Abstract

This article exemplifies the application of mathematical (game theoretic) modeling to describe economic phenomenon, i.e., conflicts within the global trading system. The main proposition of this article is that broadening time horizon and promoting information exchange between the parties in conflicts will result in cooperative solution.

Abstract

The design of this web-based 3kg LPG gas distribution system specifically aims to create an effective and efficient gas distribution process, producing accurate reports. In general, the development of this distribution system is an effort to improve services to the community and UMKM that become agents. Problems with the conventional distribution system at the Army Cooperative Centre agents often result in invalid data and inaccurate information. The data management and distribution process has not been computerised online. This slows down the gas distribution reporting process, and weak monitoring services to all agents. The system design uses an online website platform. The system design method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the model approach used is Waterfall with 5 stages, namely, a) Planning b) Analysis c) Design d) Implementation e) Maintance. The programming language used is PHP, and the database application uses MySql data processor. The conceptual design of the system uses Unifed Modeling Language (UML) using 4 (four) diagrams according to design needs, namely Usecase Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and Class Diagram. The result of the design is a Web-based LPG 3 kg Gas Distribution System that can simplify the distribution process and produce reports that are fast, precise and accurate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation process of the Family Hope Program (Program Keluarga Harapan, PKH) in Alla District and assess its impact on community welfare. Utilizing a qualitative approach, data collection techniques included observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process involved data reduction and presentation to derive meaningful insights. The findings indicate that the implementation of PKH in Alla District significantly enhances the welfare of impoverished families, particularly in fulfilling their educational, health, and economic needs. The program alleviates the financial burdens faced by Beneficiary Families (Keluarga Penerima Manfaat, KPM) and improves their access to essential health services through the Healthy Indonesia Card (Kartu Indonesia Sehat, KIS). The success of the PKH program is contingent upon several factors, including the accuracy of beneficiary data, effective coordination among stakeholders, and robust management practices. Despite its positive outcomes, the study identifies several challenges that could hinder the program's sustainability. These challenges include the limited number of facilitators available to support KPM and the necessity for a structured graduation process for beneficiaries. Addressing these issues is crucial to ensure that the program not only continues to provide immediate assistance but also fosters long-term economic independence among beneficiaries. Overall, the PKH program has a profound impact on improving community welfare, particularly for KPM, by facilitating access to education, healthcare, and economic resources. It plays a vital role in easing the economic strain on families, especially in financing children's education and healthcare needs. The role of PKH facilitators is critical in ensuring that the assistance provided is utilized effectively. While the direct economic benefits of the program are evident, it is essential to tackle the existing challenges to enhance the program's sustainability and promote the economic self-sufficiency of KPM in the long run.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of E-government through the New Normal Online Campus Research Information System (NENI SILINCA) at the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP) of South Sulawesi Province. It aims to identify both the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting the system's role in enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of public services. The study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, employing data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the processes of data condensation, data display, conclusion drawing, and verification. The findings indicate that the implementation of NENI SILINCA has contributed positively to public service delivery. The system enables students to process research permit applications online, thereby streamlining administrative procedures and reducing operational costs. Transparency is significantly improved, as users can monitor the progress of their applications in real-time. From the policy content perspective, NENI SILINCA promotes digital transformation in public services by providing faster and more convenient access. Nonetheless, several technical obstacles remain, including system errors, unstable internet connectivity, and ambiguity in document requirements for students conducting research outside their home region. From the implementation context perspective, the success of this initiative is influenced by political commitment and institutional capacity. The leadership of the Governor and the Head of DPMPTSP plays a pivotal role in ensuring the system’s effectiveness. Cross-sector collaboration with educational institutions and technical teams also facilitates clearer task division and coordination. Key enabling factors include strong regulatory support, the technical team’s readiness, and policy socialization efforts. However, limitations such as inadequate outreach and frequent network disruptions continue to pose challenges. Therefore, enhancing technological infrastructure and adopting more effective communication strategies are essential to ensure the optimal and sustainable implementation of NENI SILINCA as a digital innovation in public service.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a web-based drug information application in providing accessible and reliable drug-related information to the public in Gorontalo Province, Indonesia. A prospective, non-randomized study was conducted with 205 participants from the Gorontalo community. Participants completed a structured questionnaire assessing their experience with the "Cari Obatmu" feature on the Ikatan Apoteker Indonesia (IAI) Gorontalo website. The questionnaire covered various aspects such as user interface, search efficiency, clarity of drug indications, side effects, and usability. Descriptive statistics, Cronbach's Alpha for reliability, One-Way ANOVA for demographic differences, and effect size analysis were used in data analysis. The findings indicated high user satisfaction, with mean scores ranging from 4.16 to 4.28 across different aspects assessed. A Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.975 confirmed excellent internal consistency of the data. The One-Way ANOVA analysis revealed no significant differences in satisfaction scores among demographic groups (p = 0.636), with effect sizes being minimal. The web-based drug information application was well-received, particularly for its functionality and ease of use. However, further improvements are necessary to enhance user experience and feature development. These findings highlight the potential to expand web-based drug information tools to improve public health outcomes in Indonesia, considering the diverse demographic and user needs.

Abstract

Kualita Jaya menjual jasa pembuatan furniture interior dan eksterior. CV Kualita Jaya menyediakan pembuatan eksterior interior furniture dengan bahan kayu, aluminium, stainless besi maupun kombinasi material aluminium frame diayam dengan rotan sintetis dan kayu jati. Pada saat ini, CV Kualita Jaya belum memiliki sebuah sistem informasi yang mendukung untuk kebutuhan pemasaran dan pengelolaan data laporan penjualan dan pembelian. Dengan adanya sebuah sistem informasi yang terintregasi, maka diharapkan penjualan CV Kualita Jaya dapat berkembang dan laporan jumlah penjualan pembelian dapat memberikan gambaran umum keuangan bisnis. Dengan belum adanya sistem informasi yang mewadahi maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sistem informasi penjualan pembelian dan laporan berbasis web. Dalam membuat sistem informasi penjualan web, Framework merupakan sebuah kerangka kerja yang digunakan untuk membantu web developer dalam pembuatan sebuah sistem informasi. Dengan menggunakan Framework maka penulisan kode akan menjadi lebih mudah, rapi, dan lebih terstruktur. Adapun Framework yang digunakan dalam adalah Framework Laravel. Implementasi sistem informasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan PHP, database MySQL, HTML, CSS dan Laravel sebagai Framework.Kata kunci : Web, Framework, Laravel, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven the adoption of chatbots as one of the innovations in customer service within e-commerce platforms. Tokopedia, as one of Indonesia’s leading e-commerce platforms, introduced the chatbot “TANYA” to enhance user experience. However, the effectiveness of chatbots in influencing users' purchase intention remains a question, considering various factors that may affect online purchase decisions. Therefore, this study examines the influence of communication competence, information quality, and credibility on purchase intention, with satisfaction as a mediating variable among Tokopedia chatbot users. This research employs a quantitative method using a survey approach with 195 respondents who are users of the “TANYA” chatbot on Tokopedia. Data analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that communication competence, credibility, and satisfaction positively and significantly affect purchase intention, while information quality positively affects satisfaction. Furthermore, satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between information quality and purchase intention. This study contributes to enriching the digital marketing literature on the effectiveness of chatbots in shaping consumer satisfaction and purchase intention. It also provides managerial implications for e-commerce platform managers in optimizing chatbot features to increase purchase transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of information quality and promotional media on satisfaction with BSI mobile banking (case study of FAI UMSU students). This study uses a quantitative method with random sampling of 84 samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative analysis, namely the process of analyzing data in the form of numbers by means of statistical calculations to measure the quality of information and promotional media on satisfaction with BSI mobile banking. The results of the study show that simultaneously, information quality (X1) and promotional media (X2) have a significant effect on BSI mobile banking user satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

In this paper, the role of information and communication technology (ICT) in Islamic education is analyzed with an emphasis on the challenges and opportunities it presents. ICT can increase access to Islamic knowledge, improve teaching methods, and encourage participatory learning. It is necessary to handle issues including restricted infrastructure, the requirement to maintain high-quality Islamic material online, and cultural and religious sensitivity in online learning settings. ICT presents several opportunities for Islamic education, including the use of multimedia and interactive tools for teaching Islamic concepts, facilitating global reach and accessibility through online platforms, and fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among educators and scholars. To evaluate the effect of ICT on Islamic education, qualitative research using content analysis was carried out. The results draw attention to issues including the limitations of ICT infrastructure, the need for high-quality online information, the necessity of good ICT training for teachers, and cultural and religious considerations. ICT also offers chances for improved Quranic study, worldwide cooperation, ongoing learning outside of the classroom, and expanded access to Islamic information. In order to use ICT to enhance Islamic education, this study intends to provide useful insights for educational practitioners and policymakers.

Abstract

Ica aquarium is a shop that sells ornamental fish in the city of Medan. This store also sells necessities in fish breeding, such as fish feed, aquariums, and aquarium accessories. The products sold in this business can be said to be quite a lot, considering that there are many types of ornamental fish that can be marketed and cultivated. Not only that, fish feed products and aquarium equipment are also available with many different brands. To introduce the types of ornamental fish and products needed by ornamental fish, it can be accompanied by providing a system that introduces the products sold to customers. This aims to make it easier for customers to choose products to buy. Not only that, the information system that will be provided can also help them in managing data, stock, and product marketing. Therefore, this study will create a profile information system at the Ica Aquarium store using the Rational Unified Process (RPU) method in their system development method, with Unified Model Language (UML) as system design and software implementation in coding using PHP and HTML programming languages. Researchers use blackbox testing as information system testing. This research produces a profile information system that is multiuser, besides that It can also provide information about products in the store. That way this profile information system also helps Ica Aquarium to market its products.
