Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of SIMDA (Regional Management Information System), human resources and the application of government accounting standards on the quality of financial reports in the Malang Regency. Sanusi (2014) population is the entire collection of elements that show certain characteristics that can be used to make a collection. The set of elements shows the number of , while certain characteristics indicate the characteristics of the group. In practice, a researcher rarely conducts research on the entire set of elements (population). The element is the subject on which the measurement is made. . The population in this study were employees of BKAD (regional financial and asset agency) Malang regency. The results of this study indicate that the effect of simda implementation, human resources and the application of government accounting standards has a positive and significant effect on the quality of the local government's financial reports in Malang Regency.Keywords : SIMDA, Human Resources, Application of Accounting Standards.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini yaitu mengenai implementasi kebijakan Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 11 tahun 2017 tentang manajemen aparat sipil negara di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Palembang. Ada dua sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yaitu data yang dikumpulkan dari sejumlah keterangan atau fakta-fakta yang secara langsung diperoleh dari penelitian lapangan dan langsung dari sumber data lapangan seperti hasil wawancara dan observasi di lokasi penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Abstract

This research aims to find out how the theory and implementation of performance management to human resources in organizations is discussed using a qualitative method-literature study by collecting data sourced from books, journals and existing research. The results of the study found that performance management functions and is useful as a factor in increasing organizational and company performance which is caused by the alignment of individual and organizational vision-mission goals.

Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi menyebabkan persaingan yang ketat dalam perkembangan perusahaan atau organisasi. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif untuk dapat bersaing di era bisnis global. Penelitian ini kemudian bertujuan untuk melihat mengenai bagaimana implementasi kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang sifatnya efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi di era bisnis global. Penelitian ini kemudian akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini berasal dari berbagai hasil penelitian dan studi terdahulu yang masih memiliki adanya keterkaitan dengan isi penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa dalam penerapannya, akan muncul berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, perbedaan budaya dan nilai, serta sulitnya fleksibiltas. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya beberapa solusi dalam menghadapi berbagai permasalahan ini, seperti penggunaan teknologi dan otomatisasi, peningkatan kesadaran terhadap nilai dan budaya, serta mengembangkan program keterlibatan karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how to implement Government Regulation Policy Number 17, 2020 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 11, 2017 concerning Management of Civil Servants in Career Development at the Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency of Padangsidimpuan. This research is designed as a qualitativeresearch with a phenomenological approach that requires researchers to examine a number of subjects by being directly involved and in a relatively long time in order to develop patterns and relationships of meaning. The results of this study looking for four dimensions: first, from the communication dimension that explains the education and training that personality improvement and the inculcation of the spirit of devotion in accordance with the results of the study. Second, from the dimension of resource availability, it is also important in order to carry out Career Development well. Third, for the Disposition dimension regarding the availability of implementers to carry out these public policies, skills alone are not sufficient, without the availability and commitment to implement policies. Fourth, for the dimensions of the Bureaucratic Structure explained that the mutations of BKPSDM employees who experienced it partially felt that they were in accordance with their competencies.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the implementation and the factors that support and hinder Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017 concerning Civil Servant Management in developing ASN competencies at the Office of the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province. The type of research used is qualitative to answer the existing problems. The data analysis of this research was carried out by means of data reduction; Presentation of data and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the research found that the implementation was not optimal, namely: Communication was not optimal because not all information was given to employees; Human Resources are still lacking and the level of awareness about PNS Management is still lacking; Disposition of employee responsibilities is still very low in carrying out their work; Bureaucratic Structure Coordination of employees is not good because employee awareness in improving competencies related to PNS Management still needs to be further improved. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017 concerning Civil Servant Management in developing ASN competence at the Office of the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province such as Not all information being conveyed, Human resources are considered to be not good, some employees are less responsible for coordination between employees, there is still a lack optimal.

Abstract

Prinsip Islam merupakan dasar pedoman hidup seorang muslim. Prinsip Islam terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu, Prinsip Aqidah, Prinsip Syariah, dan Prinsip Akhlak. Dalam berbisnis, Islam juga sudah banyak memberikan pedoman. Manusia sebagai subjek dalam beragama merupakan komponen penting dalam menjalankan prinsip Islam. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pengelolaan yang benar dalam urusan manusia berbisnis. Pengelolaan manusia dalam berbisnis diatur dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia yang menghasilkan konsep Perencanaan Kebutuhan Tenaga Kerja, Perekrutan, Seleksi, Penempatan Kerja, Pengembangan, Kompensasi, dan Pemberhentian. Unit usaha bisnis pesantren merupakah sektor yang jarang sekali mendapatkan perhatian, karena pesantren lebih dikenal dengan dunia pendidikan klasiknya. Peneliti memfokuskan penelitian pada pengimpelementasian Prinsip Islam pada Manajemen SDM di Badan Usaha Milik Pesantren Ummul Quro Al-islami. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data observasi dan wawancara. Setelah melakukan penelitian, ditemukan bahwa, secara umum prinsip-prinsip Islam sudah diimpelementasikan pada Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dengan beberapa kekurangan yang akan menjadi evaluasi penanggung jawab unit-unit usaha BUMP

Abstract

Advancements in educational world make the responsibility of educational institutions in generating graduates with better quality to be able of facing competition of human life in the future. To improve the quality of education, directed strategic efforts are needed in utilizing existing resource opportunities. The implementation of management related to human resources, operations, finance or budget, and administration is very important in formal and non-formal educational institutions. This research aims to reveal the strategic management implemented in educational institutions in improving education’s quality. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method of literature study type with data sources obtained from several journal articles. This research has the results that the programs in improving human resources are the recruitment process, coaching and empowerment of educators. In the management of operations in educational institutions, it is carried out by concentrating the implementation of learning programs and encouraging the growth of community awareness to create community learning activity centers. The budget also supports the implementation of educational programs, so it is important to manage finances and budgets so that educational institutions can operate effectively. Meanwhile, in improving administrative services, it is conducted by strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategy planning and control, and evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving the discipline of students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, South Lampung. This research includes field research. The method used in this study is to use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results showed that planning for implementing human resource management in improving student discipline at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School in Sidoharjo village was carried out and determined in the form of a joint management meeting for both men and women. Human Resource Development Program in Improving Disciplinary Competence of students which are routine and incidental, namely: 1) Congregational Prayer, 2) Morning Call, 3) Islamic Studies, 4) Training Motivation, 6) Routine evaluation, 7) Giving sanctions, 8), queue to eat according to the specified time. Evaluation of the Human Resource Development Management program in Improving the discipline of students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School is carried out in the form of monitoring and supervision from the Management (ustadz and ustadzah) of the Islamic Boarding School and assessing the attitude of the students carried out by the administrators (ustad and ustadzah) at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School by means of notes through the black book and how many of these students have a letter of violation signed on the mat.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu lembaga yang sangat penting dalam menjamin kelangsungan kehidupan masyarakat madani, dalam lembaga pendidikan sumber daya manusia memerlukan manajemen yang efektif dan efisien agar lembaga tersebut dapat mencapai tujuannya, begitu pula dalam melaksanakan program sekolah mengemudi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan Implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak di SDN Sukabumi 2 Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa SDN Sukabumi 2 Kota Probolinggo telah melakukan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dengan baik meliputi perencanaan, rekrutmen yang meliputi psikotes, kesehatan dan wawancara, pengembangan, kompensasi dan pemutusan hubungan kerja.
