Abstract

Kota Metro merupakan salah satu kota di Provinsi Lampung. Statusnya sebagai wilayah perkotaan membuat kota ini mengalami pembangunan di berbagai lini. Kota Metro juga tengah berusaha untuk menyediakan fasilitas-fasilitas sosial yang ditujukan untuk masyarakatnya. Samber Park merupakan salah satu bagian dari ruang terbuka hijau yang berbentuk taman kota di Kota Metro Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejarah perkembangan, aktivitas dan dampak positif dan negatif di Samber Park. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan perkembangan samber park sebagai ruang publik di Kota Metro secara keseluruhan aktivitas utama yang terjadi pada Samber Park dilakukan pada area perkerasan yang diperuntukkan untuk fungsi sosial, sehingga aktivitas yang diwadahi sudah sesuai dengan fungsi ruang yang ada dan aktifitas yang terdapat di taman cukup beragam, mulai dari sekedar berkumpul, berekreasi hingga berdagang.

Abstract

Local history learning in Senior High School (SMA) in the Merdeka curriculum is given the freedom to present material. The content of the material is adjusted to the needs and local history of the community. This opportunity does not seem to be something that is often applied by educators. Culturally responsive teaching (CRT) and ethnopedagogy approaches offer solutions to increase relevance and effectiveness in learning local history. This research aims to develop strategies in the use of local wisdom through CRT and ethnopedagogical approaches to enrich the study in learning local history in high school. The method used in this study is in the form of a conceptual method, involving a literature review and theoretical analysis of elements in CRT and ethnopedagogy. The analysis was focused on the best way to integrate local wisdom into the history curriculum. Thus, a more meaningful learning experience can be created for students. The results of this study show that these two approaches are relevant when used as an approach in history learning. The CRT and ethnopedagogical approach allows students to relate historical material to their cultural identity, increasing understanding and appreciation of local history. The implementation of this strategy also increases students' critical awareness of relevant social and historical issues in their society. This research offers a flow of local history learning strategies with CRT and ethnopedagogy approaches

Abstract

There is the oldest mosque in Lampung located in the South Teluk Betung area, which houses several historical relics depicting the movement of change in Islam, namely Masjid Jami' al-Anwar. This mosque has stood since the Dutch colonial era and holds the uniqueness of how it has played a role in strengthening the development of Islam in Teluk Betung. Therefore, this research attempts to gather information related to the early development of Masjid Jami' al-Anwar in Teluk Betung, Lampung. The method used in this research is a historical method starting from data collection and exploration of sources from mosque archives, related journals, and several articles. Then, to further strengthen the existing data, the author conducted interviews involving direct sources who are descendants of the founders of Masjid Jami' al-Anwar. The results of the research show that Masjid Jami' al-Anwar is used as a place of teaching that has a significant influence on the growth of Islam in Teluk Betung to Tanjungkarang through mosque management networks.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah Untuk Pengaruh Metode Diskusi Kelompok Buzz Terhadap Aktivitas Dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 2 Metro. Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, data dan sumber data diperoleh dari buku, data nilai dari peserta didik dan dokumentasi, dan sumber-sumber lainya lainnya yang dapat membantu dalam mengumpulkan informasi data penelitian. Prosedur pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, eksperimen, dokumentasi, dan tes. Tehnik analisa data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesisi melalui uji kesamaan dua rata-rata. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis quasi-eksperimen menggunakan desain pretest-postetst control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini kelas XI IPS 1 berjumlah 36 siswa dan XI IPS 2 berjumlah 36 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan soal tes dan angket. Teknik analisis data digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan program SPSS versi 25, melalui uji Independent sample t test untuk angket dan uji Mann-Whitney untuk soal test. Hasil analisis uji t untuk variabel prestasi belajar diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,030 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh metode buzz group terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS pada materi Proklamasi Kemerdekaan. Sedangnkan hasil uji t untuk variabel aktivitas belajar siswa diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,315 > 0,05 artinya tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Kesimpulan akhir dari penelitian ini adalah metode diskusi kelompok Buzz tidak memberikan pengaruh yang lebih terhadap Aktivitas belajar siswa namun diskusi kelompok Buzz berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 2 Metro.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Sejarah. Desain pembelajaran pada penelitian ini menggunakan model Team Games Tournament Media Kartu Domino. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 33 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan secara sistematis dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Berdasarkan pengamatan pada siklus pertama, minat belajar peserta didik termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan rata-rata skor perolehan sebesar 2.9. Pada siklus kedua, terjadi peningkatan pada rata-rata skor yang diperoleh peserta didik yaitu sebesar 3.9 dan dilanjutkan dengan peningkatan yang signifikan pada siklus III yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata perolehan sebesar 4.7 dengan temuan dan hasil pengamatan dari siklus pertama sampai siklus ketiga terjadi kenaikan yang signifikan dan mencapai indikator yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan penerapan model Team Games Tournament Media Kartu Domino dapat meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu rujukan bagi guru guna meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik.Kata kunci: Minat Belajar, Model Teams Games Turnament media Kartu Domino.

Abstract

In the digital era, historical education has evolved from traditional methods to embrace digital platforms like YouTube, revolutionizing public engagement with historical narratives. This study investigates viewer interactions with historical content on YouTube by analyzing comments on the video Perjalanan Jalur Rempah Nusantara. Through thematic analysis, four primary themes were identified: visual and narrative quality, historical accuracy, educational value, and personal connections. These findings highlight the importance of well-produced, accurate, and educationally valuable content that resonates personally with viewers. The insights derived provide valuable guidelines for educators and content creators aiming to enhance digital history education.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Fatayat NU West Sumatra during three different leadership periods, namely Khadijah Mawardi, Husna Aziz, and Siti Izzati Aziz. The research method used is the historical method, which includes the stages of heuristics, source criticism, synthesis, and preparation of reports based on the results of data analysis. The results showed that during the leadership of Khadijah Mawardi, Fatayat NU did not show significant movement, especially because at the same time there was monoloyalty to the Golkar Party in the New Order era. Furthermore, during the leadership of Husna Aziz, the role of Fatayat NU began to increase and was recognised by the wider community, especially through cooperation with the Ministry of Religion and UNICEF. However, during the leadership of Siti Izzati Aziz, there was a setback due to her focus on preparing to run as a legislative candidate from one of the political parties at that time.

Abstract

Islamization in Indonesia began in the 7th century, with its geographic location focused on the Indo-Malay region. In the 15th century, Islamization began to enter the South Sumatra region, and in various areas, especially in the Ogan Ilir District. Sayyid Umar Baginda Sari became one of the ulama figures who played the role of broadcaster of Islam, namely in the Tanjung Atap Village area, starting in the 16th century. This study aims to discuss and get to know the figure of Sayyid Umar Baginda Sari in the spread of Islamin Tanjung Atap village, find out about his arrival, the programscarried out in spreading Islam and also the members involved inspreading it. This figure is very influential because the village ofTanjung Atap is an area where Islam is spread which is consideredold in South Sumatra. This research was conducted using descriptivequalitative research, namely exploratory and inductive qualitativeresearch. In this research I only describe the research results. Allactivities carried out by the object are seen and observed clearly.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' interest in learning history. The learning design in this research uses the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model via Canva Media. The subjects of this research were 35 students. Data collection techniques were carried out systematically using observation sheets. Based on observations in the first cycle, students' interest in learning was included in the medium category with an average score of 4.29. In the second cycle, there was an increase in the average score obtained by students, namely 5.28 and continued with a significant increase in cycle III, namely with an average score of 6.62. With the findings and results of observations from the first cycle to the third cycle, there was a significant increase and reached the indicators set by the researcher. The results of this research prove that the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model through Canva media can increase students' interest in learning. It is hoped that these findings can become a reference for teachers to increase students' interest in learning.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of QuizWhizzer-based educational games in history learning for class X.7 at SMA Negeri 2 Metro. The main objective is to improve student learning outcomes through more interactive and engaging methods. Using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, this study was conducted in two cycles, involving 36 students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. The results show a significant increase in student engagement and learning outcomes. In the initial test, only 22% of students achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). After implementing QuizWhizzer, the completion rate increased to 53% in cycle I and 94% in cycle II. Observations indicated a 30% increase in student engagement and higher learning motivation. This study concludes that the use of QuizWhizzer as a learning medium is effective in enhancing student engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes in history subjects. These findings support the adoption of educational games as an innovative and effective learning strategy.
