Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Sekolah terhadap Hasil Belajar di SMK N 1 Lolayan, untuk mengetahui Peran Orang Tua terhadap Hasil Belajar di SMK N 1 Lolayan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Sekolah dan Peran Orang Tua secara bersama sama terhadap Hasil Belajar di SMK N 1 Lolayan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Survey penelitian yang bersumber data dan informasi utamanya diperoleh dari responden sebagai sempel penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Hasil Penelitian variabel Lingkungan Sekolah () memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap variabel Hasil Belajar (Y) di SMK N 1 Lolayan, variabel Peran Orang Tua () memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap variabel Hasil Belajar (Y) di SMK N 1 Lolayan, dan variabel Lingkungan Sekolah (), variabel Peran Orang Tua () secara bersama sama memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap variabel Hasil Belajar (Y) di SMK N 1 Lolayan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Sekolah, Peran Orang Tua, Hasil Belajar ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of the School Environment on Learning Outcomes at SMK N 1 Lolayan, to determine the Role of Parents on Learning Outcomes at SMK N 1 Lolayan, and to determine the influence of the School Environment and the Role of Parents together on Learning Outcomes at SMK N 1 Lolayan. The research method used is the Survey research method, the main source of data and information is obtained from respondents as research samples using questionnaires or surveys as data collection instruments. The results of the study show that the School Environment variable (X_1) has a positive or significant influence on the Learning Outcome variable (Y) at SMK N 1 Lolayan, the Parental Role variable (X_2) has a positive or significant influence on the Learning Outcome variable (Y) at SMK N 1 Lolayan, and the School Environment variable (X_1), the Parental Role variable (X_2) together have a positive or significant influence on the Learning Outcome variable (Y) at SMK N 1 Lolayan. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi guru, kreativitas mengajar guru secara bersama sama terhadap hasil belajar siswa jurusan manajemen perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Modoinding. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, yang bersumber dari data dan informasi utamanya diperoleh dari responden sebagai sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa jurusan manajemen perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Modoinding yang berjumlah 78 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah random sampling dengan taraf 5% sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 65 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel komunikasi guru dan variabel kreativitas mengajar guru secara bersama sama memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa jurusan manajemen perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Modoinding. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Guru, Kreativitas Mengajar Guru, Hasil Belajar. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of teacher communication, teacher teaching creativity together on the learning outcomes of office management students at SMK Negeri 1 Modoinding. The research method used is a survey method, which is sourced from data and information mainly obtained from respondents as research samples using questionnaires or questionnaires as data collection instruments. The population in this study were 78 office management students at SMK Negeri 1 Modoinding. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a level of 5% so that a sample of 65 students was obtained. The results of the study showed that the variables of teacher communication and the variables of teacher teaching creativity together had a positive or significant influence on the learning outcomes of office management students at SMK Negeri 1 Modoinding.
