerimaan pada usaha ternak sapi sebesar Rp 39.740.000,-/tahun. Maka rata-rata pendapatan bersih yang diperoleh petani adalah sebesar Rp 91.383.564,-/tahun. R/C rasio-nya adalah 2,95 yang berarti bahwa usaha pertanian terpadu antara kelapa sawit dengan ternak sapi di Kampung Delima Jaya Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak layak untuk dilanjutkan karena R/C rasio-nya >1.Kata kunci : Kelapa sawit, ternak sapi, pendapatan, R/C ratio.Oil Palm and Cattle Integrated Agricultural Income in Delima Jaya Village, Kerinci Kanan District, Siak RegencyABSTRACT. The purpose of this research was to find out the area of oil palm land and the number of cattle owned by oil palm farmers find out the total cost, revenue, net income and business feasibility of the farming. The method used is the purposive sampling method with the study population determined based on specific criteria, namely farmers who cultivate cattle with oil palm farming. The farmers who were used as respondents were 35 oil palm farmers who also worked in cattle farming. Analysis of the data used is using data analysis of farm and cattle income to determine the amount of farm and cattle income in 1 year. The results showed that the area of land cultivated by farmers in integrated farming in Delima Jaya Village, Kerinci Kanan District was dominated by 16 people or 45,71% of the land area of 3-4 hectares, while the average number of cows owned by farmers was dominated by 4-5 cows. as many as 11 people or 31,42%. The average total fixed cost of integrated farming is Rp 1.610.551,-/year. The average total variable variable cost of integrated farming is Rp 53.813.873,-/year, which consists of variable costs in oil palm farming of Rp 23.409.588,-/year, while the average variable cost in the cattle business in the amount of Rp 30.404.285,-/year. The total average income for integrated farming is Rp 163.389.286/year, which consists of an average income for oil palm farming of Rp 123.649.286,-/year while the average income for cattle farming is Rp 39.740.000,-/year. So the average net income earned by farmers is Rp 91.383.564,-/year. The R/C ratio is 2,95 which means that the integrated farming business between oil palm and cattle in Delima Jaya Village, Kerinci Kanan District, Siak Regency is feasible to continue because the R/C ratio is >1.

This study described adaptation options in 4 villages in the Siak sub-district, Siak Sri Indrapura district, Riau province. Since the beginning of the reformation, Siak Sri Indrapura district was established which was expanded of Bengkalis district. Simultaneously also present there are plantation forest industries, oil palm plantations, immigration and urban development. This study is a qualitative study with a social history approach. The research was conducted from July 2022 to December 2020. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and FGDs at the village and Siak sub-district levels. Data were analyzed using a taxonomic analysis approach, the results of the analysis were written descriptively. The results of this study found that the presented of the Siak Sri Indrapura district, the plantation forest industry and the plantation industry as well as migrants caused the community to be uprooted from their agrarian economic culture. To be able to survive, the community carries out a long-term adaptation process through the transfer of sources of livelihood from agriculture to urban services and seizes the remnants of the urban economy and education. This study concludes that the pressure of ecological change forces people to adapt according to the resources they have. This study strengthens Bennett's adaptation theory that the adaptability of society does not exceed the resources they have.Key Word : Adaptation, Agriculture, Urban Services, Siak Community

Kesulitan peternak dalam penjualan sapi dimasa pandemi Covid 19, membuat penjualan sapi menurun setiap tahunnnya. Permasalahan utamanya adalah kesulitan dalam memasarkan sapi dikarenakan keterbatasan informasi dan ruang gerak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi penjualan sapi berbasis website. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pengembangan model SDLC Waterfall dengan lokasi penelitian yatu di Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru. Aplikasi dibuat seperti marketplace yaitu para peternak bisa memasukkan info sapi ternaknya dan harganya sehingga pembeli bisa dengan mudah melihat kondisi sapi dan mengetahui harga sapi tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi penjualan sapi berbasis web dibuat menggunakan bootstrap sehingga bisa diakses menggunakan smartphone baik bagi peternak maupun pembeli.

The low accessibility of handling and services for persons with disabilities in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, will certainly be an obstacle to the fulfillment and protection of rights for persons with disabilities. These barriers will have an impact on the development and rights of life for these marginalized people. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an assessment to map the general situation and optimize the fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities. In this case, the researcher appointed Pekanbaru City as the focus of research. The stages of the research method are literature study, interviews, field observations, focus group discussions and data analysis. The results of this study will be used as a basis for developing policies that are inclusive of persons with disabilities so that they have equal opportunities before the State to enjoy social, economic, political, civil and cultural rights. The purpose of the study was to analyze the perception of the disabled community towards disability policies and facilities in the city of Pekanbaru and to analyze the preferences of the disabled community towards policies and facilities. The results show that the highest need for Infrastructure is 93%. In the Health sector, Hospital Needs with a percentage of 95.4%, Business Capital Requirements really help the economy of families with disabilities, namely the largest response of 94.70%, the Education Sector for special knowledge needs for disabilities the largest 84.3%, and the religious field needs lecturers and preachers disability-friendly 78.9%.

Research Objectives : 1. Knowing the internal factors faced by the Honey Bee (Apis mellifera) business owned by Setia Jaya Madu in Tualang District, Siak Regency. 2. Knowing the external factors faced by the Honey Bee (Apis mellifera) business owned by Setia Jaya Madu in Tualang District, Siak Regency. 3. Knowing the right strategy in developing the potential of Setia Jaya Madu's Honey Bee (Apis mellifera) business in Tualang District, Siak Regency. The method used in this study is a purposive sampling method (intentional sampling), namely 1 business owner Setia Jaya Madu, 10 workers (specifically for the production department), and 9 consumers. The results showed that the internal factors were in the form of strengths and weaknesses. Its strengths are strategic business locations that are easily accessible via google maps and located on the side of the road, have labels on the packaging, the product has been listed in BPOM, honey has passed the purity test, the workforce has attended training, the availability of nectar from the base of the acacia tree leaves as raw material in production, and have regular customers. Meanwhile, the weaknesses are that it does not have a branch of business, the technology is still simple, the product packaging in large quantities does not include a business label so that it looks less attractive, and the lack of human resources in the field of marketing. External factors are in the form of opportunities and threats. The opportunity is that it can be used as a gift, the market share is still wide, there is support and guidance from the government, and a relationship with PT Arara Abadi as a company that provides raw material for nectar from the base of the acacia tree leaves. Meanwhile, the threat is that there are competitors who also have a honey bee business in the vicinity of the respondent's business location, pests (bears) attack, and production is very dependent on the weather regarding the water content in honey. The right strategy in developing the Honey Bee (Apis mellifera) business owned by Setia Jaya Madu in Tualang District, Siak Regency is the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, which is to retain regular customers to increase the market and take advantage of the availability of nectar from the base of the acacia tree leaves as raw material in production obtained in collaboration with PT Arara Abadi

This study aims to determine whether the influence of the HIV counseling and testing program on self-acceptance in HIV patients has an impact on quality of life. This research uses quantitative methods with verification analysis using the PLS Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) statistical test. The total population in this study was no greater than 100 respondents, the author took 100% of the population of HIV patients who were identified by sources and information at the Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru Community Health Center, 71 people. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the counseling program on self-acceptance of HIV patients, there is an influence of HIV testing on self-acceptance of HIV patients, there is an influence of counseling programs on quality of life, there is an influence of HIV testing on quality of life, there is an influence of quality of life on self-acceptance of HIV patients, quality of life mediates the relationship between counseling programs and HIV patient self-acceptance, quality of life mediates the relationship between HIV testing and self-acceptance of HIV patients at Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru Health Center.
