<![CDATA[yang menyebabkan hibah dalam rangka menghindari waris dalam perspektif hukum islam, diantaranya sebagai berikut: Agar terhindar dari gugatan. Tidak banyak merugikan sepihak. Pembagiannya tidak memandang laki-laki atau perempuan. Orang tua dapat menentukan sendiri pemberiannya. Tidak ada pelanggaran syar‘? Tidak ada perselisihan antar sesama saudara. Ahli waris tidak ada kemungkinan merebut warisan. Resmi dalam pembuatan sertifikat. Tidak melanggar aturan baik itu dari pemerintah ataupun dari agama. Adapun mengenai hukum hibah dalam rangka menghindari waris dalam perpektif hukum islam itu ada yang memperbolehkan adapula yang tidak memperbolehkan, namun yang tidak memperbolehkan ini masih di tafsil (dipetimbangkan) kalau dengan tujuan hibah itu sebagai tanda untuk menghindari waris agar tidak terjadi waris, maka hibahnya boleh akan tetapi haram, haram yang di jelaskan disini tidak mutlak keharamannya, namun kalau tidak ada tujuan untuk menghindari waris hukum hibah itu sendiri adalah sunnah.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di beberapa Kampus di Kota Malang.Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah suami, istri dan wali muhakkam. Objek penelitian ini praktik pernikahan dengan wali muhakkam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan wawancara. Yang menjadi data ini ialah praktik pernikahan dengan menggunakan wali muhakkam, adapun sumber data adalah informan yaitu suami istri yang melakukan pernikahan dengan menggunakan wali muhakkam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Praktik pernikahan dengan menggunakan wali muhakkam di kalangan mahasiswa ini dengan cara mengangkat orang yang dianggap mengerti tentang hukum-hukum menjadi wali dalam pernikahan.Motivasi para mahasiswa menikah menggunakan wali muhakkam yang paling inti adalah menghindari dosa besar dari perzinahan dan dampak dari pernikahan wali muhakkam adalah tidak ada, hanya saja dampak moral sosial karena ketidak fahaman masyarakat bahwa mereka sudah melangsungkan pernikahan.Pernikahan dengan menggunakan wali muhakkam ini dalam rangka hifdzud din karena menjaga diri dari perbuatan zina untuk menyelamatkan agama seseorang yang merupakan kategori tertinggi menurut maqoshid asy-syari’ah]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out the modin social contribution to the transformation of nyadran tradition in Pagelaran Malang, as well as the concrete forms of modin's involvement in the transformation of the tradition. This study uses descriptive qualitative research method that seeks to produce descriptive data in the form of narration about the observed phenomena, expressions or notes that occur during the research process naturally and holistically (intact). This research was conducted in Pagelaran, a sub-district of Malang Regency, namely in the Village of Banjarejo and the Hamlet of Sukoarum. In connection with the main issues, namely the role or social contribution of modin in the nyadran cultural transformation, there were several findings: (1) the social contribution of modin is coordinating with religious leaders and elders to holding tahl?l and istigh?tsah at the nyadran in Sukoarum, compiling the Islamic nyadran program in collaboration with other village officials for it, socializing nyadran to the hamlet communities order to participate in preserving the culture, as well as participating and at the same time as the coach of the tradition in the hamlet, (2) the concrete forms of Modin's involvement in the nyadran transformation are: actively participating in tahl?l and istigh?tsah in pasarean (cemetery) Sukoarum until now, monitoring Islamic religious activities at the location of the pasarean by holding tahl?l every thursday night legi, working with donors to participate in orphanage compensation every nyadran on 1 Muharram (1 Suro), in collaboration with the Hamlet Head of Sukoarum to continue preserving the cultural tradition of nyadran.]]>

<![CDATA[Education for children with special needs is not as easy as for normal childrenthey need more attention, diligence, patience and high sacrifice. Many problems arise in educating them. Begin with introducing the environment, understanding the character of the child, training to live independently, building communication and morality. All of that cannot be targeted with a short period of time. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of Children with special needs (ABK) in Yasindo Tumpang Islamic SLB and to describe the application of QS. Lukman 13-14 in the education of the independence mental development of Children with special needs (ABK) in Yasindo Tumpang Islamic SLB. This study uses qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews / interviews, and documentation. As for analyzing the data, descriptive qualitative method is used, namely the description based on the symptoms that appear. The results of this study obtained are statements from parents of children with special needs about the development of their children from the womb to his birth. the application of independence education in children with special needs by taking the contents of the application of QS. Lukman 13-14. Which includes the implementation of aqidah, a form of doing good to parents and expressing gratitude for parents with the condition of their children with special needs.]]>

<![CDATA[Pesantren is Islamic education institution that still be needed by the Ummah. The study of kitab kuning is an important element of it, and this generally tends to be stagnant, for various reasons. Therefore the study of the use of kitab kuning in pesantren is urgent. This research highlights the reality of kitab kuning study in boarding school, mainly Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Ternate. This is qualitative research in which the data collection techniques are interview, observation and study of documents and literature. The analysis of the data is qualitative description. The result of this research shows that Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Ternate, which was established in 1994, includes a combination between Islamic boarding school system and formal education units in the form of schools and madrasas. Basically the santri are lodged. The boarding school students are junior and senior high school students, both male and female. The male and female campuses are separated by a distance of about 1 km. They are all participated in tahfidz Alquran and ta’l?m diniyyah. The books studied in this boarding school are limited to 5 books that outlined by the Central Executive, regarding Aqidah, Fikih, Tafsir, Sirah and Arabic. The study of these books uses lecture method and the santris only gather and heed without having the book.]]>

<![CDATA[The focus of this research is about the pattern of relationships that are built in the households resulting from early marriage among the santri community in three villages in Gondanglegi District, Malang Regency, namely Ganjaran, Putukrejo and Sukosari - three villages with the strongest pesantren base in Gondanglegi region. The starting point is the strengthening of the assumption that early marriage is one of the main causes of domestic violence - where women are always victims, divorce and even trafficking in women and children. The study using this phenomenological approach concluded that the pattern of relationships built in the households resulting from early marriage of the santri community does require an adaptation process, from submission to agreement, with the uniqueness of each partner. However, the households they cultivate persist and last normally as households in general. The teachings of religion and the social values ??about household that they hold firm, as part of the typical character of the santri community, are one of the strength factors.]]>

<![CDATA[This study focuses on the interconnection and the integration, namely about the relationship of, education and Alquran. This study is a case study that took Pondok Pesantren Al-Aqobah Diwek Jombang as the research location. There are several arguments that form the basis of this research, firstly, this pesantren is applying both the salafiyah boarding school system and the modern system of education of technology and science. Secondly, santris in this pesantren are required to memorize hadis and Alquran using the principle of one day five verses and one hadis. In a matter of months, santris in this pesantren have studied the science of religion which counts generally should be studied in annual time. This research is a qualitative-explorative study that uses the theory of interconnected-integrative paradigm. In accordance with the research theory, the formulation of the problem taken to conduct this research is “what is the paradigm of Quranic based education and how is it implemented in Pondok Pesantren Al-Aqobah”. The methods of data collection are documentation, observation, and interview. The findings of this study are: (1) Educational and Social Institutions of Pondok Pesantren Al-Aqobah Jombang is an educational institution that offers various programs to develop the potential of santri or students using Alquran as the basis for their education; (2) it uses the MIR (Multiple Intelligence Research) method as an effort to explore various kinds of children's abilities, and so that their potencies can be maximized.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the high-level thinking skills of students in solving high school physics UN questions on magnetic field material. This research is a type of descriptive research with research subjects namely students of class XII MIPA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember High School. The data collection technique used was a written test consisting of five UN questions of magnetic field material that was modified in the form of descriptive questions. Based on the results of the study, the average percentage of high-level thinking skills of students in completing the National Examination (UN) questions on high school physics in magnetic field material is as follows: the analysis stage is 33.13%, the evaluation stage is 29.77%, and the creative stage is 21.05%. The analysis phase has a large percentage so that it shows students are able to decipher information (known and asked) as well as steps to solve the problems given. While the creation stage has a low percentage so that it shows students are not accustomed to re-checking answers according to known data with coherent steps.]]>

<![CDATA[Transportation is an important part of the daily activities of the community. Along with the rapid development of technology, transportation facilities have also developed, one of which is the emergence of online transportation. Grab is one of the online transportation applications that circulate in various regions in Indonesia. One of its features, GrabBike, is that drivers are the main center in terms of serving the customers. Therefore, a good communication is needed. Communication is often an obstacle for drivers in serving customers. It is necessary to know the communication patterns used by the drivers in communicating to the customers. This research is conducted using qualitative data collection through observation and interviews. the results obtained are that GrabBike online motorcycle taxi drivers using three communication patterns in service to customers including linear or one-way communication patterns, circular or two-way communication patterns, and helical or spiral communication patterns.]]>
