Abstract

Galuh University Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is an information system that supports the academic activities of students, lecturers and employees within Galuh University. As a system that is in direct contact with its users. It is essential to focus on quality of the system utilised by users on a regular basis since the interaction between the system and humans is ideal when both parties give stimuli and reactions (actions & reactions) that support each other, if only If it takes place in one direction, the interaction will experience obstacles or even goal bias. The research was conducted to identify user satisfaction levels who use the system. The elements that determine user satisfaction with academic information systems were examined using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model approach. Data was gathered by observation, interviews, literature research, and questionnaires distributed to Galuh University academic information system users. Based on the existing theoretical basis, statistical analysis was carried out through statistical tests, Specifically, simple linear regression tests were conducted using the SPSS application. The research results showed that the five variables had a significant positive influence on user satisfaction of academic information systems, but the ease of use variable had a significant contribution. the highest was 59.4% for user satisfaction In comparison to other variables like content, accuracy, format, and timeliness, although overall the influence of these variables was still at a moderate level of influence. The research results also recommend updates to the information system to increase user satisfaction.

Abstract

In the digital era, government services, particularly business licensing, are expected to be efficient, reliable, and user- friendly to meet public demands. The South Sumatra Provincial Industry Department has adopted a web-based Business Licensing Information System to facilitate the licensing process. However, the system’s effectiveness in delivering quality service and ensuring process efficiency remains underexplored. This study aims to evaluate the service quality of the system, focusing on factors such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and usability. Using decision tree analysis, the study identifies the key variables impacting user satisfaction and process efficiency. The research objectives include assessing the overall quality of the service, analysing factors influencing efficiency, and providing recommendations for system improvement. Data will be gathered from business users who have utilized the system within the past year. The study scope encompasses service quality dimensions, process efficiency indicators, and user satisfaction metrics. Decision tree analysis will be employed to analyse these variables, highlighting the most influential factors on system performance. This research is expected to provide insights for enhancing the system’s reliability and usability, offering data-driven recommendations for decision-makers at the Industry Department. By improving the system, users can experience a more streamlined and satisfying licensing process, ultimately increasing their likelihood to recommend and reuse the service. The findings will also contribute to public information systems literature, serving as a valuable reference for similar service evaluations and optimizations in other government sectors

Abstract

An information system comprises components that process data, transforming it into meaningful information and assisting in the achievement of organizational objectives. The report information system on the design and development of this system is web-based, using the scrum methodology, which has flexible properties to develop a data processing application. However, the information system for processing water bill report data carried out at BUMDes Mbinalun still uses Microsoft Excel, so that the resulting data contains many errors in its management. Thus, the Scrum method makes work or data processing neater because the development process uses sprints, which are development activities to achieve small goals (which are broken down from the main goal) that usually take 2-4 weeks, which is called TimeBox. The final result of this work is a web-based water bill payment report system to make it easier to record water bill reports such as customer data, basic tariff data, and usage data. Apart from that, the design of the water bill payment report information system also provides information in the form of reports that can be printed directly, and customers can view bill data on the web.

Abstract

The development of the beauty and self-care industry in Indonesia is accelerating, driving the need to digitize business processes to improve competitiveness. Cahaya Store, a beauty product store in Palembang, faces challenges such as the threat of new entrants, manual sales recording, and lack of digital platforms for online purchases. This research aims to design a mobile-based information system strategy using the Ward and Peppard method. The research stages involved internal and external environment analysis, SWOT, McFarlan Strategic Grid, value chain, and Porter's Five Forces. The results showed that the development of mobile e-commerce applications can provide online shopping accessibility, business process automation, and improved customer experience. The information system strategy includes the integration of inventory and sales management systems to improve operational efficiency and strengthen digital marketing. With the Ward and Peppard approach, Cahaya Store can formulate data-driven strategic steps to optimize information technology to support business growth and competitiveness. Research recommendations include the implementation of mobile applications with personalization features, customer relationship management, and continuous evaluation to maintain relevance to market dynamics.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang tengah giat membangun infrastruktur, mendorong persaingan ketat di sektor konstruksi. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pelaksanaan, pemanfaatan teknologi Building Information Modeling (BIM) menjadi sangat penting. BIM memungkinkan visualisasi tiga dimensi sebelum pelaksanaan, mengurangi kesalahan desain, dan mempercepat proses konstruksi. Namun, implementasinya masih terbatas karena rendahnya pemahaman teknis di kalangan praktisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan BIM level 3D (modelling), 4D (scheduling), dan 5D (cost estimation) pada pekerjaan struktur beton Gedung Griya Bumi Silampari di Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Pemodelan dilakukan menggunakan Autodesk Revit untuk menghasilkan visualisasi 3D dan perhitungan volume material, serta Autodesk Navisworks untuk menyusun time schedule berbasis simulasi. Hasil menunjukkan total anggaran pekerjaan struktur beton sebesar Rp4.208.985.174,27, mencakup pondasi, sloof, kolom, balok, pelat lantai, dak beton, dan penulangan. Penerapan BIM meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi biaya, serta pengawasan waktu pelaksanaan. Disarankan agar teknologi BIM diadopsi lebih luas dalam proyek konstruksi serta diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum teknik sipil.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the benefits of implementing point of sales (POS) applications at PT Vearst Cahaya Sejahtera. The method used in this study is a quantitative method that describes phenomena to answer problem formulations. The formulation of the problem in this study includes (i). How the impact of the application of point of sales (POS) application on sales turnover (ii). How the impact of the application of point of sales (POS) application on company profits. Furthermore, the results of the study (i). The application of point of sales (POS) applications can increase sales turnover (ii). The application of point of sales (POS) applications can increase company profits. The benefit of research is to provide references and information to stakeholders at PT Vearst Cahaya Sejahtera. The development of technology in the retail business is increasingly rapid, companies must be able to adapt quickly and effectively to changes. This technological transformation is a process to respond to changes that occur. Individuals and companies are required to carry out digital transformation. Many companies have carried out digital transformation by implementing the use of point of sales (POS) applications to be able to adapt to these changes. Digital transformation cannot be done casually, it requires a mature understanding and how to manage digital transformation effectively. The method used by the author is to collect journals through the internet and interviews to reach conclusions.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of information sharing and trust on supply chain management (SCM) performance, with long-term relationship as a mediating variable. A census sampling technique was applied to 45 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Yogyakarta’s Bakpia industry. Data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that information sharing (β = 0.405) and trust (β = 0.410) significantly influence long-term relationships. Long-term relationships, in turn, have a strong positive effect on SCM performance (β = 0.378). Information sharing also directly affects SCM performance (β = 0.367), while trust shows a weaker direct effect (β = 0.212). Indirectly, both information sharing (β = 0.149) and trust (β = 0.151) contribute to SCM performance through long-term relationships as a mediator. The total effect analysis further highlights that information sharing (β = 0.578) and trust (β = 0.499) enhance SCM performance, with long-term relationship showing the highest total effect (β = 1.149). These findings emphasize the critical mediating role of long-term relationships in strengthening supply chain collaboration, particularly where trust alone may not directly drive performance. The study contributes to SCM literature by providing empirical evidence from SMEs in the traditional food sector and offers practical implications for managers to prioritize both transparent information exchange and sustainable partnerships to improve supply chain outcomes.

Abstract

Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. TB most often attacks the lungs (pulmonary TB), but can also affect other organs such as the kidneys, bones and brain (extra-pulmonary TB). This disease is characterized by the formation of granulomas (small masses of immune cells) in infected tissue. TB is transmitted through the air and can be serious if left untreated, especially in individuals with weakened immune systems. Purpose: The aim of this research is to determine the effect of providing information about how to phlegm on the quality and volume of phlegm. Method: The method used in this research was Quasi Experimental with one treatment (one-group pretest-posttest design). Result: The results of the research from 30 sputum samples suspected of TB at the Karawang Kulon Community Health Center, the results from before being given information on the quality of sputum samples which did not meet the requirements for examination were 29 and after being given information on the quality of sputum which met the examination requirements were 28. The results from before being given information on the volume of sputum samples those who did not meet the examination requirements were 28 and after being given information on the volume of sputum that met the requirements for examination, the number was 28. From the results of the Wilcoxon test, the Asym value was obtained. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < significant value 0.05. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on providing information about how to sputum on the quality of phlegm for checking acid-fast bacteria at the Karawang Kulon Community Health Center.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of entrepreneurship education and creativity on technopreneurship readiness, mediated by technopreneurship intention, among vocational high school students in information technology. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 115 respondents out of a total population of 162 students at SMKN 45 and SMKN 53 Jakarta. Structural Equation Modelling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) version 4.0.2 was employed for hypothesis testing. The results show that both entrepreneurship education and creativity have positive and significant effects on technopreneurship intention, and together they positively and significantly influence technopreneurship readiness through technopreneurship intention. These findings highlight the critical role of entrepreneurship education, creativity, and technopreneurship intention in strengthening technopreneurship readiness among vocational high school students in the information technology field.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis hubungan antara transformasi sistem informasi dan pengelolaan risiko pada bank syariah di era digital, dengan fokus pada mekanisme bagi hasil yang berlandaskan prinsip keadilan dan transparansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengikuti pedoman PRISMA untuk memastikan transparansi dan akurasi dalam proses seleksi literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pencarian artikel ilmiah dari berbagai database bereputasi seperti SINTA, DOAJ, dan Scopus, menggunakan kata kunci yang relevan dengan topik penelitian.Sebanyak 30 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola temuan terkait pengaruh transformasi digital terhadap efektivitas manajemen risiko di bank syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi sistem informasi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bank syariah dalam mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan mengendalikan risiko, khususnya pada produk-produk berbasis akad seperti mudharabah dan musyarakah. Sistem informasi digital juga terbukti berkontribusi dalam menjaga prinsip-prinsip syariah, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan mendorong transparansi dalam pelaporan serta pengambilan keputusan.Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti ketimpangan informasi, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan kompleksitas algoritma digital masih menjadi hambatan dalam implementasinya secara menyeluruh. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap pengembangan literatur ekonomi Islam dengan menawarkan kerangka integratif antara digitalisasi, manajemen risiko, dan kepatuhan syariah. Secara praktis, temuan ini berguna bagi regulator, pengembang sistem informasi, dan pelaku industri perbankan syariah dalam merancang solusi digital yang tetap berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam.
