Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of Google Earth and digital maps in remote sensing learning and evaluate its strengths and challenges from a student's perspective. Although students generally show a positive attitude towards digital technology, obstacles such as inadequate infrastructure, less interactive learning methods, and low GIS literacy persist. Using a quantitative method, a descriptive statistics of 26 students in the sixth semester of geography concentration was analyzed descriptively using Microsoft Excel. The results showed that students' perception of the use of Google Earth was in an outstanding category (mean = 4.29), particularly in the affective aspect, which reflected high interest and enthusiasm for Google Earth. However, the technology and accessibility aspects obtained the lowest score (mean = 3,968), indicating that there are still infrastructure barriers and limited access to technology. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a learning model based on constructivist theory, supported by technological approaches and improving spatial intelligence, as well as encouraging a more inclusive education policy and continuous training for students so that somebody can optimize the use of geospatial media such as Google Earth can be optimized in improving students' spatial literacy and problem-solving skills. Abstract

Abstract

Digital technologies are changing rapidly, and this has changed the financial services industry, especially how people decide where to invest their money. This study looks at how digital literacy, financial literacy, and fear of missing out (FOMO) affect how much risk young investors are willing to take when investing with information disclosure as a mediating variable. The research data is taken from 447 investors of Gen Y and Z in West Java and used Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLSSEM). The results show that being financially literate makes people more likely to search for financial information, but it also makes them less willing to take risks when investing. This suggests that people who know a lot about money are more careful when they invest. On the other hand, FOMO has a positive effect on both information searching and risk tolerance, showing how emotions can affect people online. Digital literacy helps people be more willing to take risks, but it does not have a big effect on how much information they search. These results show how important cognitive and emotional factors are in determining how people act when it comes to IT-driven finances. The study helps with responsible digital transformation by showing how important it is for individuals to be ready to navigate fintech ecosystems. It also gives regulators, platform providers, and educators ideas on how to promote more informed and resilient investment practices.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and the use of the SIAPIK application mediated by financial inclusion on access to credit for MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach to analyze the results of the distributed questionnaires. The population in this study were MSMEs that collaborated with Bank Indonesia Cirebon and used the SIAPIK application in their financial records. To determine the number of samples, the Slovin formula was used, so that the total number of samples was 60 samples. The data analysis used was the SEM-PLS method with the Smart PLS 4 application. The results of this study found that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on access to credit for MSMEs. The use of the SIAPIK application has a positive but not significant effect on access to credit, indicating that the role of this application is still limited in influencing access to financing. Financial inclusion also has a positive and significant effect on access to credit, indicating that connectivity with formal financial services facilitates access to financing. Financial literacy has been shown to have a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion. However, financial inclusion is unable to mediate the relationship between financial literacy and the use of the SIAPIK application on access to credit.

Abstract

In this modern era, the construction industry has undergone a significant transformation with the adoption of digital technology. One of the innovations in the construction industry today is Building Information Modeling, or BIM, as a tool to manage projects efficiently and become part of the digital industrial sector. Accuracy in construction cost estimation is very important to get an efficient value in planning. Currently, cost budget calculations on development projects still often use conventional methods that produce greater value. Therefore, this research uses the concept of BIM dimension 5D which aims to analyze the volume and cost estimates and analyze the difference in volume and cost using the BIM dimension 5D method and conventional methods on the construction of the Muara Lawa West Kutai Garden Office Development structure. The results of the research on the structural work of the Muara Lawa Kutai Barat Office Garden Development using the 5D concept produced a steel volume of 1102.14 kg with a cost of Rp. 18,956,808.00. A concrete volume of 6.6 m3 with a cost of Rp. 30,201,875. This resulted in a steel volume difference of 13.53% and a concrete volume difference of 10.22%. This means that the calculations using the 5D BIM concept are lower compared to the cost planning produced by the Contractor.

Abstract

This research delves into the algorithmic complexities of the King of Diamonds game from Alice in Borderland II, a unique variant of the Keynesian Beauty Contest. This game features imperfect information, dynamic player elimination, and a critical rule where the objective is to choose a number closest to 80% of the average of all chosen numbers. We propose and evaluate a Bayesian Learning Agent designed to adapt its strategy against diverse opponents. The BLA employs Bayesian inference to dynamically update its beliefs about opponent behaviors, integrating these predictions into a Keynesian Beauty Contest decision-making framework. Through extensive simulations, the BLA consistently demonstrates superior performance. For instance, in games against four random opponents, the BLA achieved a survival rate of 67.00%, significantly outperforming the random players' combined 33.00% survival rate, and consistently maintained an average absolute distance to the target of 10.59 units across rounds. Notably, against four naive Fifty players, the BLA achieved a 100.00% survival rate with an extremely low average distance of 0.08 units, concluding games in a single round. Furthermore, the study provides a specialized algorithmic analysis for the game's challenging two-player endgame, where it exhibited a 1.30% draw rate in relevant scenarios. Our findings offer novel insights into designing adaptive AI agents for complex, imperfect information games with unique convergence dynamics, extending the understanding of computational strategies in evolving competitive environments.
