Abstract

The purposes of this research were to analyze the influence of career development (X1) and work environment(X2) as independent variables on job satisfaction (Y) as dependent variable at PT. Harrison and Gil Java Semarang. The methods of data collection used questionnaires, literature study and interview. The technique of analysis used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this research are 51 respondents and analytical method used are the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient determination, t test and F test. The result of multiple linear regression analysis could be shown by the regression equation Y = 17.124 + 0.318 X1 + 0.201 X2. The coefficient determination of this research was 15.9%, which meant that the contribution of career development and work environment to job satisfaction is 15.9% and the remaining 84.1% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this research. The result of  this  research  shows  that  career development  and  work environment had positive and significant influence on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine consumer loyalty or customer loyalty of chatime outlets through customer experience and perceived quality with brand reputation as an intervening variable during the Covid-19 pandemic. Respondents in this study were visitors to chatime outlets from students and workers in Semarang city with a sample of 100 respondents from the entire population. This study uses confirmatory factor analysis techniques and maximum likelihood estimation on SEM (Structural Equations Modeling) from the statistical package AMOS 24.0 (Analysis of Moment Structure). The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The parameter estimation results are in accordance with the hypothesis that customer experience significantly affects brand reputation with a critical ratio (cr) of 5.100 and P-Value ***, perceived quality has a positive effect on brand reputation with a critical ratio (cr) of 6.637 and P-Value ***, and brand reputation has a positive effect on customer loyalty with a critical ratio (cr) of 9,231 and P-Value ***. From this study it can be learned that in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, consumers are still very enthusiastic and loyal to buy chatime both online or come to chatime outlet even though there are many similar competitors with lower prices

The study utilized quantitative research method. The datasources was collected from UB OPASET Perum BULOG Divre Jateng. Regarding the use of period, the total data which used was thirty six months. The study explored with multiple linear regression statistical analysis, along with descriptive analysis and classical assumption test namely normality test, heteroskedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and linearity test. The F-Test stated that sales and operation costs had significant influence simultaneously. Based on the determinant coefficient, the variable of sales and operation costs influenced profitability by 64.2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 35.8% was explained by another variable that was not examined in this study. Based on the t-Test result found that sales had significant positive influence on profitability (ROA) partially. While, operation costs had partial significant negative influence on profitability (ROA)

Abstract

The export development of SMEs was faced with various obstacles that could hinder Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) from exporting. These obstacles could come from internal and external SMEs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Knowledge Barrier (KB), Resource Barrier (RB), Procedure Barrier (PB), and Exogenous Barrier (EB) on Export Barriers (HE) for SMEs in the teak craft industry subsector in Blora Regency both partially or simultaneously. This research is quantitative study using observational data methods, questionnaires, and literature studies. The number of samples was 43 respondents who have been experienced in export activities. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the coefficient of determination (R2) in this study shows the influence of the variable Knowledge Barrier (KB), Resource Barrier (RB), Procedure Barrier (PB), and Exogenous Barrier (EB) on Export Barriers by 61.7%, while the remaining 39.3 % evidence by other variables not present in this study. Meanwhile, the results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables of KB, RB, PB, EB have a significant affect on Export Barrier. Furthermore, partially, KB and PB variables affect but not significantly on export barriers. Meanwhile, the regression equation for the variables KB, RB, PB, EB was HE = 0.017 - 0.046KB + 0.299RB - 0.110PB + 0.688EB. Based on the results of the study, from the four variables studied, the Exogenous Barrier (EB) variable was the most dominant variable affect the export barriers to SMEs in the teak craft industry subsector in Blora Regency

Abstract

The study examined the influence of crane productivity and pilotage service toward vessel waiting time. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method was used to observe the influence. Secondary data were collected from Semarang Container Terminal and PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III. The result of F-test showed that simultaneously independent variables influenced dependent variable. Meanwhile, T-test result showed only one independent variable influenced dependent variable; it was pilotage service with t count 2.859 with the significant value 0.008. Based on coefficient of determination test, the variables of crane productivity and pilotage service influence vessel waiting time by 27.6% and the other 72.4% influenced by the other variables. Regression model showed positive equation of pilotage service, it means if there is an increase in pilotage service, vessel waiting time will also increase. Suggestions that can be taken are to increase the number of pilot boats, upgrade port facilities, upgrade vasa and inaportnet application periodically. Further study is needed to investigate the other factors that influence vessel waiting time.
