Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, educational institutions increasingly rely on information technology to manage data. However, information security is a critical issue because institutional data is an asset that is vulnerable to threats. This research aims to analyse how the OUR Index Method works in evaluating and measuring the level of information security at UPTIK. The methods used in this research include literature study to understand the concept of information security, primary data collection through interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data from policy documents and audit reports. Data analysis was conducted to compare the condition of information security at UPTIK with the standards set by OUR Index, which is based on SNI ISO/IEC 27001. The expected result of this research is a deeper understanding of the maturity level of information security at UPTIK, as well as the identification of weaknesses and potential risks. With this evaluation, it is expected that institutions can improve their information security posture, prepare for threats, and ensure that the security system implemented is in accordance with applicable standards. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the management of information security in the educational environment, as well as a reference for other institutions that want to conduct similar evaluations.

Abstract

Influence testing is the goal of this study, by analyzing information quality, system quality, and application service quality to information system users. In today's digital era, information systems play an important role in increasing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. However, user satisfaction with the information system is an important benchmark that can affect the success of the implementation and acceptance of the system by its users. This study uses a quantitative approach using survey data collected from information system users. Survey data were analyzed using the regression analysis method to examine the relationship between the independent variables (information quality, system quality, and application service quality) and the dependent variable (system user satisfaction). This variable was adopted from the Information System Success model designed by DeLone and McLean in 2003 by using several required variables. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of information quality on system user satisfaction. Information that is accurate, relevant, and easily accessible provides great benefits for users in using information systems. In addition, the quality of information also has a positive effect on system user satisfaction. The good performance, reliability, and speed of the system in processing user requests, enables users to achieve their goals more effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, application service quality also has a positive influence on system user satisfaction. Services that are responsive, accessible anytime and anywhere, friendly and professional provide a positive experience for users. This research provides important insights, especially for information system developers and application service providers to be able to consider that user experience and system user satisfaction are components that need to be prioritized. In facing increasingly fierce competition, service providers need to ensure that their information systems are able to provide good quality information, have reliable systems, and provide application services that meet user expectations. Thus, achieving full satisfaction is the goal of the organization to continue to improve, which in turn will increase the adoption and acceptance of information systems by users.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and computers has influenced various aspects of life, including sports. In the context of football, data management is a crucial element in enhancing athlete performance and operational efficiency. The Provincial Association (Asprov) of PSSIJambi Province is currently facing challenges in managing data manually, often leading to errors and information loss. To address this issue, this research aims to design and develop a web-based "Data Management Information System for Asprov PSSI Jambi Province." The system is designed to efficiently process data related to athletes, referees, clubs, Football Schools (SSB), and matches using PHP, CSS, HTML, and MySQL database technology. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach with the waterfall model, encompassing stages of analysis, design, testing, implementation, and system maintenance. This application is expected to improve the speed and accuracy of data processing and reduce errors in data management.

Abstract

Through the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 38 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM), all communities are required to use the Pedulilindungi application from August 31, 2021, to September 6, 2021, and updated regularly. Users can download and access the Pedulilindungi application through the Google Play Store application market. There, users can directly assess an application by providing reviews that can describe user responses and satisfaction with the application. The Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm is applied to perform modeling in classifying temporal sentiment analysis data. Prior to classification, a feature selection process with information gain is performed. Based on the experimental results, the best evaluation was produced on temporal data dated September 03, 2021, with an accuracy of 91.9% and precision and recall values of 99.9% and 91.9%, respectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of information technology, accounting information systems, and human resource quality on employee performance at PT Sinar Mutiara Miru-Lamongan. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach with a population of all company employees. The data used consists of primary data obtained through questionnaires, as well as secondary data to support the analysis. The data processing was carried out using SPSS version 25 software, through the stages of descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, the use of information technology, accounting information systems, and the quality of human resources significantly influence employee performance. Partially, each variable also proved to have a significant impact, with human resource quality being the most dominant factor influencing performance. These findings indicate that improving HR competency, supported by an integrated information system and appropriate technology utilization, will drive optimal work productivity. This research provides a practical contribution to companies in formulating performance improvement strategies based on the synergy between technology, information systems, and HR development.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini meliputi: (1) menggambarkan evolusi media video dalam pengajaran bahasa Indonesia; (2) menilai daya tarik penggunaan media video dalam pendidikan, karena pengajaran yang efektif memerlukan media dalam pengajaran bahasa Indonesia; dan (3) mengevaluasi keefektifan penggunaan media permainan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa: (1) terciptanya video edukasi pada platform Animaker; (2) 90% siswa menilai produk tersebut "sangat menarik"; dan (3) efisiensi pemanfaatan konten video untuk pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia sebesar 89% menunjukkan efektivitas yang tinggi. Dari temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa video berbasis Animaker cocok sebagai media tambahan edukasi bagi siswa Sanggar Bastra. Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Media Pembelajaran, Video, Animaker

Abstract

Ichsan Gorontalo University is one of the favorite private universities in Gorontalo province. Every year there are hundreds of registrants from various regions. The aim of the research is to provide information on registration procedures for prospective new students in a way that is interesting and easy to understand. The lack of social media for prospective new students regarding the steps that must be taken to be officially registered as students at Ichsan University Gorontalo often causes applicants to find it difficult to register. This research uses interview methods with New Student Admissions (PMB) employees, observations of prospective applicants and literature studies on books, journals and research-related literature as reference material. In making this infographic, you use a combination of various media, such as writing and images which are packaged using Adobe Illustrator software to produce a poster or banner. The results of this research are registration flow infographics in the form of posters and banners which can be disseminated online via the New Student Admissions (PMB) website and social media at Ichsan Gorontalo University and can be displayed on the Ichsan Gorontalo University campus.

Abstract

Quality of information system and information technology are two important factors in developing the quality of financial reporting. Functional accounting information system can produce accurate, relevant, and timely information. On the other hand, optimal information technology can support the accuracy of financial data arrangement along with information integrity and security. The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution and influence of the quality of information system and information technology on the quality of financial reporting implemented in the National Land Agency of Bandung Regency. The study uses a quantitative approach with collected primary data through questionnaires and data processing using SmartPLS 4.1.1.2. The results show that the quality of accounting information system contributes 46,9% to the quality of financial reporting while information technology contributes 51.2%.

Abstract

Rapid developments in the construction era are shown by using the latest technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project implementation. One of the technologies widely used by construction experts today is Building Information Modeling (BIM). Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a digital-based concept that integrates 3D modeling and stores important information in the design, construction, and maintenance processes. Given the high demand for workers who are competent in BIM, there is a necessity for coaching or training on BIM applications to ensure that the developed workforce can fulfill the job market requirements. The purpose of this Community Service was to train students of SMK N 8 Pontianak with a concentration of expertise in Building Information and Modeling Design so that these students can better understand the concept of BIM. This training used AutoCAD and SketchUp software as tools for basic levels from 2D to 3D. The training results indicated that 74.18% of students at SMKN 8 Pontianak comprehended the concept of BIM, which they were previously unaware of, compared to a 28.64% percentage prior to the training. In addition, the ability of SMKN 8 Pontianak students to apply AutoCAD and SketchUp software has increased, as evidenced by the results of the images before and after the training. These results are anticipated to empower SMKN 8 Pontianak students to utilize their skills proficiently in the job market.
