Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Teluk Jering Kecamatan Tambang, Riau. Masyarakat di lokasi pengabdian memiliki potensi peternakan dan pertanian. Salah satu potensi yang dapat dikembangkan oleh mitra adalah memanfaatkan urin ternak menjadi pupuk cair. Permasalahan mitra adalah belum optimalnya penyediaan pupuk secara mandiri, selain itu mitra belum memiliki keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang cukup untuk mengolah urin ternak menjadi pupuk cair. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan kepada gapoktan dengan tujuan kegiatan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan urin ternak menjadi pupuk cair, serta memberi penyadaran kepada masyarakat untuk peduli kepada lingkungan. Metode kegiatan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat adalah, penyadaran, penyuluhan, demonstrasi, dan evaluasi. Urin ternak selain dapat dijadikan pupuk cair sekaligus untuk membersihkan lingkungan, memberikan solusi dalam masalah pemenuhan kebutuhan pupuk, serta mengurangi pengeluaran petani untuk membeli pupuk, serta meminimalkan pemakaian pupuk kimia. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta 83,33%. Lingkungan jadi bersih dan tidak terbuang urin ternak.

Abstract

Abstract: Obesity is a weight increase over skeletal limit and physic as a effect of accumulation over fat in our body. In adolescent, obesity will give an effect to phsycosocial include self confidence. Adolescent will always keep a distance by her friends, inclination to get less self confidence. The purpose of this research is to known about relation between obesity and self confidence in SMA Negeri 1 Tidore Islands. This research using analitic observational method by using a cross sectional study. Sampling technique is the total sampling with a sample of 35 people. The data analysis is done with using the chi-square test (X2), at the 95% significance level (á 0.05). The result of statistics test found value p = 0,007 á < 0,05, this value is smaller than á = 0.05. The conclusion of this study there is relationship between obesity and adolescent self confidence in SMA Negeri 1 Tidore.Suggestions they need education about obesity and physical facilities such as sports service. Keywords : Adolescent, Obesity, Self Confidence Abstrak: Obesitas adalah peningkatan berat badan melebihi batas kebutuhan skeletal dan fisik sebagai akibat akumulasi lemak berlebihan dalam tubuh. Pada kelompok remaja, obesitas akan berpengaruh pula pada perkembangan psikososial termasuk kepercayaan diri. Remaja obesitas yang dijauhi oleh teman-temannya memiliki kecenderungan untuk mengalami kepercayaan diri yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan obesitas dengan kepercayaan diri pada remaja di SMA Negeri 1 Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional study. Teknik sampling yaitu sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji chi-square (X2), pada tingkat kemaknaan 95% (á 0,05). Hasil penelitian dari uji statistic yang didapatkan nilai p = 0,007 á <0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan antara obesitas dengan kepercayaan diri pada remaja di SMA Negeri 1 Tidore Kepulauan. Saran perlunya pendidikan tentang obesitas dan pelayanan fasilitas fisik seperti olahraga. Kata kunci: Remaja, Obesitas, Kepercayaan Diri

Abstract

The most consumed part of the plants is the leaf part so that the fertilizer provided should contain high nitrogen (N). The nature of the N fertilizer is volatile and when the rainy season there can be washing. When plants deficienci nutrients shows symtoms of yellowing leaves so that the application of N fertilizer to the plant must remain unfulfilled. Azolla is a usable alternative. Azolla has a high N nutrient content because it is symbiotic with anabaena in binding to free nitrogen in the air. The purpose of this study was to determine the chemical composition (pH,N,P,K) Azolla mycrophylla. The experiment was conducted experimentally with the first stage of composting azolla after it was done chemical analysis in the laboratory. The result of this research can be concluded that chemical analysis of Azolla mycrophylla cpmpost is as follows :pH 7,17, N 2,57%, P 0,34%, K 0,03%.

Abstract

Nowadays people are increasingly concerned about the importance of product quality. The use of fertilizers derived from organic materials is believed to bring more benefits to agricultural products where products become healthier, environmentally friendly and can reduce the negative impact of chemicals that are harmful to humans and the environment. Veg mole is expected in addition to its local microorganisms also Nitrogen element content can increase the growth and production of mustard plants.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect and to get a good dose of MOL vegetable waste on the growth and production of mustard plants.The experiment was conducted experimentally using non factorial completely Randomized Design (RAL) consisting of 5 treatment levels and 4 replications to obtain 20 experimental units. Each plot consists of 16 plants and 4 plants as sample. The level of treatment is as follows: Mo: Without giving MOL of vegetable waste, M1: Giving MOL vegetable waste 75 cc / l water, M2: Giving of MOL vegetable waste 150 cc / l water, M3: Giving MOL vegetable waste 225 cc / l water , M4: Giving MOL vegetable waste 300 cc / l waterThe result of this research can be concluded that vegetable MOL has no significant effect on all observed parameters, ie plant height (cm), number of leaf (strands), leaf length (cm), leaf width (cm), wet weight (g) consumption (g).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain sweet corn varieties that can be cultivated Pekanbaru. The method used is an experimental method to design treatment 5 varieties of sweet corn that is v1 = Sugar 75; v2 = Star Asia; v3 = Bonanza; v4 = Sagita sweet; v5 = Master sweet, and using a completely randomized design environment and repeated 6 times. Parameter observation is plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, length cob without husk (cm), weight berkelobot cob, cob weight without berkelobot (g), and seed sugar content (%). The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance followed by DMRT multiple range test at 5%. Asia Star varieties are best varieties, followed by varetas sagita Sweet.

Abstract

Research conducted experiments using a completely randomized design environment with three replications, and design of treatment that is the time of planting silk kale as secondary crops to the cultivation of sweet corn (K) consisting of: k1 = planting at the same time; k2 = time of planting silk kale 1 week after planting sweet corn; k3 = time of planting silk kale 2 weeks after planting sweet corn; k4 = time of planting silk kale 3 weeks after planting sweet corn; K5 = single planting sweet corn planting time = k1; k6 = single silk kale planting time = k1. The results showed that silk kale can be planted together with sweet corn planting time, up to three weeks after planting sweet corn. Results of sweet corn is not influenced by the timing of planting different silk kale. Land values in the cropping system Equality sweet corn with silk kale is 1.83. Competition index between sweet corn and silk kale is 1.73.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Sorghum has the advantage on agroecology broad adaptability, resistant to drought, higher production, and greater resistance to pests and diseases than other food crops. In addition to food substitution of sorghum utilization can also be used as a raw material source of alternative energy, namely as a fertilizer industry bioethanol.Dengan the bones of calcium and magnesium in the soil can be supplied and is also expected to increase the soil pH. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and get a good dose of fertilizer tlang on the growth of sorghum. Research conducted an experiment with completely randomized design consisting of 4 levels treatments and 3 replications. S0 = Without treatment (control), S1 = Giving bone meal 5 g / plant, S2 = Giving bone flour 10 gr / plant, S3 = Giving bone flour 15 gr / plant. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance if F count ≥ F tables at the level of 5%, then followed by a further test Duncans. The results Award bone meal no real effect on all parameters of plant growth (plant height, leaf width and leaf length), results showed an increasing trend of numerical results with increasing dose given bone meal.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan mendapatkan konsentrasipupuk Rite Grow-1 Green yang baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim(Brassica chinensis).Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimen dengan metode RancanganAcak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial. Perlakuan penelitian ini adalah konsentrasipupuk Rite grow-1 green yaitu : R0 :Tanpa pemberian Rite grow-1 green (kontrol), R1: Pemberian Rite grow-1 green 20 ml/l air, R2 : Pemberian Rite grow-1 green 30 ml/lair, R3 : Pemberian Rite grow-1 green 40 ml/l air, R4 : Pemberian Rite grow-1 green50 ml/l air, R5 : Pemberian Rite grow-1 green 60 ml/l air. Berdasarkan hasil penelitiandapat diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut : Pemberian konsentrasi Rite grow-1 greenmenunjukkan pengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan lebar daun tanamancaisim tetapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun, bobot basah tanaman dan bobottanaman yang dikonsumsi, Pemberian Rite grow-1 green dengan konsentrasi 20 ml/ lair memberikan pertumbuhan dan produksi terbaik terhadap tanaman caisim
