Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to identify how the implementation of the public information disclosure policy in the House of Representatives (DPR) in 2019-2021 is going and to find the right strategies to be implemented so that the DPR can become an informative public body. Research methodology: This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, where primary and secondary data are obtained through in-depth interviews with predetermined key informants, field observations, and literature studies relevant to the research topic. Results: The findings show that the implementation of public information disclosure policy in Parliament is still not optimal due to various obstacles in the process of documenting, classifying, managing, and serving public information that are technical, administrative, bureaucratic, and political in nature. DPR needs to start building and developing an internal big data system that is connected to real time public information management and service applications. In addition, the active role of Members and factions in the House in providing public information is also important to support the successful implementation of public information disclosure in the House.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to design the flow of the e-budgeting system to develop the village financial system, as well as to increase transparency and accountability of the web-based budget system and minimize the occurrence of corruption loopholes in the village. Method: The design system uses the waterfall method to analyze a model systematically. The model development step starts with the design of the system, database, menu structure, and interface. The design of the e-budget information system is built using PHP and MySQL programming in the form of web-based applications. Results: This study developed a web-based e-budgeting application using the waterfall method to manage village finances. The online system increases flexibility, allowing access from any device. It runs smoothly on computers, with all menus functioning as designed, and is expected to simplify village financial management. Limitations: The researchers’ capability in designing the system is not optimal, as the researchers do not have the basis of informatics engineering, so the results obtained and delivered are not too detailed. Contributions: This system is expected to be useful to facilitate the process of financial management at the village government level. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in the design of a village e-budgeting system with features like automatic Standard Unit Price calculation, automated tax management, and tracking of village income (PADes) for transparency. This application aims to enhance financial management, ensuring transparency and accountability in the village.

Abstract

Technology has developed rapidly and affected every community's life. This condition was also supported by the occurrence of a pandemic in early 2020 which resulted in restrictions on mobility between individuals and other humans to reduce the spread of the virus which resulted in a crisis. One of the technological developments in the financial sector is loan products through the Peer to Peer platform. Namely transactions that use an online platform that functions as an intermediary that connects borrowers and lenders to carry out lending and borrowing transactions without meeting physically. P2P transaction mechanisms that are carried out directly between borrowers and investors provide risk directly to investors for the success of their funding through the P2P platform. Therefore, in conducting a direct analysis of the loans to be financed, investors must have adequate information so that they can make the best analysis for the financing they are doing. This mechanism allows for information asymmetry on the part of borrowers and investors. The level of trust from lenders is an important factor that will influence their decision as investors to provide funds to borrowers. This confidence can be obtained, among other things, by studying the various available information. In addition, there is the phenomenon of an increase in borrowers and lenders in P2P transactions in Indonesia. It is necessary to pay attention to whether this decision affects interest rates for lending through P2P platforms.

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology makes business actors have to follow the developments that occur in the entrepreneurial environment. In this study, he designed a website-based cash bookkeeping at Toko Jus 1 Putra. In-store cash bookkeeping is still done manually, so the creation of reports is quite time-consuming and what is produced cannot be optimally. The purpose of this study was to produce easy and accurate cash bookkeeping in recording reports during sales transactions, the purchase of Jus 1 Putra. The research method used is Waterfall and uses the Laravel framework. The testing method used is Black Box Testing. In data collection carried out through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of this research that have been built by the infrastructure system are successful, based on the design of business needs provide with features that help to carry out business processes.

Abstract

The payment system in economic transactions is experiencing rapid progress along with the development of sophisticated technology. Graha Sudirman is a housing located in Indramayu Regency, West Java. In the cash dues section of residents in the Graha Sudirman Indramayu housing, cash dues collection is still done conventionally by way of the coordinator collecting each resident's house and recording it through a cash book. However, the cash contributions that are collected are not transparent in the data on expenditures or the remaining balance, so that residents do not know the income and disbursements of cash contributions paid every month. This application is designed and implemented using the PHP programming language with MySQL, it can be concluded that with the Citizen Cash Contribution Monitoring application using a codeigniter framework it can help admins recap cash dues, expenses, remaining balances and can help coordinators be able to streamline their time in collecting cash contributions because In this application the coordinator only needs to verify cash contribution payments made by residents by transfer and make it easier for residents to make cash contribution payments, provide criticism and suggestions for housing, find out financial data such as cash contribution reports, and expense reports.

Abstract

This research is motivated by low tax compliance despite various reforms, including the use of technology and behavioral approaches. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method in the form of a questionnaire for individual taxpayers who are in business or freelance, analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results show that tax digitalization, tax knowledge, and information nudges have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. However, information nudges cannot moderate the effect of digitalization or knowledge on compliance, while the quality of tax services proved to be a significant moderator, strengthening the influence of digitalization and tax knowledge on compliance. However, the quality of tax services did not directly affect taxpayer compliance. This finding confirms that technology, knowledge, and public service strategies complement each other in encouraging taxpayer compliance. This study provides practical recommendations for the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) to continue improving user-friendly digital services and integrating nudging techniques into tax communication strategies because their presence continues to directly show a positive effect on compliance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi komparatif antara China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIP Law) dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP) di Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya penggunaan internet dan e-commerce di Indonesia, yang memicu kebutuhan akan perlindungan data pribadi yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, menganalisis berbagai regulasi yang ada. PIP Law di China diadopsi untuk menangani berbagai kasus kebocoran data pribadi dengan regulasi yang lebih rinci dan cepat dibandingkan dengan GDPR. UU PDP di Indonesia, meskipun telah disahkan, masih memiliki banyak celah hukum yang perlu diperbaiki. Studi ini mengidentifikasi bahwa PIP Law memberikan perlindungan data pribadi yang lebih komprehensif, termasuk dalam hal transfer data lintas batas, sanksi, penegakan hukum, dan struktur otoritas pengawas data. Tujuan utama dari komparasi ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengatasi kelemahan dalam UU PDP, dengan harapan dapat mengharmonisasi regulasi perlindungan data pribadi di Indonesia, meningkatkan independensi lembaga pengawas, dan memperkuat edukasi serta kesadaran akan pentingnya perlindungan data pribadi di masyarakat. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya adopsi prinsip-prinsip dari PIP Law untuk meningkatkan perlindungan hak privasi di Indonesia.

Abstract

The digital transformation in information and communication technology (ICT) has significantly influenced archive management in educational institutions. This study aims to explore how electronic archive systems are optimized to improve administrative efficiency and educational governance. Using a qualitative literature-based approach, the paper analyzes the concepts, systems, and legal aspects of electronic archive implementation. The findings reveal that institutions are shifting from manual to digital systems, leading to improved accessibility, transparency, and sustainability. This shift is crucial because effective electronic archive management enhances institutional responsiveness and aligns with the demands of modern education. The impact extends to strengthening digital literacy, ensuring long-term access to academic records, and supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). Therefore, educational organizations must adapt strategically to ICT to maintain relevance and institutional resilience.

Abstract

Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) is a sequence used in brain tumor cases to assess molecular movement (diffusion). DWI is influenced by the selection of the b-value parameter which results in differences in the generated signal. The aim of this study is to determine the differences in b-value variations of 500, 1000, 1500 s/mm2 in brain tumor cases and identify the most optimal variation. This study is a pre-experimental study conducted using a 1.5 Tesla Philips MRI machine at a private hospital in South Jakarta from March to April 2023. The sample consisted of twelve DWI MRI images with different b-value variations. Visual grading analysis was performed by three radiology specialists, and the data were analyzed using the Friedman test in SPSS. The results showed a significant difference in image information based on the use of different b-value variations, with a pvalue of 0.05 (2.36). The use of a b-value of 1000 s/mm had the highest mean rank in the basal ganglia, cerebellum, thalamus, pons, gray matter, and lesions. The difference in image information with b-value variations visualized different brain tumor representations due to increased noise with higher b-values and suboptimal image sharpness with lower b-values due to low signal intensity. The use of b-value variations of 500, 1000, 1500 s/mm2resulted in differences in anatomical image information in sequences DWI MRI brain axial of brain cases tumor due to differences in image noise and signal intensity, with a b-value of 1000 s/mm being the most optimal variation.

Abstract

Assessment is an activity or method used by educators to measure students' abilities in the processes and learning outcomes at school. Junior Highschool 3 Talaga in its assessment process still uses the conventional method which causes delays in the assessment report process, not minimizing errors in writing on the assessment report is quite difficult. Based on the problems experienced, it is presented as an assessment information system that helps the student assessment process. This information system was created using the waterfall method which produces a ready-to-use system with sufficient features. The information system presented uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages to facilitate and lighten student assessment work. This assessment is used as a reference standard for achieving student competency and a basis for helping students. Not only that, but the assessment is also carried out continuously and aims to monitor the learning process and progress of students. With the existence of an information system, the assessment will be more efficient and can facilitate its implementation.
