Al Qodiri : Jurnal Pendidikan, Sosial dan Keagamaan diterbitkan oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P3M) Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Al-Qodiri Jember. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian pendidikan, Sosial dan Keagamaan. Terbit dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan April dan Agustus. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari.

Abstract

This research is based on students who have difficulty writing narratives. The purpose of this study is to determine students' ability to write narratives before using the language experience approach assisted by serial image media; students' ability to write narratives after using the language experience approach assisted by serial image media; and the effect of the language experience approach assisted by serial image media on students' ability to write narratives. The research sample was 4th grade elementary school students in Karawang, and the type of research used was a quasi experiment that was not comparable to the control group. The type of research used in this study is a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design, with the sample of this study being 4th grade elementary school students in Karawang. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: 1) the average score on the pretest of the experimental class and the control class is low, and there is no difference in the average score; 2) after applying the language experience approach assisted by serialized picture media, there is a difference in the posttest results of the experimental class and the control class. Then there was an increase in posttest scores in the experimental class. This can be seen from the results of descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, but the average value is still categorized as low; 3) There is a significant effect on students' narrative essay writing ability after applying the language experience approach assisted by serialized picture media. Abstract

Virtually every human being born has the potential to speak. language is the most important means of communication in human life. Talking can is defined as a means expressing (one's thoughts, thoughts, heart) to people another by using spoken language so that the point can be understood other. The study is carried out with a view to seeing just how far the impact will go the talking stick learning model to the ability to speak a student narrative to a student a class of V. the kind of research used by researchers was experimentation with using the design of one group preposttest. The subject of this study is student grade V elementary school. The sample that was examined was a total of 38 V grade students basic. Data collection in this study is done by oral testing by telling stories and an interview. Then it was analyzed using prescript-posttest analysis, and the value n - Gain. Research results show that, average value pretest or moment Before treatment is 58.68 and the average posttest or after granted treatment of 83.29. From the data analysis that's been done With linear regression by 70% and n-gain tests in the medium category. Key words: Indonesian learning, Narrative ability, Model talking stick

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of PAI learning, parenting parents, and school religiosity culture has on the discipline of worship. The research method used in this research is a quantitative survey and correlational method. The population was taken from two accredited A schools, namely SMPIT Hayatan Thayyibah and SMPITQ Al-Fath Sukabumi City. As a representative sample of students studied were 426 classes VIII and XI with a research sample of 100 respondents. Data collection was taken using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence on PAI learning, parenting parents, and school religiosity culture on religious discipline with a coefficient of determination (ry123²) of 0.642. So the increase in the discipline of worship is the result of a process from the PAI learning variables, parenting styles and school religiosity culture. Abstract

Problems in business activities always approach the directors of BUMN. Many of the directors of this State-Owned Enterprise have a central role in economic development in Indonesia. The state does business through BUMN so that it can always prioritize national and national interests. When the directors of a company commit acts that are detrimental to the state, it is often associated with a crime. Even though this aspect of the directors' decision falls into the scope of civil affairs. The purpose of this research is to find out the position of SOEs in the Indonesian legal system and the problems of the Business Judment Rules concept in company law and Indonesian national law. The results of this study indicate that the position of BUMN as a business institution is different from other corporate institutions in terms of the objectives to be achieved. In addition, the juridical problems that occur still show the existence of a blurring of norms and rules of law and have a negative impact on company management, especially the directors of a company. The conclusion of this study shows that the implementation of BJR is still far from the applicable provisions and produces maximum results. Keywords: Implementation; Business Judgment Rules; BUMN.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low problem-solving ability of students caused by the use of the learning model used by the teacher which is dominated by lectures and memorizing formulas. The Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is expected to be a solution to these problems. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an increase in problem-solving skills that get a better Problem Based Learning (PBL) model than students who get conventional learning, and to find out whether there is an effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on problem-solving abilities. This research is a quasi-experimental type of research with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample in this study were students of class Va and Vb at a public elementary school in Purwakarta. The research instrument used is in the form of description and documentation questions. Problem solving ability test instrument to obtain pretest and posttest quantitative data of students. Based on the research results obtained, it shows that: 1) The improvement of the problem solving abilities of elementary school students who receive the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is better than students who receive conventional learning; 2) There is an effect of applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to increasing the problem solving abilities of elementary school students. Thus the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is recommended by the author as an alternative learning to improve problem solving skills. Abstract

This research aims to solve the problem of low student writing skills. Through the Project Based Learning model, it is expected to be able to improve students' writing skills, especially in Indonesian language subjects on persuasion text material. This research is included in the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) using the model of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart model. The subjects of this study were 31 students of class VIII E SMPN 1 Geneng, Ngawi. The approach in this study used qualitative descriptions. While the data collection techniques used test and non-test instruments in the form of observation sheets. Analysis of data for each cycle obtained test results that in cycle 1 student completeness only reached 6.45% (not yet achieved) then in the improvement in cycle 2 it increased to 16.12% (has been achieved). In addition, the non-test results showed that the effectiveness of using the Project Based Lerning learning model in cycle 1 was 90.32% (less) and increased in cycle 2 to 90% (very good).

Abstract

Loyok is one of the villages in the Sikur sub-district, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara which resides in the southern part of Mount Rinjani. This village constitutes one of the central woven bamboo handicrafts. These local crafts require development the so-called tourism village souvenir products. The development of local craft-based tourist village souvenirs is expected to be the start of increasing the value of local crafts in Loyok village. This article describes the opportunities and challenges as well as formulates a strategy for developing local craft-based tourist village souvenirs in Loyok village which is the center of bamboo handicrafts. The method used is in the form of a qualitative descriptive which begins with collecting data from interviews with informants, they are all business actors of woven bamboo craftsmen in Loyok village, filling out questionnaires by tourists visiting Loyok village, as well as documentation directly to the location of making woven bamboo handicrafts in Loyok village. Meanwhile, the technique of formulating a strategy for developing woven bamboo handicrafts into village tourism souvenirs based on local crafts is carried out through a SWOT analysis. The results and discussion will be discussed further.

Abstract

To respond to the features and requirements of primary school kids who may lack fundamental numeracy abilities, learning material that reduces the dogma that mathematics is difficult and unpleasant is required. Basic education, where students may be actively involved in learning activities, requires the invention of tangible learning media (actual items) such as living things, solid objects, liquid objects, and so on. The goal of this study is to discover how physical items media might boost students' ability, passion, and activity in counting multiplication material in grade 3 primary school pupils. This study is a Class Action Research (CAR) at UPT SDN 49 GRESIK, which is located on Jl. Martapura I / 20 Gkb Sukomulyo, Sukomulyo, Kec. Manyar, Kab. Gresik, East Java, in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 school year, using students and instructors from class III B as subjects. The instruments consist of tests and observations, namely the multiplication problem test and the non-participant observation. (1) The learning outcomes of students after using tangible objects media demonstrate that the percentage of completion in cycle 1 is 52% and 82.60% in cycle II. (2) Student participation has raised the percentage of student involvement from 60% in cycle I meeting 1 and 67.5% in cycle II meeting 2 to 85% in cycle II meeting 1 and 95% in cycle II meeting 2. (3) Teacher activities have been effectively executed and have attained the stipulated percentage based on the results of the average percentage of teacher activities from cycle I meeting 1 of 62.5% and cycle I meeting 2 of 67.5% to cycle II meeting 1 of 87.5% and cycle II meeting 2 of 90%. As a consequence, the use of concrete object media to increase the capacity to count multiplication has been beneficial, yielding extremely good outcomes. Abstract

Dalam Pasal 1 angka 7 UUJN, akta notaris dimaknai sebagai akta otentik yang dibuat oleh atau di hadapan Notaris, menurut bentuk dan tata cara yang ditetapkan dalam UndangUndang No 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris. Merupakan suatu kewajiban bagi Notaris untuk mempertanggungjawabkan akta yang dibuatnya. Adapun permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam hal apa seorang Notaris dapat dimintakan pertanggungjawaban atas kelalaian yang dibuatnya. Untuk memperoleh jawaban dari permasalahan, metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan jurnal ini adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif-empiris. Mengenai bagaimana implementasi ketentuan hukum normatif (undang-undang) dalam aksinya disetiap peristiwa hukum tertentu yang terjadi dalam suatu masyarakat. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Sepanjang menjalankan jabatan dan profesinya berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, kode etik notaris, dan asas-asas hukum, maka notaris tidak dapat dipersalahkan. Apabila terbukti, Notaris dapat dimintai pertanggungjawabannya sesuai dengan pasal Pasal 52 ayat (3) UUJN yang menegaskan, bahwa akibat akta yang mempunyai kekuatan pembuktian sebagai akta di bawah tangan, Notaris wajib membayar biaya, ganti rugi dan bunga. Pembatalan akta Notaris hanya dapat dilakukan atas kesepakatan para pihak yang namanya tercantum dalam akta. Dimana akta Notaris yang bersangkutan tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum dan menjadikan akta tersebut tidak mengikat para pihak lagi.

Abstract

Online single submission adalah sistem perizinan yang berdasarkan PP No. 24 tahun 2018 dimana tidak ditemukan kewenangan notaris dalam hal perizinan berusaha sesuai dengan peraturan tersebut, namun dalam praktiknya banyak dijumpai notaris yang melakukan pendaftaran izin usaha terhadap pelaku usaha. Perumusan masalah dalam jurnal ini adalah pengaturan tentang izin usaha secara online single submission dan Problematika peran notaris dalam pengurusan izin usaha melalui online single submission menurut peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian jurnal ini adalah yuridis normatif. Sumber data penelitian hukum diperoleh dari kepustakaan. Teknik penelitian studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Analisis data yang diperoleh dilakukan dengan cara analisis kualitatif. Pengaturan tentang izin usaha online single submission yang diatur dalam PP No. 24 tahun 2018 wajib dilakukan melalui Lembaga OSS untuk dan atas nama menteri, pimpinan lembaga, gubernur, atau bupati/walikota. Ketentuan tersebut tidak menghilangkan kewenangan BKPM mengoordinasikan dan melaksanakan PTSP. Dengan sistem OSS, perizinan berusaha akan berubah melalui satu kantor dan secara online. Sistem tersebut akan terintegrasi dan melengkapi sistem PTSP. Perizinan berusaha pada sistem OSS mengharuskan pelaku usaha atau investor mengajukan permohonan perizinan berusaha hanya ke PTSP. Seluruh data perizinan berusaha yang ditujukan kepada kementerian/lembaga/pemerintah berada dalam 1 (satu) sistem OSS, sehingga investor tidak perlu melakukan registrasi ulang saat mengurus perizinan lain. Kewenangan notaris dalam pengurusan izin usaha melalui online single submission menurut peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Notaris tidak memiliki kewenangan dalam menjalankan OSS, hal ini dikarenakan sistem OSS bisa dijalankan oleh setiap orang yang ingin mendaftarkan badan usaha. Namun kewenangan notaris dalam pengisian data izin usaha terintegrasi secara elektronik merupakan kewenangan yang diperoleh melalui pemberian kuasa oleh pelaku usaha. Mekanisme pengurusan perizinan usaha setelah berlakunya OSS, pengusaha dapat mengakses dengan sendiri terhadap pendaftaran perizinan berusaha, pengusaha memangkas waktu dan birokrasi serta mendukung program pemerintah yaitu percepatan berusaha.
