Abstract

Stunting is one of the chronic nutritional problems in which the length or height of children is shorter than normal children their age. In the short term, stunting can interfere with brain and physical development, while in the long term, stunting can reduce a person's cognitive abilities and intelligence, as well as being susceptible to various diseases. Stunting cannot be cured, but it can be optimized for growth and development during the 1000 first days (first day of life) by routinely carrying out examinations. This is the goal of this study, namely to build a system that can monitor the health of pregnant women and toddlers aged 0-24 months in an effort to optimize the growth and development of stunting children. Stunting management monitoring system is carried out based on certain nutritional status management which indicates the birth of a child experiencing stunting. The system is built in the form of a website, where expert rules related to the management of nutritional status are translated into the system using the Rule Based Reasoning method. To measure the success of the system, usability testing or functional testing by users is carried out with the attributes of testing the ease of use of the system and the ease of the system to learn. Overall, the Stunting management monitoring system can accommodate the early stages of health monitoring in 1000 first days, however, development will continue in line with user needs.

Abstract

Health is one of the needs of the society to be able to carry out activities in daily life. The high public need for health makes the provision of drug stocks being an important aspect for every health service, one of which is the Public Health. To find out how many drugs are received, the Public Health conducts a data collection on the drug stock that is carried out. However, the Public Health could not determine the exact amount of drug stock needed so that some drugs expired due to excess drug stock. With these problems, an analysis using the Backpropagation method was carried out to predict how much drug stock was needed. The purpose of this study is to ensure that the stock of drugs that enter the Public Health is in accordance with the needs of the Public Health so that it can reduce the expired of the drugs. For analysis using the Backpropagation Method, there are two processes used, namely: with the training process to find new weights which will later be used in the second process, namely the testing process. testing is only carried out on the forward propagation process. To carry out the training process and testing process, data from 2019-2020 that has been recapitulated will be used. The results of the analysis using the Backpropagation method show that the highest accuracy results are 88.0356% at epoch 900, learning rate is 0.001, and goal is 0.00001 with the lowest MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) is 11.964% which shows that the ability of forecasting or analysis models good because how much in the range of 10-20%

Abstract

Technology Management is used to adapt to changing environmental conditions and technological advances and to create current transformations. Based on dynamic capability theory, this paper considers technology management as capability and measures it through the technology adoption capability maturity model to investigate the relationship between technology management practice and performance. Findings from empirical studies confirm that technology management in particular technology adoption is an important source of competitive advantage and contributes to the success of an online learning process in a positive way. The learning model presented by the lecturer in learning each material with all students uses online without any face-to-face activities. At the level of success, the lecturer felt that the learning he had done during the last few days was mostly only around 45% - 50% of the total material that had been explained  The negative impact felt by students is the ineffectiveness of online learning methods because lecturers and students cannot discuss actively and are constrained by time constraints on several online learning applications. addition, students feel less free to ask lecturers about materials that are not understood because they are only limited by typing WhatsApp group conversations, the quota runs out, and the number of assignments given to students is the most noticeable obstacle.

Abstract

Collecting data partially or completely illegally without the permission of the owner causes losses to the copyright owner. This has a big impact in proving ownership of a digital media. To be able to prove ownership of the copyright, the Discrete Cosine Transform watermarking technique can be used by inserting the Blowfish cryptographic algorithm. Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) is a method that converts digital data into the form of a frequency domain. The method used in the DCT transformation technique is to break the digital image into small blocks with a fixed size and then convert it from the spatial domain to the frequency domain. Blowfish works by dividing the message into 64-bit blocks of equal length with varying aty lengths that encrypt the data in 8 byte blocks. Messages that are not multiples of 8 bytes will be added extra bits (padding), so that the size for each block is the same. After the final result is obtained, the value is inserted into the digital video without destroying the original digital video. From the research that has been done in the implementation of digital video watermarking, it can be concluded that the Blowfish cryptography method and the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) watermarking cryptography method can be applied properly. In the watermarking process, digital image insertion does not damage the watermaratd video and at the security level it is provided with blowfish cryptographic encryption, so that it can increase security in copyright protection

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the development of technological sophistication is growing rapidly which is an aspect that can be utilized to achieve convenience, especially in the flow of information. This technological sophistication by all accounts is increasingly spreading with the use of computers which are currently very popular in various areas of life. For example in the fields of education, entertainment, health, especially in the business sector. Top Store is a store that is engaged in selling clothes, however, of the various types of clothes that are sold, of course, not all of them are selling very well, and some are not selling well. Sales data, purchase of goods and unexpected expenses at Top Shop is not structured, so the data are only serves as an archive for the store and not be utilized for the development strategy of marketing. Therefore, it is necessary to apply Clustering of Clothing Sales Data in Top Stores with the K- Means Method . The K-means method can be applied to Top Stores to determine which clothes are selling very well, selling well and not selling well. The application of the K-Means method in Top Stores, namely by grouping clothing stock data. Then choose 3 clusters randomly as the initial centroid. After the data in each cluster does not change, it can be seen that the final result is that there are 21 best-selling articles, 17 articles that are selling well and 12 articles that are not selling well. Then applying the K-means method to Rapidminer is done by entering product stock data, namely initial stock, sold stock and final stock which will become a database on Ms. Excel, the data is then connected to the Rapidminer Tools , and will be processed and formed K-means.

Abstract

Minang music applications are rarely found in the play store. As for some regional music applications that already exist but have many shortcomings such as not having lyrics and some have no features other than playing songs. Based on the data collection, a music application was created which aims to create an application that is not only a music player but also has other features such as viewing lyrics, adjusting the equalizer, having a sleep time feature and a search feature. Minang music application is designed using the waterfall method. The waterfall method is carried out through a systematic approach. Starting from the system requirements stage then to the analysis, design, coding and testing stages. The first aspect is to conduct interview sessions with related communities that are faced when they want to listen to music. In addition, interviews were also conducted regarding what features the community wanted. The second aspect is to compare the existing application with the application to be designed. Later, the application designed to be the right choice by users because it provides various features that are not found in other music player applications, especially for regional music applications. Then proceed with the design of the application which will be made using the android studio software. The resulting application is expected to become a popular application among users because this application is the latest application with complete features. The developed application can also be run when it is online or offline.
