Abstract

In this millennial era, many buying and selling transactions were found that did not exist at the time of the Prophet Muhammad. One of them is buying and selling bouquets in the form of money. There is no discussion of this transaction in the classics. However, this problem is interesting to study in the perspective of Sayyid Abu Bakar Syāthā in his book I’ānah al-Thālibīn. This is descriptive qualitative research using the Content Analysis method. Data sources include primary data sources, namely the perspective of Sayyid Abū Bakr Syāthā in his book I’ānah al-Thālibīn, and secondary data sources, namely Syafi'iyyah fiqh books, journals, and literature relevant to the material being studied. The data collection technique is to examine primary sources and secondary sources. The results of the study show that there are 3 important points in buying and selling a bouquet of money, namely: (1) buying and selling a bouquet of money is permissible if the pillars and conditions are met. (2) the buying and selling of bundles of money does not include usury so that there is no addition to the transaction (3) money is not included in the category of assets.

Abstract

Student success in learning is influenced by several factors, one of which is motivation. Motivation is described as the driving force behind all activities. Learning is very important as a source of high knowledge through science, enabling humans to find solutions and solve problems in their lives. This film depicts a phenomenon that is happening, one of which is that there are many non-Muslims who want to study Islam because of a certain factor, while in the community there are many Muslims whose knowledge of Islam is still small. From this phenomenon, it is necessary to further study how to increase the values of learning motivation. This type of research is qualitative with content analysis method. Based on data analysis in the film Ajari Aku Islam, there are two values of learning motivation that adhere to Hamzah B Uno’s theory, namely intrinsic learning motivation that comes from within Kenny, where Kenny has an interest in something. study hard, and persistent to achieve his desires. While extrinsic motivation comes from the support of friends and giving gifts.

Abstract

This research examines the semantics and use of affixations contained in Ai Khodijah's prayer songs. This research was motivated by the large number of fans of prayer songs from various groups, ranging from old people to young people, adults, and even children, especially among Islamic boarding schools, the majority of whom are lovers of prayer songs. And most fans of Sholawat songs still don't understand the use of affixations contained in translations of Sholawat songs, and there are many more affixations contained in them. They also don't know the meaning of the prayer. Meanwhile, the formulation of the problem in this research is: (1) what is the form of semantic analysis and the use of affixation in the translation of the prayer song Atainakum Ai Khodijah?, and (2) what is the meaning of the word forms that undergo the affixation process in the translation of the prayer song Atainakum Ai Khodijah? Meanwhile, the method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative, and the approach used is a qualitative approach. In this study, researchers found 11 words that used affixations, 8 explicit meanings were found, and 11 words had implied meanings.

Abstract

In the wage process, the conditions for wages must be carefully considered and of course they must also be in accordance with conventional wage provisions and Islamic economic law. Based on this background, the researcher wants to know what kind of wage system is practiced by the Alfan Alfin Breadhome industry and what is the review of Islamic economic law on the wage system implemented there. This is a field research. The sources of data used are primary data obtained from interviews and observations, and secondary data which is obtained from books related to the theme studied. The results of the research above are that the first wage for the Alfan Alfin Bread home industry applies a wage system based on unity or results, that is, the amount of wage received by employees is in accordance with the amount of production or results that have been obtained or produced by each employee as agreed before work. Where the wages are given every month. Secondly, Islamic law's review of this kind of wage system is valid as well as in accordance with the provisions because it is based on the principle of justice. The employees and business owners are mutually willing and do not feel disadvantaged.

Abstract

The background to this research is that the book 'Uqūd al-Lujain by Syaikh Nawawi al-Bantani has invited debate and is considered irrelevant in the millennial era. This research explores the aspects of human rights in the book. It is qualitative research uses normative legal approach or library research with contect analysis which aims to understand human rights in ‘Uqūd al-Lujain profoundly. The results reveal that the description of the relationship between a husband and wife in ‘Uqūd al-Lujain by Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani is a relationship that firmly emphasizes the importance of knowing the rights and obligations between husband and wife in the view of religious texts, includes several stories and quotes some opinions of the scholars. Among the most important standards of general freedom are correspondence or equality and non-segregation or non-discrimination. Regarding couples, 'Uqūd al-Lujain has received many claims because it is considered to provide an inaccurate understanding of human rights standards, especially towards women. However, basically Sheikh Nawawi's focus is to understand the etiquette of husband and wife according to his reading of religious texts based on the Qur’an and hadith. This is because his inclination towards aspects of Sufism is very strong. Thoughts that can be categorized as traditional and Sufistic have colored the writing of this book, and of course this was in accordance with the spirit of the times (zeitgeist) of that time.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the framework of thought used by the Wali Songo in the process of massive Islamization in Java during the transition period of the 15th and 16th centuries. A historical-philosophical approach is used to explore the thoughts and da'wah strategies carried out by Wali Songo in dealing with the social conditions of Javanese society at that time. The content analysis method is used to analyze historical texts and related literature which contain the preaching activities of the Wali Songo. The research results show that the Wali Songo's frame of mind is reflected through the social analysis and da'wah strategies they use. Through a deep understanding of local communities and their spiritual needs, the Wali Songo use an approach appropriate to the Javanese cultural context to spread Islamic teachings on a massive scale. They adopted an inclusive and adaptive da'wah method, utilizing local culture, language and traditions to form an understanding of Islam that was relevant and acceptable to Javanese society at that time. This research contributes to an understanding of the dynamics of Islamization in Java during that period, as well as the relevance of the da'wah strategies used by the Wali Songo in different social and cultural contexts.

Abstract

The dynamic development of the times has an impact on traditional ceremonies which have Islamic meaning in them. Where Nyadran is a Javanese culture with the acculturation of Hinduism and Islam as a guide to the happiness of human life. The nyadran tradition is a tradition of the people of Pringu Village as an activity of respecting ancestors through prayers from generation to generation which is carried out before the month of Muharram (Asyuro') or precisely in the month of Dzulhijah. Nyadran is held on Monday Pahing or Legi. Where in this writing the focus is on religious and cultural acculturation as a form of social fabric in society. Research was carried out through interviews, documentation and observation using data analysis techniques starting from presentation, conclusions and verification. The researchers concluded that (1) The Nyadran ritual procession in Pringu Village, Bululawang District, was carried out like other areas, including flower sowing, khatm Al-Qur'an and eating together; (2) The Islamic values ​​include gratitude, worship, and aqidah.

Abstract

The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) said that in the last 10 years, disasters in the country have continued to increase. Which is caused by the decline and erosion of human morals and consciousness in protecting and utilizing nature. Therefore, in this study, the researcher wants to analyze and describe the role of the Darul Mukmin Youth Farmers Association in improving religious education through habl min al-'ālam innovation, and the implementation of habl min al-'ālam innovation in improving religious education in the Darul Mukmin Sukorejo Pasuruan Youth Farmers Association. It is field research and uses a qualitative approach in descriptive form. The results of this study show that: the background of the role of the Darul Mukmin Youth Farmers Association in improving religious education through habl min al-'ālam innovation includes, (a) religious education is implemented through Islamic values combined with agriculture and habl min al-'ālam, (b) religious education is combined with agriculture in the form of collaborative activities between agricultural and religious activities (c) religious education covers the field of habl min al-Allāh, habl min al-nās and habl min al-'ālam. Meanwhile, the implementation of hablum minal 'alam innovation in improving religious education in the Darul Mukmin Sukorejo Pasuruan Youth Farmers Association includes: (a) aqidah such as piety, (b) morals such as honesty and sincerity and (c) community such as responsibility.

Abstract

This research aims to answer the question about the understandings of Islamic economic law on the role of migrant worker women in improving family economic welfare. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The primary data sources of this study are interviews, observations, interviews, and documents analysis. the theory has been adjusted in this study, namely, (the role of female workers in the welfare of the family economy) Participation of overseas female workers has an important role in improving the welfare of the family as a whole. They can buy the various daily necessities, have a private vehicle , build houses, and buy land. Their lives are included in the prosperous category, which differentiates them from their previous lives and other societies. Meanwhile, in the perspective of Islamic Economic Law, the participation of migrant worker women played an important role in improving people's welfare. Based on the research results, their participation is in accordance with Islamic principles. The fulfillment of this welfare are based on the indicators described in the Al-Qur'an. The income earned by women as migrant workers can help them meet basic needs such as adequate consumption, as well as creating a sense of comfort, security and peace.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran akad mudharabah dalam mendukung permodalan bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Samarinda, dengan studi kasus pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPP) Quantum Mandiri Madani. Akad mudharabah merupakan salah satu instrumen keuangan syariah yang berpotensi membantu permodalan UMKM melalui skema bagi hasil, dimana pemilik modal menyetorkan dana kepada pengelola usaha, dan keuntungan dibagi berdasarkan kesepakatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap tiga informan, yaitu dua pelaku usaha UMKM dan satu anggota KSPP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akad mudharabah memberikan dampak positif bagi pengembangan UMKM, terutama dalam peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan perluasan pasar. Namun demikian, tantangan seperti fluktuasi pasar dan pengelolaan usaha masih menjadi kendala bagi sebagian pelaku usaha dalam memenuhi kewajiban bagi hasil. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada analisis mendalam tentang penerapan akad mudharabah di Samarinda yang masih jarang dieksplorasi, serta dampaknya terhadap permodalan UMKM. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan skema pembiayaan syariah yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan, khususnya dalam mendukung usaha kecil di daerah.
