Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keinginan penulis untuk mengetahui tindak tutur ilokusi pada film, utamanya film bergenre drama keluarga. Peneliti menggunakan film “Dua Garis Biru” sebagai objek penelitian. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi mengenai jenis-jenis tindak tutur Ilokusi yang dituturkan oleh tokoh film “Dua Garis Biru”. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan teoritis dan metodelogis. Metode pengumpulan data berupa metode simak dengan teknik dasar sadap sedangkan  teknik lanjutan yang digunakan adalah  teknik simak bebas libat cakap dan teknik catat. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan metode padan pragmatis. Sumber data diperoleh dari penggalan dialog tokoh film “Dua Garis Biru”. Hasil penelitian pada film “Dua Garis Biru” ini menunjukkan penggunaan lima jenis tindak tutur ilokusi, yakni tindak tutur ilokusi asertif, tindak tutur direktif, tindak tutur komisif, tindak tutur ekspresif dan tindak tutur deklaratif.

Abstract

Retorika adalah seni berbahasa atau ilmu meyakinkan orang lain dengan menggunakan kata-kata secara efektif dalam berbicara atau menulis. Artikel ini membahas ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang menggunakan gaya bahasa retoris. Retorika ayat-ayat ini mempengaruhi pikiran dan hati para pendengar dan pembaca al-Qur’an. Tujuan artikel ini adalah membahas aspek-aspek retorika ayat Al-Qur’an dan menganalisis kualitas makna yang dimilikinya. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kajian kepustakaan (Library Research) dengan pendekatan analisis induktif yang berfokus pada makna ayat yang memberikan tambahan makna retorika yang tak dapat ditiru. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa retorika al-Qur’an memiliki peran yang sangat vital dalam mengkaji dan mencermati makna ayat dalam al-Qur’an. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk menyingkap kualitas makna kognitif retorika al-Qur’an yang merupakan sumber wacana kebahasaan. Melalui pemahaman retorika al-Qur’an, pembaca tidak hanya menggunakan sebagai seni memahami makna ayat al-Qur’an atau meyakinkan orang lain tetapi lebih dari itu sebagai ilmu logika bahasa, filsafat, hukum dan juga agama serta argumentasi ilmiah dalam berkomunikasi.

Abstract

The use of the word “maha” in the social media era is interesting to discuss. The word “maha”, for some people, is regarding to the divine. This research aims to determine the use and meaning of the word “maha” in three literature manuscripts, namely Bustan al-Salatin (1640), Hikayat Raja Bikrama Sakti (1830) and Negeri 5 Menara (2009). This research is included as qualitative research with a descriptive-analytical design. The data collection method chosen was the note-taking method. The theories used in this research were the collocation theory from Halliday and Hasan (1976) and the meaning component theory from Nida (1975). The data sources for this research were three manuscripts from different periods, namely Bustan al-Salatin (1640), Hikayat Raja Bikrama Sakti (1830), and Negeri 5 Menara (2009). This research involved a corpus approach regarding research data sources. From the results of the analysis, the word “maha” does not only refer to God or divine. In the Bustan al-Salatin manuscript, the word “maha” can refer to God, king, places, activities, animals, and objects; in the Hikayat Raja Bikrama Sakti manuscript, it refers to God and king; and in the Negeri 5 Menara manuscript, it refers to God and objects.

Abstract

Character education is a very important education and must continue to be strengthened in an institution and society. Through the media of picture story books, character education can be strengthened effectively. The aim of this research is to find out the extent of the effectiveness of picture story books in stimulating the development of early childhood in the Bahagia Surabaya Kindergarten institution, the research method used is the Applied Qualitative method where to stimulate children's development it is done by reading picture story books not only at school but also by parents at home. This research was carried out by interviewing teachers and parents. From several observations it can be found that from several children observed there are indications that some children's development is starting to be stimulated well, thus it can be concluded that picture story books are very effective in stimulating children's development by reading them regularly and continuously both in institutions and continuing in home, however, children also need to continue to be guided and directed to continue to behave according to the desired character.

Abstract

Social media such as X is currently a common consumption for people to obtain and disseminate certain information. However, there are negative sides of social media such as hate speech and bullying which is commonly referred to as Cyberbullying. Based on the problem, the purpose of this research is to show the discourse of Cyberbullying in X posts from Ruhut Sitompul's account that are bullying presidential candidate Anies Baswedan. The method used in this research is Critical Discourse Analysis with data taken in the form of images and written discourse which are then analyzed using Teun A. Van Dijk's three dimensions. The results of this study will show how cyberbullying carried out by Ruhut Sitompul and netizen comments can be explained through Teun A. Van Dijk's three-dimensional Critical Discourse Analysis, namely: (1) Macrostructure Analysis (Thematic); (2) Superstructure Analysis (Schematic); and (3) Microstructure Analysis. Based on the findings, the conclusion that will be generated is that the discourse of Cyberbullying can be known the intent and purpose of the utterance through the discourse of Teun A. Van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis model.

Abstract

Keterbatasan bertutur anak borderline personality disorder menyebabkan anak menunjukkan deletation tuturan. Salah satu deletation tuturan pada anak borderline personality disorder adalah deletation kata. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan deletation kata pada tuturan anak borderline personality disorder. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah satu anak borderline personality disorder. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, pemancingan, perekaman, dan catatan lapangan. Adapun tahap-tahap pengumpulan data adalah melakukan observasi, merekam tuturan, mentranskrip tuturan, dan memvalidasi data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penganalisisan data yaitu metode padan. Hasil temuan data penelitian ini adalah anak borderline personality disorder masih menunjukkan deletation kata. Pada bentuk kata, subjek masih menunjukkan deletation kata seperti bentuk prefiks seperti me-, ber-, sufiks seperti -an; kata tanya seperti kapan; kata seperti aku, minta, bola, tidak, dan sebagainya. Dari hasil temuan data, subjek masih belum mampu menunjukkan tuturan yang sempurna. Kata-kata kunci: deletation, tuturan, anak borderline personality disorder

Abstract

The language skills that will be a careful focus in this research are pronunciation skills. The object of research is Thai learners with Indonesian teachers as teachers and researchers. Data was analyzed using the observation method, namely jumping in and looking directly at the subject and object of interest. By using direct methods in teaching, the data obtained shows the ability of Thai learners to pronounce Indonesian vocabulary. This research is qualitative research looking at pronunciation ability as evidence of the success of teaching methods. At the first meeting of class VIII students, it was found that 5 out of 16 students knew simple Malaysian Malay, which was only spoken, not written. At the second meeting, 2 out of 16 students were able to spell names in Indonesian. In the third meeting, students were able to write their names in Indonesian and pronounce the alphabet. At the fourth meeting, errors were found in reading the text of 3 words on the blackboard, such as the word "saudara" being read as "suadara", "bersih" being read as "berseh" and several words with vowel combinations which made it difficult for the students to read the text. At the fifth meeting, students were able to read writing in one paragraph with several pronunciation errors, such as the letter C being pronounced SI. From this data it is known that the ability to pronounce Indonesian vocabulary by Thai learners has increased with each meeting.

Abstract

Motif batik Madura memiliki nilai dan makna filosofis yang unik dan berbeda dengandaerah lain. Motif batik Madura memiliki semiotika yang mendalam untuk merepresentasikan kebudayaan Madura. Motif batik Madura yang unik dan berbeda inilah yang menarik para pecinta batik untuk membeli batik Madura. Dari sinilah erekonomiaan pengrajin batik di Madura dapat berkembang dan nantinya dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Madura secara meyeluruh. Karena disadari atau tidak komoditi batik menjadi salah satu daya tarik pulau Madura selain garam dan ekowisatanya yang sudah dikenal secara luas.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis makna filosofis batik tulis Madura menggunakan telaah semiotika dan menemukan langkah diplomasi  budaya yang tepat untuk menduniakan batik tulis Madura. Motif batik tulis Madura tersebut akan dianalisa menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil analisa tersebut, dapat diklasifikasikan makna filosofis tiap motif batik tulis. Kemudian dapat dipetakan keunikan dan ciri khas dari batik tulis Madura. Setiap motif bati Madura juga memiliki makna filosofisnya masing-masing. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan ditemukan berbagai makna filosofis yang terkandung dalam batik Madura meliputi : religiusitas, pertanian, kelautan, hasil alam, kondisi alam, kegiatan masyarakat dan hewan serta tumbuhan yang ada di sekitar Madura. Warna dan motif batik tersebut menggambarkan dan merepresentasikan kondisi dan keadaan yang dapat dilihat di Pulau Madura. Sedangkan angkah-langkah diplomasi budaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh batik Madura tersebut  setidaknya memenuhi 3 prinsip , yaitu  Prinsip Penyebaran (Transmission),   Prinsip Penerimaan (Acceptance), dan prinsip  Koeksistensi (Coexistence).

Abstract

Understanding expressive illocutionary speech increases the ability to feel and understand the feelings of others, helping to increase empathy and interpersonal support. Overall, a good understanding of expressive illocutionary speech is an important aspect in building effective communication skills and maintaining healthy social and emotional relationships. The importance of understanding expressive illocutionary speech lies in the ability to strengthen interpersonal relationships and prevent miscommunication. In this research, the researcher focuses on expressive illocutionary speech acts with the aim of: (1) Analyzing the function of expressive speech acts in the novel "Ayahku Bukan Pembohong" by Tere Liye, (2) Knowing the contribution of expressive speech act analysis to Indonesian language learning in high school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data in the form of all character dialogue containing expressive forms of speech, collected using reading and note-taking techniques. From the results of data analysis, expressive speech forms were found with the function of praising, the function of complaining, the function of criticizing, the function of thanking, and the function of scolding.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of "basic idea" teaching materials based on Smart Apps Creator for sixth grade students at SDN Kalianget Timur I Sumenep, and also to describe the effectiveness of "basic ideas" teaching materials based on Smart Apps Creator for class VI students at SDN Kalianget Timur I Sumenep, and to analyze the practicality of "basic idea" teaching materials based on Smart Apps Creator for class VI students of SDN Kalianget Timur I Sumenep. This type of research uses research and development (R&D) methods with development procedures, namely the analysis stage, design stage, development stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. Data collection techniques were carried out using media expert validation questionnaires, material expert validation questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. The results of research on the development of teaching materials based on Smart Apps Creator which were carried out in class VI semester II of SDN Kalianget Timur I, Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency, namely teaching materials for basic ideas based on Smart Apps Creator were developed, adjusting to the needs of the learning process. The need for teaching materials in the learning process is easy to use, in accordance with technology and student learning environment, interesting, and interactive. This can be seen in the display of the material which consists of writing, animation, video, working on practice questions, and can be used offline on a smartphone. In addition, the feasibility of teaching materials based on Smart Apps Creator was obtained which was developed according to the validator after being corrected according to the suggestions, which was very feasible. This can be seen based on the material aspect and the media aspect which obtained a percentage of 97% and 94% included in the very good/decent criteria, and the results of the student response questionnaire obtained a very good category with the percentage of student responses 95% (very good). Teaching the main ideas based on this Smart Apps Creator is declared practical.
