Abstract

In section cashier at the Indo Jaya supermarket there are five cashiers counterthat not all functioned. Cashier counter that functioned average was 2 counter. This was related to how many long queue. If supermarket is quiet first opened is 2 counter first, cashier counter advanced opened again depend on many at least long queue. To add and reduce cashier counter sometimes stated by the supervisor but more often to be carried out on its own (improvisation) by the officer cashier counter because they are the ones who know the condition how many cashier that have to be opened on a certain point in time. The working hours divided into 2 work shifts, the first shift started at 09.00 to 15.00 WIT, and second shift starts from 15.00 to 21.00 WIT. This research aims to find an alternative to the influence of cashier long queue and select number of cashier is right for every work shifts. By using analysis of queue theory with the approach Simulation models using samples as many as 200 customers who come, obtained the following result: From data processing result by distribution pattern that would be a good time to time service is normal distribution and price 87.04 seconds and standard deviation of 42.76. While for the service distribution testwould be a good is Weibull with average 94.92 seconds and standard deviation of 64.32

Abstract

Pada umumnya para wanita mendirikan suatu usaha berdasarkan pada alasan ekonomi bukan pada keinginan untuk menciptakan sesuatu yang unik dan diminati oleh pasar. Hal ini memerangkap mereka untuk menciptakan produk yang selalu sama dari waktu ke waktu, sehingga pasar mengalami kejenuhan dan usaha merekapun gulung tikar. Ketika ekonomi rumah tangga dijadikan oleh para wanita sebagai alasan pendirian usaha mereka, maka tanpa disadari mereka menghalangi tumbuhnya kewirausahaan dalam usaha mereka, yang menjadi landasan tumbuh kembangnya usaha melalui penciptaan produk inovatif yang berlangsung terus menerus dan berkesinambungan. Hal ini disebabkan karena kewirausahan merupakanmanifestasikemampuandankemauan individual, untukmenciptakanpeluangbaru, melalui penciptaan produk baru. Faktor penentu keberhasilan pembangunan kewirausahaan wanita yang berdampak pada inovasi produk adalah modal sosial.Dapat dikatakan bahwa modal sosial merupakan sumberdaya aktual dan potensial yang dihubungkan dengan kepemilikan jejaring hubungan (structural social capital) yang terdapat trust (relational social capital), dan keiklasan untuk berbagi visi (cognitive social capital) atau hubungan yang saling menguntungkan bagi para wirausaha wanita. Hubungan sosial ini merupakan sumberdaya yang bernilai untuk melakukan pertukaran sosial maupun ekonomi, yang menimbulkan aset kolektif yang menguntungkan bagi para wirausaha wanita.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of total Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) and Total Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) on the operational performance at PT PELINDO III (Persero) Semarang Container Terminal. The technique of analysis used is multiple linear regression conducted with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) test methods and Goodness of Fit Test. This research uses obtained secondary data from Semarang Container Terminal such as monthly report of the total Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR), monthly report of total Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) and monthly report of operational performance. Based on the research that had been done, there is one significant factor with a significance level ???? = 0.05, either simultaneously or partially on the operational performance in Semarang Container Terminal, namely total Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR). The results of F-test, shows that F sig. value about (0.000) < significance level (α = 0.05), it means that Total Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) and Total Occupancy Ratio (BOR) has significant affect on the operational performance at Semarang Container Terminal. Based on the result of t-test, partial total Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) has significant positive effect on the operational performance at Semarang Container Terminal with sig. value about 0.000 < ???? = 0.05 sig. Level and the coefficienct of 560,687 and the total Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) didn’t significantly affect on the operational performance at Semarang Container Terminal because it had a significant value (0.457) > sig. Level (???? = 0.05). While the Determination Coefficient (Adjusted R2) = 0.578 or 57.8%, it means that the operational performance at Semarang Container Terminal was 57,8% which was explained by Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) and Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR). The rest of 42.2% were affected by any other factors outside the model.

Abstract

This research is aimed to test the effect of motivation, source of funds, tecnology and information access, market strategy, and entrepreneur skill on  the small and medium enterprises development. The research uses a data set consist of 325 small and medium women enterprises unit with 100 respondents.Regression analysis is used to compute the parameters. The results show that there are correlations between Motivation, source of funds,technology and information access, marketing strategy, and entrepreneur skill with enterprises development.Motivation has significant effect on the small and medium enterprises development. Source of funds, technology and information access, marketing strategy, and entrepreneur skill has no significant effect on the small and medium enterprises development.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools basically have the task of guiding and being responsible for the survival of their students. However, the existence of Islamic boarding schools is often hit by various issues related to service limitations such as the absence of a fixed source of funds, limited facilities, and lack of professional staff. Therefore, entrepreneurship skills training is needed so that the santri can become independent, productive, and Islamic boarding schools will have a new source of income to help with operational costs every month. Oyster Mushroom Cultivation is here to answer the above problems because the prospect of Oyster Mushroom is quite good, maintenance is easy, does not require extensive land, and is much in demand by the community. The target of this service program is the santriawan and santri students of the Nurul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School and boarding school officials because they are ready to receive training in outline mushroom cultivation, the program to be implemented is gradual and continuous training and mentoring starting from planting, care, harvest to marketing. The marketing method used is conventional marketing and online marketing through the website and various social networks, because besides being able to save costs, energy, and of course online marketing can also increase the reach or marketing area

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of goodcorporate governance on bank financialperformance listed in IDX. Constructs weredeveloped this study, External CorporateGovernance proxy for RegulatoryCompliance, as measured by the CapitalAdequacy Ratio (CAR), Internal CorporateGovernance- Manager proxy for SensitivityCompensation-Performance, InternalCorporate Governance-owner proxy withVariance coefficient Net Interest Margin(NIM), Financial Performance proxied byReturn on Assets (ROA). The population usedin this study were all commercial banks listedon the Stock Exchange from 2009-2013. Thedata used in this study in the form of annualfinancial statements obtained from thePublications Indonesia Stock Exchange(IDX). After passing through the stagepurposive sample, the samples were used by30 (thirty) banks. The method of analysis usedin this study is the analysis of panel dataregression. With the model specification testuse Random Effect Model (REM). coefficientof determination (R2), test hypothesis with asignificance level of 5%. The results showedthat the variable External CorporateGovernance proxied by the Capital AdequacyRatio (CAR) and a significant effect on ROAand Internal Corporate Governance-Managerproxy for Sensitivity Compensation-Performance not effect on ROA. While theInternal Corporate Governance-owners proxywith Variance coefficient Net Interest Margin(NIM), has a significant effect on ROA. Oftwo significant variables, variables InternalCorporate Governance-Owner proxied by thecoefficient of variance NIM has a greatereffect on financial performance (ROA).

Abstract

This study aimed to know the influenceof organizational culture on employees work performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang 50000, the influence of environment on employees performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang 50000, and the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employees performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang 50000.The method that used for data collection in this study wereobservation, questionnaires, and literature review. The scale that used in the questionnaires is agree disagree scale with 10 scale points. The sample that used in this study were 60 employeesof PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang 50000 that choosen using incidental sampling technique. Used multiple linear regression technique for analyzing the data, it indicated that organizational culture and work environment hada positive and significant effect to employee performance. Organizational culture and work environment have 39,6% contribution to employee performance, that means every 39,6% of employee performance was explained by organizational culture and work environment, while 60,4% was explained by other factors which were not observed in this study

Abstract

This final project aims to prepare financialstatements fiscal and determine the factorscausing the difference between thecommercial financial statements with thefinancial statements of fiscal EmployeesMultipurpose Cooperative EnterprisesSemarang government Year 2014. The dataused in the preparation of this final projectthat the financial statements, a list of fixedassets, a general overview and organizationalstructure Employees MultipurposeCooperative Enterprises Semarang CityGovernment. The data was obtained using thetechnique of data collection methods, namelyby interviewing the Business MultipurposeCooperative Semarang City GovernmentEmployees and through the literature thatrelated to the final project. While writingmethod used is the method description andmethod of exposition. Based on the results offiscal reconciliation there is a differencebetween commercial income with taxableincome of Rp 331,405,469.95. The differenceis due to differences in the recognition ofincome and expenses between commercialaccounting tax accounting ie permanentdifferences and timing differences. In fiscalreconciliation are also positive fiscalcorrection and negative fiscal correctionwhich then generates taxable income used asa basis for the calculation of tax payable.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the Work Environment and Communication on Employee Performance at PT Pifi Indonesia Bandung both partially or simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The samples taken were 40 people who work at PT Pifi Indonesia Bandung. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. To analyze the data obtained, Multiple Linear Regression is used as statistical analysis along with descriptive analysis and classical assumption tests namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test. Hypothesis testing is processed using the SPSS 25 program (Statistical Package for Social Science). Based on the determinant coefficient, work environment and communication influenced employee performance by 26.7%. Meanwhile, the remaining 73.3% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. The t-test results indicate that the work environment and communication has partial positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Not achieving job targets at the Company is caused by non optimal performance of Human Resources at the Company. This research aims to design a model for improving human resource performance through an analysis of the influence of teamwork, knowledge sharing, and innovation capability. In addition, it aims to describe and analyze leader supervision support to moderate the effect of innovation capability on improving Human Resource Performance. The Research was conducted using survey method that is distributing questionnaires to the aftersales employees of PT. Nasmoco Semarang. Hypothesis testing through multiple regression analysis was performed using Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS). The results of the analysis show that teamwork, knowledge sharing, and innovation capability have a positive effect on human resource performance. In addition, leader supervision support moderates the influence of innovation capability on improving human resource performance. The empirical findings indicate that in order to improve human resources performance, leader supervision support is needed to moderate innovation capability towards the human resource performance improvement model design
