Al Qodiri : Jurnal Pendidikan, Sosial dan Keagamaan diterbitkan oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P3M) Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Al-Qodiri Jember. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian pendidikan, Sosial dan Keagamaan. Terbit dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan April dan Agustus. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari.

Abstract

Cartels are dangerous because business actors act monopolistically to determine very high price levels. One business sector that is prone to cartels is the fuel oil business (hereinafter referred to as fuel). This vulnerability is caused by the government only setting a formula for calculating the retail price of non-subsidized fuel oil. The problem is that fuel can be categorized as an item that can be excluded from monopoly action. This research aims to conduct an analysis of policies that give the market freedom to determine prices through a formula for calculating the retail price of non-subsidized fuel which could trigger cartel action. This research is important because business actors can carry out anti-competitive behavior but hide behind the privileges granted by law. The research uses normative juridical research methods. The results of this research show that there is a legal vacuum that regulates the limits of cartel actions that can be excluded in the context of businesses related to the livelihoods of many people. Therefore, it is best to determine the price of non-subsidized fuel as the responsibility of the government, namely by appointing an authorized institution. Competition will continue to arise when business actors can provide the best service so that consumers can choose the safest and most comfortable place to fill up with fuel. Keyword: Non-Subsidized Fuel; Cartels; Unfair Business Competition ABSTRAK: Kartel menjadi hal yang membahayakan karena para pelaku usaha bertindak monopolis untuk menentukan tingkat harga yang sangat tinggi. Salah satu sektor bisnis yang rawan terjadi kartel yakni dalam bisnis bahan bakar minyak (selanjutnya di sebut bbm). Kerawanan tersebut disebabkan karena pemerintah hanya sebatas menetapkan formula perhitungan harga eceran bahan bakar minyak non subsidi. Hal yang menjadi permasalahan yakni bbm dapat dikategorikan sebagai barang yang dapat dikecualikan dalam tindakan monopoli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap kebijakan yang memberikan kebebasan kepada pasar untuk menentukan harga melalui formula perhitungan harga eceran bbm non subsidi yang dapat memicu adanya tindakan kartel. Penelitian ini menjadi penting karena para pelaku usaha dapat melakukan perilaku anti persaingan namun berlindung dibalik previlege yang diberikan oleh undang undang. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kekosongan hukum yang mengatur tentang batasan tindakan kartel yang dapat dikecualikan dalam konteks usaha yang berkaitan dengan hajat hidup orang banyak. Oleh karena itu, sebaiknya penentuan harga bbm non subsidi menjadi tanggungjawab pemerintah yakni dengan menunjuk lembaga yang berwenang. Persaingan akan tetap muncul ketika para pelaku usaha dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik sehingga konsumen dapat memilih tempat mengisi bbm yang paling aman dan nyaman. Abstract

The main problem of this research is that at the BUMDES X there are findings in the financial statements of BOMDES especially in the section of the financial position report not included the fair value of assets and the data of the value of fixed assets still using the nominal price of acquisition. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method approach, with data collection techniques: such as observation, data collection, processing, calculation, and analysis of various data. The results of this study show that: 1) The result of the calculation of assets remains bumdes does not need to be revalued, because all assets remain bumdes are still depreciated in the economic life calculation (still have residual book value) and only depression calculation each month with the linear method, 2) the book value on assets stays bumdes still there is a book value that can be included in the financial report especially the balance sheet, 3) in the administration of asset stays Bumdes still no pernumeration on the asset bumdes that adheres to the unit guidelines codification assets of the village according to the Directorate-General Building of the Government of the Village, Directorate of Financial Facilitations and Assets of Government of Village Year 2017

Abstract

Ibn Khaldun believed that economic progress and civilization are intertwined with the progress of education. He believed that "sciences are becoming more and more in line with the magnitude of prosperity and the high level of civilization," which means that as economic and socio-cultural development advances, this will naturally encourage the development of various kinds of knowledge and community expertise. As prosperity increases, people's income increases, and this leads to progress in education. Ibn Khaldun was a figure who placed great importance on education. He believed that education was a tool that could help people live a good life in society. According to his view of humans as creatures who must be educated, in order to carry out their social functions in the midst of society, education was necessary to develop the skills and expertise (known as "al-malakah") in a particular field. Ibn Khaldun believed that everyone has the potential to research and understand a problem just like a scientist. However, the potential of "al-malakah" cannot be owned by everyone, except after he really understands and explores a particular discipline. The ultimate goal of education, in Ibn Khaldun's view, was to develop these skills and expertise in a particular field.

Abstract

Pesantren as an educational institution based on religious values ​​that are instilled as an effort to build the character of students through habituation (tatsqief). It aims to print Muslims into insan kamil (perfect humans) and have and master the religious sciences that are lived and practiced sincerely. The Islamic boarding school functions itself as an institution that produces outputs and outcomes as the ideals of the ulama of an Islamic boarding school through educational and teaching activities. Education and teaching are so complex, this is equivalent to the theory which says that "Thus the three aspects of education are cognitive, affective and psychomotor. All of them are given simultaneously and in balance to students. The santri besides living in social situations and shortages for 24 hours day and night continuously are always in an educational atmosphere under the direct guidance of kyai and ust ". This discussion focuses on finding answers about how the five souls as pesantren values ​​are applied at Al Fattah Islamic boarding school, what are the implications for the integrity of the character of the santri. The author presents it in the form of a descriptive analysis which is then reduced by using the theory of Mile and Hiberman so that it becomes a real data unit, between interviews, observations and documentation studies are presented in their entirety. The application of the five souls of the pesantren at the Al-Fattah Islamic boarding school is carried out with more emphasis on the delivery and guidance directly (مُبَاشِيْرُ) or indirectly (غًيْرُمُبَاشِيْرُ) in various ways. Namely by habituation, and other forms of activity programs, both core activities and extra activities. The impact of the application of the five souls of the pesantren into a character that is reflected in the dynamics of education is sincere in learning, working and serving, independence, ukhuwah Islamiyah, simplicity, free but Islamic.

Abstract

To create effective Islamic Religious Education learning in the classroom, teachers need to innovate learning, so that learning in the classroom is not monotonous and not boring, so that learning achievement targets are not met. Innovations carried out by teachers can be carried out by using various methods, using media, evaluation and so on. Considering the importance of innovation in the Islamic Religious Education learning system, the problem formulation in this research is; 1) What are the innovations in learning Islamic Religious Education at PKBM (Learning Activity Center Of Public) Literasi Bangsa Kejayan Pujer Bondowoso? 2) What are the results of the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning innovations at PKBM Literasi Bangsa Kejayan Pujer Bondowoso?This research uses a qualitative approach with a "naturalistic phenomenological" approach, namely understanding the meaning of events and their relationships to people in certain situations. In this case, the researcher acts as the main instrument for data collection. In selecting informants, the "purposive sampling" technique will be used. To select and determine informants, the snowball sampling technique was used. The data collection technique is carried out by; Involved observation (participant observation), in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews) and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out from the time of data collection. Before the data is analyzed by researchers, the data is first processed, then edited, followed by (coding). Checking the validity of the data is carried out by checking the methodology used, checking the report results and triangulation. The results of research while in the field are as follows; 1) Innovation in learning Islamic Religious Education at PKBM Literasi Bangsa Kejayan Pujer Bondowoso is carried out by means of; preparing learning tools, using various methods in the classroom learning system, managing various classes, using information technology-based learning media, and conducting ongoing evaluations of learning activities in order to get feedback in determining plans for the next learning program. 2) The results of the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning innovations at PKBM Literasi Bangsa Kejayan Pujer Bondowoso appear in; increasing student motivation to learn, increasing student interest in learning, achieving learning goals, and increasing student achievement both academic and non-academic.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe various strategies taken by the school in implementing character education through school culture at MTsN Bondowoso II. This research is a descriptive re- search study using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at MTsN Bondowoso II, with the subjects consisting of the students and teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive analysis methods. Data collection is done by using quasi observation techniques, participation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Checking the validity of the findings is done by means of peer discussion and triangulation techniques that use source triangulation and methods/techniques. The research results showed that school culture was an important aspect needing close attention in the process of internali- zing character values at school. A number of strategies in implementing character education were, amongothers, routine activities, spontaneous activities, role-modeling, teaching, and strengthening the school environment. The efforts of implementing character education were inseparable from the role modeling of the school principal, teachers, administrative staff, and students who sinergized each other in creating a positive scholl culture. Abstract

This research aims to develop Canva-based Jurisprudence teaching materials as an alternative to increase student learning motivation. The research method used is development research (Research and Development) with steps to adapt the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The respondents of this study were grade 7 students at MTsS Al-Ikhlas Tigaraksa, Tangerang Regency. The results showed that Fiqik teachers at MTsS Al-Ikhlas Tigaraksa Tangerang have not used canva-based teaching materials, so the interest of students tends to be less. So Jurisprudence teaching materials on congregational prayer were developed in the form of canva-based PPT presentations. After implementation, it is found that the interest of students tends to increase. The development of canva-based teaching materials is still simple, only in the form of PPT which is designed in such a way that it is easy to use by teachers and can increase students' interest in learning. In addition to PPT, Canva can also create other types of teaching materials, such as Images, videos, E-Books, Modules, Benner and Leaflets. The Canva platform can also be used as an online learning medium or E-Learning.

Abstract

Ttraditional martial art that is rich in cultural and historical value, is often considered a symbol of unity and national pride in many Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia. However, like other organizations or communities, martial art is also vulnerable to internal conflicts which can affect the organization itself and also have a negative influence on the surrounding environment. The purpose of this writing this article to determine the factors that cause internal organizational disputes, especially Petrsaudaraan Setia Hati Terate martial art organization in Madiun and solutions from Hukum Progresif. The research method that the author uses is Qualitative Research, namely by collecting data through observation and interviewing sources. The primary data source used is the martial artists in Madiun City, while the secondary data source used is PSHT trainers, ulama, community leaders, academics in Madiun and surrounding areas. Problems experienced by martial art organizations, especially PSHT leadership disputes in Madiun, can be resolved using Hukum Progresif theory with steps including mediation or dialogue, upholding human rights, fair distribution of human resources and adequate education for leaders. The causal factors are that individual PSHT members do not follow the rules of the organization. The claim of the validity of the recognition was because they were both students of different generations, so turmoil arose which led to conflict.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digital-based archives management of the Mumtaz Information System at Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong which can realize the quality of records management in administrative services effectively and efficiently at Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection instruments used were interviews, observation and documentation. The research results obtained show that the digital-based archive management of the Mumtaz information system at Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong through the planning, management, control and supervision stages has been managed effectively and efficiently, however digital archive management has limited storage for many archives. Digital archive management activities include at least two things, namely: archive storage and archive retrieval. Digital archive storage activities are archive management activities that start from transfer of archive media to the arrangement of archives in new media. The use of digital archives already uses the official application from Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong, for this reason, in realizing the quality of administration of administrative services effectively and efficiently at Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong, the official application is used, namely the Mumtaz Information System (SI MUMTAZ) in managing archives digitally. Abstract

Differentiated learning is a concept from the Independent Curriculum, which is expected to be able to overcome student diversity in learning. In its implementation, there are challenges faced by teachers and of course there are solutions to overcome them. This research method is a literature review (library research). The aim of this research is to explore what challenges are faced in differentiated learning and what solutions to overcome them. There are several challenges, namely: various characters that students have, different student learning styles, each student has their own interests, lack of teacher preparation to implement an independent curriculum, teacher abilities, time factors, high pressure, and expensive costs. The solutions are: organizing an even number of students, using appropriate learning strategies, knowing student interests, providing well-designed teacher training, and sufficient operational funds.
