Abstract

Banks face various risks that can become barriers to increasing profitability. There are two factors that affect the profitability of a bank, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors are measured using financial ratios by analyzing the financial statements presented by the bank and one way is by examining the Net Interest Margin (NIM). Meanwhile, external factors are factors outside the company originating from macroeconomics, including the risk of Bank Indonesia interest rates. Banking was chosen in this study because banking activities are very influential for the smooth running of the real sector economy. This research is devoted to its profitability because profitability is an important factor in banking development. This study aims to determine the effect of BI interest rate risk, Net Interest Margin (NIM) partially and simultaneously on profitability as indicated by the ROA (Return to Assets) ratio using the classical assumption test and multiple regression test of conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2012-2019 period. This type of research is a descriptive study with secondary data derived from registered financial statements of conventional banks and obtained directly from the website at the Financial Services Authority. This study uses data from 2012-2019 with a sample size of 4 conventional banks from a total population of 45 conventional banks. The results of this study indicate that; 1) BI interest rate risk does not partially affect profitability; 2) Partially Net Interest Margin has a negative effect on profitability; and 3) BI interest rate risk and Net Interest Margin have a positive effect on profitability. Abstract

Perkembangan zaman yang sang sangat pesat saat ini membawa banyak dampak perubahan, salah satunya dalam berkomunikasi dan informasi. Dimana saat ini masyarakat dunia sudah tidak asing lagi dengan smarthphone, dimana kegunaan smartphone telah menjadikebutuhan utama. Smartphone saat ini juga banyak model dari berbagai merek dari harga yang tertinggi hingga yang termurah sudah tersedia di indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu uuntuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan gambaran Citra Merek, gambaran Prommosi dan Gambaran Keputusan Pembelian. Untuk mengetahui menjelaskan Korelasi Citra merek dengan Promosi Smartphone Vivo di konter gumilar karawang.Untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh parsial Citra Merek terhadap Kpeutusan Pembelian Smartphone Vivo, untuk mengetahui menganalisis dan menjelaskna pengaruh simultan Citra Merek dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone vivo di konter gumilar Karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 10.525 dengan sampel 385 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik smapling simple random sampling. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaituuji deksriftif dengan rentang skala dan uji verifikatif yang terdiri dari analisa jalur, uji parsial dan simultan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat korelasi yang positif dan Citra merek dengan Promosi sebesar 0,642, Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Citra merek dengan promosi, citra merek dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Facilities and Service Quality on Tourist Satisfaction (Case Study on Tanjung Pakis Beach Tourism). The research method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach, with the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The research sample was 400 visitors who were traveling on Tanjung Pakis Beach, using the slovin method. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test and F test with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that facilities based on respondents' perceptions have an achievement score of 8,922 or 64.9% of the ideal score, Service Quality has an achievement score 9,076 or 62.5% of the ideal score, and Tourist Satisfaction has an achievement score of 9,204 or 65.5% of the ideal score. The results of the correlation hypothesis test between Facilities and Service Quality have a strong and unidirectional relationship level, Facilities partially have a positive and significant influence on Tourist Satisfaction, Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Tourist Satisfaction and the results of the hypothesis that Facilities and Service Quality simultaneously have a positive influence and significant to Tourist Satisfaction. The results of the r2 test for Facilities and Service Quality on Tourist Satisfaction obtained an R² value of 0.711 or 71.1%, meaning that Tourist Satisfaction is influenced by the two independent variables of 71.1%, while 28.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

Perkembangan industri perbankan di Batam dinilai semakin maju. Hal tersebut ditandai dari semakin banyaknya kantor cabang dari bank nasional maupun konvensional. Salah satunya merupakan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR). Mengingat dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh industry perbankan cukup besar, maka kualitas dari sumberdaya manusia didalamnya harus berkualitas. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer dari kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja kerja, terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual dengan kinerja kerja serta terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan antara kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan serta kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Keywords: Kepemimpinan, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Spiritual, Kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Soppeng, berlokasi di Jalan Pengayoman Kelurahan Lemba Kecamatan Lalabata Watansoppeng, Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 32 Responden. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Sampling Jenuh. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. POs Indonesia Cabang Soppeng digunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan Analisis Regresi Berganda dapat diketahui Kompetensi yang terdiri dari variabel pengetahuan, keterampilan, perilaku dan pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Soppeng. dapat diketahui bahwa diantara variabel pengetahuan, keterampilan, perilaku dan pengalaman kerja yang paling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Soppeng adalah Pengalaman Kerja. Pimpinan Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Soppeng hendaknya memberikan perhatian khusus pada para pegawai dan lebih bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan dan jabatan yang diembannya. Keberhasilan kinerja pegawai adalah salah satu unsur dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Diharapkan dengan tercapainya gaya kepemimpinan yang baik maka kinerja pegawai Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Soppeng pun akan semakin baik., Peningkatan Kinerja pegawai Pada Kantor Kerjaksaan Negeri Kabuptaen Soppeng dapat melalui Komunikasi dengan meningkatkan Kualitas Media yang baik, Kecepatan, mengakses Informasi, Penyebaran Pesan, Ketepatan Pesan sehingga proses komunikasi antara Bawahan dan atasan serta rekan kerja Dapat terlaksana dengan efektif dan efisien, dan Perlu penelitian lanjutan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Soppeng. Abstract

This research spell out implementation mechanisms corporate governance with as variable board size, independent boards, audit committee, managerial ownership, ownership concentration, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, and government ownership of the corporate social responsibility outlined in this study which is backed up by a control variable profitability and firm size. Purposive sampling was the method used for this research. Because samples used for this research meet the criteria, information on the variables employed is required. The study employed a banking firm that was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during period 2016 to 2020 as an sample. Ownership concentration and control variable business size have a major impact on social responsibility, according to the findings. The size of the board of directors, the proportion of independent directors, the audit committee, management ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, government ownership, management ownership and control variable profitability had no impact on the company's social responsibility performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and activity on investment decisions. This research is an associative research. This research was conducted on Oil and Gas companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 to 2021 through the internet using the www.idx.com website and from the respective websites of the Oil and Gas companies studied. The population in this study were all Oil and Gas companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2019. There are 9 oil and gas companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample is determined by considering the number of samples used is 32 observation samples. The results of the study found that profitability, liquidity and activity have a positive and significant impact on investment decisions in oil and gas companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This study aims to: 1) examine the effect of work discipline on work productivity, 2) examine the effect of motivation on work productivity and 3) examine the effect of work motivation on work productivity. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection in this study using questionnaires that were distributed directly to respondents. The population of this research is the lecturers of STIE Nobel Indonesia as many as 50 people with a saturated sample technique so that the total sample is 50 people. Data analysis with multiple linear regression approach. The results of the study found that work discipline, work motivation and workload had a significant positive effect on work productivity. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment and communication on employee morale. This research approach uses a scientific approach to test the justification of the proposed hypothesis with statistics until it finds. The population in this study were 60 administrative employees of PT PLN (Persero) Parent Unit for South Sulawesi Region. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. Collecting data in this study is by distributing questionnaires directly to the administrative staff of PT PLN (Persero) Parent Unit for Sulselrabar Region. Then to test the relationship between variables, this study conducted multiple regression analysis through the SPSS program. The results of this study found that there was a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work environment and communication on employee morale. The results of this study are expected to strengthen existing empirical evidence and can contribute input in building employee morale at PT PLN (Persero) Main Unit for South Sulawesi Region. Abstract

The purpose of the analysis carried out is to find out Integrated Marketing Communication has an influence on the marketing stage. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Integrated Marketing Communication has a positive effect on the stages of purchasing decisions. Indicators of Integrated Marketing Communication (X) at AlCoffee carried out in this study are clear message content, attractive appearance, attractive incentives, easy to follow, various prizes, news credibility, company image, shopping atmosphere, attracting attention, targeted information, ease of information, ease of interaction, word of mouth, delivery method, and clarity of information. The indicator of company image has the most dominant influence, while the type of incentive that attracts the indicator has the lowest coefficient.
