Abstract

Disaster relief distribution is a very important component in the overall disaster response process. Consideration of limited funds, time pressure and surge of demand that come together increase to the complexity of the distribution process that must be done in a short time. Meanwhile, delays in the delivery of relief can lead to a decrease in the level of safety and welfare of disaster-affected victims. This paper proposes a location routing problem optimization model for disaster relief distribution with a multi-objective approach that minimizes waiting time and total costs. This model can help decision makers to determine the number and location of distribution centers which are opened and optimal vehicle routes.

Abstract

The ANFIS algorithm is a technique in data mining that can be used for the data classification process. The ANFIS algorithm still has weaknesses, especially in determining the initial parameters for the network training process. Thus, an additional algorithm or modification is needed for the determination of these parameters. In this study, a clustering method will be proposed, namely K-Medoids Clustering as an additional method to the ANFIS algorithm. Basically, the ANFIS algorithm uses the FCM (Fuzzy C-Means Clustering) algorithm for the initial initialization of network parameters. The use of this method can cause local minima problems, where the clustering results obtained are not optimal because the pseudo-partition matrix generation process is carried out randomly. The matrix value will determine the initial parameter value in the ANFIS algorithm used in the first layer. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the accuracy of data classification using the ANFIS algorithm which has been modified with the proposed method provides a fairly good influence in conducting training and classification testing. The increase that occurs in the proposed method is 0.73% for the average training accuracy and an increase of 0.66% for the average testing accuracy.

Abstract

Decision support system is a system that can assist companies in making policy. There are several methods in a decision support system, one of which is the MOORA method. The MOORA method does not have a systematic weight determination. In several studies, the determination of the weight value is determined by experts in their field so that the value is less objective. So in this study, the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Full Consistency Method (FUCOM) weighting methods will be used systematically and objectively which will be applied to the MOORA method and a comparison of the results of these methods will be carried out with the calculation of the accuracy of the confusion matrix. The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of the weighting comparison using Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Full Consistency Method (FUCOM) on the MOORA method so as to produce good accuracy. Based on the results of the study, testing with ROC weights on MOORA obtained results of 77.78% accuracy, 84% precision and 84% recall. While testing with ROC weights on MOORA obtained results of 77.78% accuracy, 84% precision and 84% recall. And testing with ROC+FUCOM weights on MOORA obtained 91.67% accuracy, 94% precision and 94% recall. So it can be concluded that the ROC+FUCOM weighting on MOORA produces good accuracy.

Abstract

Sayang Bunda application is an application developed by the Semarang Health Office with the aim of preventing (reducing) maternal and infant mortality. This application contains several features; there are assistance, consultation, information on the nearest health facility, pregnancy articles, an estimated day of birth calculator so that this application serves the handling of complaints of pregnant women by doctors or health workers in each area of the of Semarang.. To determine the level of user satisfaction of the application, End User Computing Satisfaction method is used as a measuring tool. The research study conducted in this study was a quantitative-qualitative descriptive study using a cross-sectional research design.. The results showed that on average pregnant women stated 6.9% very dissatisfied, 17.7% dissatisfied, 72.3% satisfied and 1.44% very satisfied with the Sayang Bunda Application that are accompanied by several inputs submitted by pregnant women as users of Sayang Bunda application: It is needed to facilitate the provision of modules for the use of Sayang Bunda application to make it easier for users to interact with the application; it is needed to make variations in coloring the Sayang Bunda application which can have implications of the peculiarities and characteristics of the application Sayang Bunda and it can be facilitated by tutorials on installing applications in smartphones

Abstract

Pixel Value Differencing is a data hiding method in digital images that uses the difference in pixel values as a reference for inserting secret data bits. RGB Overlapping Block Based PVD is an optimization of PVD steganography. RGB Overlapping Block Based PVD provides a much larger capacity with acceptable quality. In this study, the AES cryptography application is used as an additional layer on RGB Overlapping Block Based PVD to provide additional security. Testing and observations have been carried out on the capacity and quality aspects of the embedding results using additional AES encryption. Based on the results, AES cryptography applications can be implemented properly where there is no significant change in terms of capacity and quality to the default RGB Overlapping Block Based PVD.

Abstract

Advances in SmartPhone technology in the current era, make many users have more and more considerations to have a SmartPhone because there are many criteria that must be compared. The purpose of this paper is to give careful consideration for every user to have an optimal SmartPhone. Problems that are felt by many users as users find it difficult to make choices for electronic goods in the form of this SmartPhone. Thus, a number of methods are needed that are able to give careful and intelligent consideration to the user in order to obtain the acquisition of the electronic goods in the form of the SmartPhone. In short, the method that can be used to evaluate and select SmartPhones is the Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) which functions as a weight determination, while the Weight Sum Model (WSM) and Weight Product (WP) act as a ranking system. This method will be used to provide an optimal comparison value for SmartPhone products with decisions that can be seen based on the priority of the WSM vector and the WP vector, then based on the average of the two methods provide decision support results. The first position is Xiaomi Mi Max with a weight of 175 and followed sequentially onwards by Asus Zenfone Max ZC550KL (174), Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime (124), Lenovo Vibe Shot (117), Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML (113), Xiaomi Mi 4C (108 ), Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus (101), and finally the Samsung Galaxy A3 (89). Thus the combination method between the AHP, WSM and WP methods can provide the best solution with optimal results for decision-making support for comparison evaluation and selection in the form of a SmartPhone with optimal results.

Abstract

Object-based programming (OOP) has become a trend among programming language users, this is because many functions, procedures and techniques for using features are so widely available. By utilizing the advantages of these facilities, it is possible to provide convenience for programmers who use object-based programming languages. The purpose of this study is to provide an objective scoring system for a number of programming applications that have been made equipped with the assessment criteria. Assessment criteria that can be used for object-based apps programs with eleven criteria, namely Class structure, Inheritance, Encapsulation, Pollymorphys, Constructur, Accessor, Mutator, Visibility, Overriding, Overloading, and Price. With these many criteria, it provides a level of difficulty in choosing an object-based program application. To determine the appropriateness of an apps program, source testing will be carried out in the form of coding that has been previously constructed which affects the eleven predetermined measurement criteria. The assessment process recommends using the Electre method as a measure of the results of the calculation and ranking process. While determining the weight of the criteria using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. From the results of the assessment of 23 object-based apps programs, ranking assessments are based on aggregate dominant matrices as follows, the first rank with a weight of 22 as the largest weight is owned by 4 apps programss, namely AP16, AP17, AP18, and AP19. Based on the results of the ranking process, it can be said that the ELECTRE and AHP methods can be used as a selection process for object-based apps programs with optimal results.

Abstract

: Haransaf shop is a shop that sells clothes and all Muslim/Muslim knick-knacks. Depending results of observations and data searches directly to the field with increasing requests. The use of technology in data processing of Haransaf Online Store Transactions has not been effective and efficient so that reporting takes a long time. The recording of the Haransaf store report still uses a manual system, which is still written on notes and then recorded in the sales book. The focus of this research is on an attractive interface, ease of use, and delivery of product information to consumers by utilizing the website as an online service. The research method uses 4-D. The model in the development of an online store must use a 4D model. The 4D model has four stages, namely Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The website-based Haransaf Online Store that uses the Codeigniter 4 Framework, functions well to produce a sales management system that manages the Haransaf online store. With the existence of this online store, it is hoped that it can provide an increase in revenue at the Haransaf Store and benefits in the form of a wider scope.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers and students carried out the online teaching and learning process from home. Distance learning has several problems including the limitations of teachers and students in the world of information and communication technology, the facilities and infrastructure they have, and environmental conditions that are less supportive. The use of laptops and the internet every day are used by students and teachers as the main means of the online teaching and learning process. Continuous use without proper maintenance and lack of knowledge in overcoming the problem of damage to laptops makes teachers and students unable to identify the location of the damage and how to deal with it. Therefore, this expert system application was created to assist teachers and students in detecting the symptoms of laptop damage experienced and solutions to overcome the damage. In the development of this expert system using the Naive Bayes method, this method only requires a small amount of training data to determine parameter estimates during the classification process. The results of the application of the nave Bayes method produce appropriate calculations based on the symptoms of damage and a predetermined list of damage so that it can make it easier for users when analyzing the beginning by using existing symptoms with a system that has been built with very efficient time and has an accuracy rate of 100%.

Abstract

According to the scientific institutes, Plagiarism is defined as claiming someone else's ideas or efforts as one's own without citing the sources. Systems of plagiarism detection typically use a text similarity algorithm in a text document to look for common sentences between source and suspicious documents, either by directly matching the sentences or by embedding the sentences into a vector using TFIDF-like or other methods and then calculating the distance or the similarity between the source and suspect sentence vectors. The cosine similarity method is one of the methods for determining that distance. To cluster the documents and choose only related documents for detection, an unsupervised Machine learning technique such as K-means could be utilized. In this paper, a plagiarism detecting application was created and tested on many text document types, including doc, Docx, and pdf of research papers that were collected from the web to build the source corpus. To calculate the level of similarity between the suspicious article and the corpus of source articles, the TFIDF text encoding approach is used with NLP, K-means clustering, and cosine similarity algorithms. The proposed application was carried out with five different documents and resulted in different ratios of plagiarism, the first document has a 0.27 ratio, the second document has a 0.15 ratio, the third document has 0.19 ratio while document 4 has a 0.42 ratio, and finally, document 5 has 0.37 ratio of plagiarism. The generated detailed plagiarism ratio report presents the percentage of plagiarism in the suspicious article document. Depending on the threshold value, the application will decide if the suspicious document is acceptable or not.
